Your meal begins with a visit to our extravagant salad area. For the main course, and our specialty, our meats are prepared the gaucho way—over an open flame with natural wood charcoal. All-you-can-eat weekend brunch, available on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The full salad area and hot items will be available, along with 15 choices of meat, including cuts of beef, lamb, pork, chicken and Brazilian sausage, such as filet mignon, barbecued pork ribs, leg of lamb, Parmesan drumettes and everyone’s favorite, picanha. $69.99 per person. When purchased with a full-price meal, children 2 years and under dine complimentary, 3-5 years are $5 and 6-12 years are 50% off regular price. The salad area only option is $39.99 for all ages.

We absolutely love Texas de Brazil and have been frequent visitors to the Las Vegas location. We recently celebrated my nephew’s birthday there, and it was a fantastic experience—especially for the family members who were new to the Brazilian steakhouse style. The food was delicious as always, and the service was top-notch. Everyone, from the hostess to the gauchos, was incredibly attentive and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back again soon!

The food is always delicious, from the salad and soup bar to the sides of fries, garlic mash potatoes and bananas were excellent. We really enjoyed the servers bringing delicious meats around and they will brought specific meats at the temperature we requested. The wine flights are also excellent, my favorite is the Meat Lovers wine flights. Finally, even thought you’re full, try to leave room for deserts!

Our reservation was on a week night for dinner. We were seated promptly. The waitress explained how the meal service worked. We enjoyed the amazing salad/hot sides bar and desserts. However it was really frustrating that the gouchos came around with the meats very slowly. It was like they wanted you to get full on the salad/sides bar instead of the carved meats. If the price of the dinner wasn’t so high, I could understand, but I don’t really want to pay that price for an elaborate salad bar with a few pieces of meat. I must have asked for the lamb 4 times before finally getting it towards the end but by that time we were already full, but forced ourselves to eat it since we waited so long for it. This is my only gripe that the meats came around too slow. The flavor of all the meats was very tasty and cooked nicely, just wished we could have had more.

This was our first time in this place & it didn't disappoint. The food was excellent. Meats came out perfect, tasty & fast. Staff are very friendly.

Been here several times. Salad bar selection is very good but for the 69.95, there's many more places where I feel has better value for what you actually get. We went during prime time, around 7pm. It was busy & my 2 guests were excited, as it was their 1st time. Salad bar was good but it was the guys coming around with the different meats that was somewhat disappointing. We all had our green cards showing, which means YES WE WANT MEAT. For the 1st 30-45 min, 5 or 6 guys stopped by our table and we did get to sample them. However, I notice that they stopped by less & less after that.Sometimes, walking right past us after carving for the table next to us. All the different meats shown on website WERE NOT OFFERED. Its almost like they want you to keep filling up on salad while waiting for meats to come around. As I said, at least one of us had our Green cards,sometimes, all 3 of us, exposed throughout most of the evening. When they did stop at our table, I started to note that it was the same sausage or same parmesean pork chops or picana that we had already tried. After constantly waiting for more variety, my guests opted to go back for MORE SALAD as they waited for meats. Overall, it wasnt a good value & since this seems to be the trend---fill them up on salad, less meats--- probably won't be coming back. My guests, my niece & nephew only got to try 5 different meats, because nothing else came to our table. They were like.....MEH. For around $250 spent, not woth it.

Been to this location a few times and it’s our favorite. Food is delicious and great value, especially for my daughter who is under 12. Salad bar with many incredible selections, most amazing white rice which is great supplement to the proteins. We will continue to come back. Staff and manager excellent service.

We always enjoy a quality Brazilian steakhouse. While it's not a style of dining we do often, it's a great way to get some variety and enjoy the experience. This location of Texas de Brazil has a nice layout, and the staff was very friendly. We came at the start of dinner, so it was slow at first, but once the kitchen was running at full speed, the meat choices came often. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone and look forward to returning myself.
