   Been there many times...the service was pretty bad this time. The guys bringing around the meat kept passing by our table. When they did stop, they brought only medium rare, even though two people in our party requested medium. Our server was fine.

   We normally have a decent experience here. Since it is so pricey we tend to save this for special occasions. I've only been once or twice before. This last visit was pretty bad. As friendly as our waiter was, the service was super slow, our table was often skipped, and we had to ask for refills multiple times. My husband ordered a drink that came with parts of somebody else's drink mixed in to it (pretty gross). The food tasted amazing and the cold buffet was excellent. We went to pay and we had a coupon and some gift cards from Costco the waiter was awesome and explained that the deals couldn't be combined. The manager came over and was super rude. We didn't complain about the service, the two and half hours at the table or anything else - all we did was ask questions about the policy. She was incredibly rude to my mom and I'm not sure we will be coming back as a result.

   The salad bar had a great selection of food and was delicious. The servers were professional and friendly. The atmosphere was family oriented but not noisy. Definitely will be going back

   The ambiance in regards to music was not relaxing since the music was always fast paced techno music selections. Overall very delicious with good service.

   The meat was so fatty we came home and both were honestly feeling sick from it. The sides were subpar at best and honestly the highlight was the salad and fresh dressing. Only cut of meat I’d get again is the flank steak, the rest were very fatty

    I want to thank the staff because they let my wife and me into the restaurant right when they were closing. we were running late but they still let us in. It meant a lot to us because it was our anniversary and we wanted to go somewhere special. Thanks for the service and the delicious food!!!

    This was me and my wife’s first time there on our anniversary. Love the food. The waiter was excellent. Service was great atmosphere was great highly recommend this place definitely going back, and the price was excellent for what we received. Definitely recommend.

    We were sat promptly despite arriving before our reservation. The food was good, and the drinks were good if they were a little slow. We rushed out at the end, which left us feeling a bit disappointed. We bought drinks and full dinners.

    We’ve been to this specific Texas de Brazil many times before and had never had such dissatisfying experience. We had a reservation on 2/15/23 at 8:15 pm. The buffet was empty of food items they normally have. I know they closed at 8:30 pm but that’s not an excuse to not refill what’s empty specially if we are paying full price for dinner. Our server never cared to ask how we liked our meat cooked. The sides that’s are normally brought to the table were cold and hard as if they had been sitting out for a while. Our server said they were out of butter rolls for the night. The only meat that kept coming around was the picanha which was very rare. 40 minutes into sitting down with my husband just staring at each other with empty water glasses our server comes over and asks if everything is ok and I told her clearly not. When I told her what was wrong that’s when different meats starting rolling through and at that point I was so upset that I wasn’t even hungry anymore. Definitely will be thinking twice before going back, ever. Very very disappointed. Oh! And we still paid over $150 for this. Would have been much happier with In & Out.

    I brought my wife here for valentines day and it was amazing. We loved everything about it. The food quality and quantity was definitely worth the money which is not that expensive. We are already planning to come again.

    Always been a pleasure to dine here, however last night’s dinner with the family was awful. Table was wobbly anytime we moved to cut the stake made it real uncomfortable. Meat was not seasoned like usual and not enough variety of meat was served to our table. Over all the waitress was kind and friendly, we were seated after 10 minutes my reserved time.

    The service was excellent and the servers were constantly asking our table for the food options. This was my first time at this restaurant, and I was not completely ready for this kind of service or kind of restaurant.

    This place has a lovely atmosphere. Bring your appetite and eat the expensive meats to get your money's worth. There are not many sides, so best to focus on the meat. Everything is quite salty, but some people prefer that, just not me. Don't know if they have cheese bread or not since I never received any. Flan was the highlight, but all of their desserts outshined the side dishes, so save room for that instead. The rice was awful and hard. I really miss the rice from Rio Grill, and this comes nowhere close, being the first thing I bit into, it really lowered my expectations.

    First time being here for my husband and I our anniversary. I can assure you, this will be our first time here but definitely not last. Love the atmosphere and food. Amazing steak and all cooked to perfection(med-rare). Cocktails are good, lowfi music, and decors. Will definitely be back for more!
