   I dined at TDB on Sunday May 28 and Wed May 31st. It was my 50th birthday, so I had two parties take me to TDB. I have been there many times before, so I think I know the product well. We went in on a Wednesday night at opening 5pm.. As I expected, the beef ribs were undercooked. Beef ribs are not supposed to be pink and bloody, even though the carver dismissed my comment about them going back in the oven. I supposed this is the risk of being early on a slow night. As opposed to 5:00pm on a Memorial weekend Sunday, when the place is packed and the restaurant was open at 2pm, so the ribs were cooked correctly. I will keep this in mind, if I choose to go back. The lamb didn't seem to be cooked as nicely as the prior Sunday either. The flank steak on Wednesday seemed to be overdone, at least on the slabs that made it to our table. Not sure what was up, but the meats were just off on Wednesday. Do I just chalk it up to eating right when the restaurant opens on a slow night? Maybe, but for the price this shouldn't happen.

   My husband and I decided to go there for date night. This would have been out 3rd there. Overall everything was good. The only thing that was a little disappointing was that we had coupon to use and we couldn’t use it because it was a Saturday. Those small prints are really not noticeable. It made me a little sad we couldn’t use it

   The food was and is always amazing. Esther our server was fantastic. Michael one of the meat carvers was super friendly. Everyone was very polite and ready and willing to serve us. Always recommend Texas de Brazil.

    We were so impressed, they had a delicious salad bar and the meats were outstanding. Our server was amazing. People never stopped coming around to give us meat. Will definitely come back again

    Waitress dumped water on the table and we had to wait 15 minutes for her to come back by to get a napkin to clean the table. The plates coming from the kitchen for the salad bar were wet, and dirty, I got sauce on my hands and my wife got some sauce on hers as well from the stack of “clean” plates. Plus grabbing a plate to put food on and it was wet was very unappealing. Not worth the money, by a long shot.

    Food was amazing and staff were so nice and generous to explain everything both englis and in spanish, since I took my mom out for mothers day and she only speaks spanish- great experience definitely worth the price.

    Short staffed. Our waiter did the best he could but you could staff was overwhelmed. Had to wait 20 min before I got another round of steak. Bar was backed up also so took 30 minutes to get our drinks. Should probably hire more employees

    The atmosphere was enjoyable, however, they seated us in an area that was a little crammed next to a large group. The restaurant was empty, so not sure why they decided to sit us next to a family— kind of soiled the experience. Staff was amazing and the food was great— just wanted to make that notation for future reference.

    The first impression of this place was bad, I checked in with the front 15 min prior to my reservation as a courtesy and to give them time to set the table and etc. Sadly 10 min pass my reservation time (25 min since I checked with the front) they had still not sat my gf and I down. After noticing too many people that came after us getting seated before us, I had to go up to the front and tell them then, and only then they sat us down within a matter of minutes. So they completely forgot about us. The only good thing about this was the waiter, Anders who consistently checked up on us, to see if meat were coming to our table. Because the front forgot about us so they throw us in the corner instead of a proper table they should had planned for when I made a reservation. As someone who’s been to many Brazilian steak house and also other Texas de Brazil, I can tell the difference between seating when I made a reservation and when I didn’t. It’s sad that I made all the preparations for them to plan things properly & they threw me in a last minute location, especially on an anniversary. And for a Texas de Brazil I’m disappointed they didn’t offer the usual anniversary perk.

    Our 2nd time visiting this spot, Fathers and sons/ boys night out for a meat fest. We got what we came for. We didn't feel like we were getting the best cuts of meat this time, however. All of us had to have our plates changed once they were full of pieces of meat we couldn't finish because they didn't taste right or weren't cut right. I know what filet mignon is supposed to taste like and this wasn't close. Having said that, the salad bar is amazing and most of the cuts of meat were quite delicious. The ambience is first class, nice bar, good drinks and service. Everyone that works there is happy. It's a fun night out for something a little different.

    The staff was professional, courteous, and amazing overall. The meats and salad bar choices were great; the only down of it is that their linguica sauce was not the same and it did not taste as great as before. However, this did not overshadow the whole experience overall - it was a great meal with outstanding service.

    Had a salad bar with fresh and amazing ingredients. Lots of cheezes and even salmon. There was also a soup area. Meat was amazing. Meat was walked around on spits and served by waiters. Was told there were 15 types of meat on the night we went. The meat tasted amazing....you really got the taste of the meat with just salt and pepper.
