Our favorite restaurant and every time we have a great experience and service.
The service was great, a big reason for going out to eat is the quality of service you expect to get, our server Drew and even the servers bringing out the food like Jaime exceeded our expectations
Never disappointed. This was the first time we took the kids, they were so impressed with the options and atmosphere. Easter Sunday was very special because of our visit to Texas de Brazil this year!
First time and it was great, the food just kept coming. All the staff had great personality. Will definitely come back!
I was very disappointed with the entire experience from beginning to end. It is unfortunate that they didn't offer us the opportunity to celebrate a birthday on Easter Sunday. It is unfortunate that they were unable to accept that some people have allergies, it is sad that they couldn't offer an acceptable answer to if there food had nuts in it. It is sad they handed the $337.00 check to the birthday person. It is sad they tried to sell us champagne by the bottle and not allow us to have champagne by the glass. When I asked for a mimosa, the Champagne was totally flat. When I gave my gift cards which should be accepted as there were no restrictions on them, they gave me a hard time. They threw us in the back and didn't make us feel special. We were too nervous and upset to eat fearing nut allergies and just the stress of the expensive meal and not discounting for the three teenagers that were with us. On top of that, no real explanation to this paper they handed to us--and only one person got two toys at the "mini area". The paper thing said, "love it" or "try it". We assumed loved it meant we really liked it, so I put "love it" for hearts of palm, got one. They started shoving meat on skewers in our face and piles of plates. The presentation of the food was terrible, the seating was even worse, shoved in the back like an after thought. All I can say is I spent $400 for a nightmare of an experience. Communication should be a lot better, are we celebrating a birthday. And leaving so many plates and cups and stuff on the table. Begging for sugar for the ice tea too, not ok.
Sunny was amazing with providing excellent customer service. She was so kind and was checking on us during our meal. Everything was wonderful the environment.
By far the best place we've ever been to. Everything about it was fire from the food to the service members. We are definitely going back soon. We left happy and full! We recommended this place to everyone we know.
Food was good but price compared to other restaurants a lil high.
Sides came late and cold. You can tell they portioned out the sides beforehand and it sat around and got cold. Meat was good along with waiter. Totally disappointed 😞
Brandon took forever to get whatever we requested. He hardly came to our table. We had to ask other servers to ask him for our things. Waited. Then he came to check on us. Then we waited again. I requested medium well done meat.. I literally waited 45 minutes. I asked for a carrot cake to go. Brandon brought me a carrot cake to go and a carrot cake for dine in. I told him I only ordered to go. He took the to go carrot cake away and left me with the dine in carrot cake. I had to wait another 15 minutes until he came back- just to ask him for a to go box for the carrot cake. We also asked for the tab. We waited 25 minutes for it. They came with the tab and the payment device was not working properly. We waited again for 10 minutes. It was ridiculous. Meat was also very very salty. We went for a birthday and was not even acknowledged or told happy birthday. Just, ridiculous all around. Tab came out to 113. It was horrible. I could have went to yard house down the plaza and get better service and food.
Great meal as usual! Always good service and the food is delicious. Will keep going back.
We have reservation at 8PM, we got there 7:40PM they sat people that got there w/out reservation before us. Then at around 8:05PM there’s this couple that arrived and a party of 3 with an 8PM reservation and they got seated first. I complained they said we will be next and we finally got seated at 8:10PM. I was trying to tell the other lady in front but she won’t listen either. I was by the counter and I heard everyone coming in when they were asked if they have reservation or not.
Service is poor, we are about to leave and done with all the meat and our salad didn’t came yet. My husband need to follow his drink several times too.
Loved it! Everything was great! Can’t wait to visit again.
Great restaurant pre-covid, extremly poor under current conditions. Servers worn down from being under staffed, causing terrible customer experience.
They take long time to bring the food to our table
Horrible service & experience. Waiter had a attitude like he was doing us a favor to do his job. Food cooked very rare. Took forever to get our drinks. Would never go back.
The waiter was very nice but my salad took 28 minutes to get to me. Then it was wrong but I told the waiter that I would keep it since I really didn't want to wait another 28 minutes. As for the meat portion they hardly went to our table and when they did I asked for well done and they said they would come back and never came back this happen 2 times. My husband and I were celebrating our 20th anniversary. The bill was 120.00 plus tip and we truly only got mashpotatoes and 1 basket of bread. I asked to speak with a manager and the waiter said that they were short handed and that the manager would come to our table shortly. We waited another 22 minutes and no one came to our table. The worst experience I have had at a restaurant. Especially being so expensive. My pastor recommended this restaurant to us but I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Everything was good.
Was a great experience Anna’s first trip with a friend. Will definitely be coming back soon.
Several people did say they wished they would have brought some kind of the steak earlier instead of waiting after all of the cheaper meats like chicken and pork. Several people said the bacon wrapped chicken was way over salted and I would agree on that.
Great atmosphere and food was sooooo good. We really enjoyed our visit to the Fresno location. Previously only had been there once in Las Vegas but this location is much bigger and really nice. Will definitely be back.
They put us in the enclosed patio next to the door which had to remain open. They placed everyone in there or outside. It was cold in the patio area, and if they were worried about the virus, packing everyone in one little room would do nothing according to the "science". But I understand you guys are trying to comply with the restrictions. The service was horribly slow. Around 30 minutes or so just for the salad. While waiting for the salad, the meat servers came nonstop, but we were not ready for that. When we were ready, they came around maybe once every 10 to 15 minutes. Even with the card on the green, one came up and looked at the card, then promptly turned around and left without serving us. Then, at the end, without us even saying anything, other servers came up to apologize for how slow the service was and promptly blamed the new servers by saying, "We are sorry. We have a couple of new servers and we have been training them and they are not where they should be. So the managers are stepping in for a last ditch effort." That was a horrible thing to say. I understand it happens, but they should air "dirty laundry" about their coworkers to their customers. If they were that were that worried, they should have just given us a discount and say sorry for the slow service. The restaurant is usually great, but the cost of meals is almost prohibitively expensive, and the discount for service would have been well received.
The meats were good but the sides were less than inspiring. The garli8c mashed potatoes were ok, the potatoes au gratin tasted like it came from a box and the cheese buns were horribly dense and stodgy. Overall, it was just not worth the money and felt that my experience left quite a bit to be desired. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
I inky eat chicken and lamb but still enjoy bbq
When we sat down we were told that we had to pay$18 more for lamb chops which actually was a part of the deal before
On their website they still have lamb chops included but they are charging etc
So far BBQ and salad , its not a good spend of$50 per person plus drinks and taxes
I explained to the waiter ( not his fault) and told him that it’s on their menu that lamb chops are included.
Saw 3 other tables arguing on this same issue
We did pay for the lamb chops
The quality of chicken was on a dryer side but lamb chops were ok
The salad which was serves does not have that charm when it is put together in a plate and brought to you on the table
We checked what we wanted and it was put on top of each other which took the taste away of individual items
The waiters and serving staff was wonderful and should get 4-5 stars so as GM danielle when we spoke to her
Also they gave us a discount for being healthcare provider
Was seated out on patio at 6:15 PM . Light music in background and heat lamp. Also comfirtable in light jackets for both husband and I.
New adventure for us, even though this was not our first visit. Two small menu lists with pencils were brought to us to check off food we would like to try or a larger portion we were already familiar with. Food was tasty but soups and a few side dishes were only warm. Not hot.
Table for 2 was small. There should be a side table to remove empty dishes. It was my husbands birthday sl he selected a flan for dessert.
There were 5 meat selections prepared to perfection. I had ice tea and husband had 2 small Brazilian drinks. Our server was attentive, friendly and professional. Total bill with tax was $129.98
Made our guests birthday party amazing and memorable.
The food was of high quality but the service unfortunately was very lackluster, while the food does make the restaurant an appeal, I will not be returning purely based on the service.
Its no where near what it was before covid. I understand the protection they need to take but they had no deserts and the salad section was about a quarter it used to be. On top of the fact they tried talking me into believing the meat they were offering me was fully cooked when it was still bloody and rubbery. They tried this 3 times before getting it right and then became very rude and snobby. It was no where near the $190 we paid and I wont be visiting ever again.
Favorite place to eat in Fresno, great staff and amazing food!
when we got there for our reservation we were promptly seated, our host informed us that our waiter will be assisting us the rest of the night. We were starved and ready to get our grub on, we used the QR code provided on the table to look over the salad bar selection and waited for our waiter to atleast introduce himself and ask for our drinks. While we waited three other tables were being seated which was fine seemed like a busy night. But what irritated me the most about the service was our waiter assisted a table next to us that was seated way after we were seated and almost completely ignored us until he probably realized we had no utensils, plates and water. We were very close to just walking out if he didn’t turn to assist us
Awesome experience as always!! Great food and drinks!
Great Food! And great service ! We had a great time 👍
absolutely loved the overall dinning experience with the restaurant from the time of entering the restaurant to leaving.
Excellent service and the food was just as memorable!
I understand that we are still in difficult times but if you are going to close the buffet section I would appreciate that that everything that we had to mark off on the buffet ticket to have delivered to our table be actually delivered. I had some slices of lamb and by the time I reminded our server that I had request some mint jelly my lamb had gone hard and cold. That was a shame, and the meat server with the lamb never came back around. Otherwise everything was delicious, I did miss the fish stew though.
SUNY our waitress was great! Good food.... soooo full, they had to wheel me out! 😂
We have eaten here pre-Covid and service + food was Amazing. We recently dined during valentines weekend and with the Covid regulations we knew we would have to eat outside but weren’t aware there would be no heaters. It was freezing. Our waitress was friendly but took forever to get back to our table. We saw her conversating with multiple tables and could hear the conversations that didn’t apply to taking orders or helping them as customers. These were social conversations as we sat in the cold on our phones because she took so long to come back that another waiter had to let our waitress know we have not been checked on. Unfortunately I was disappointed as this was on my birthday and our previous experience was great. Definitely recommend heaters outside for everyone
Went to celebrate marriage anniversary. Outdoor seating is available but be prepared for cold. Manager tried to keep it warm for us with small heaters but power strip kept tripping. The food we tasted was delicious but we missed some of the variety that was offered; came out about an hour later from when we sat down. Felt like they were trying to get you in and out quickly. I’ve had better experiences here in the past; this night was not up to par.
My husband and I enjoyed our birthday. I wish they had some type of birthday incentive.
Drew our waiter was awesome! I recommended this to everyone I know.
