    Brought a business partner. First: entry out side was bad impression should have known by the filth-dirty Inside wait area by bar, table sticky, windows filthy Was disappointing, just an over priced buffet with overly cooked meat Not classy at all compared to other restaurants of similarity we have eaten at. no table cloths, uncomfortable chairs, poor service, salad bar mediocre. Soups had no taste Meat was terrible Will not be back/business associate was not impressed. Only thing worth raving about was the $10.00 piece of cake..carrot

    The manager and the hostess was so disgusting. They tried to get me to leave saying the wait was hours long. I told them that I had reservations and they both rolled their eyes at me!

    We’ve been here a handful of times and will go back. If you haven’t, you definitely need to give it a try! Reminds me a little bit of Vegas dining. We get the salad bar and really enjoy it I think, adding the meat is too expensive and completely unnecessary. We did that the first time and won’t do it again. Enjoy your meal you will!

    Very good quality food and the salad and soup bar was good. Wife ordered a margarita and she loved it no complaints at all and the waiter was polite.

    I don’t think this place is worth it if you aren’t a big meat eater. Almost all of the sides were SUPER disappointing. The only good food was the meat which doesn’t make a well balanced meal. Service was good and left us with a positive feeling, but wouldn’t go back to eat.

    Ruined my birthday dinner! This used to be my fav place to go for my bday, anniversary and other special occasions but not anymore. They charge about $60 a person just for the food not including drinks or anything else xtra but don’t tell ppl that they constantly run out of ALL the sides (mashed potatoes, cheese breads, the sweet plátanos which are the whole reason why I go for my bday! Smfh) didn’t even mention it to us they just didn’t serve us anything at all other than us getting up to get our own stuff from salad bar and they came around like 4 times total to ask if we wanted the SAME EXACT meat each time and nowhere near the cooked temp we asked for! Waiter also told me I’d get a free special dessert for my bday but offered me nothing at the end even when I asked to just purchase a dessert she came back and said they were out of the crème brûlée I wanted too that someone had just took the last one??! Wow. Finally decided I’m never going back again! Worst service EVER! And the manager walks around doing nothing except fixing his own hair and they even brought out the mop buckets while many guests were still eating. That’s bad manners for a fine dining restaurant!

    When walking in to dine on a Saturday evening without a reservation, we were told that it would be a two hour and a half wait but we pleaded as we were starving. The staff recommended that we place our names on the wait list and they would seat us upon availability, we were seated in a little over an hour which is far better than we could’ve expected. Needless to say we were beyond pleased. We had enough time to go home and feed our animals and make it back in decent time. Upon getting seated we were greeted by Sara, she was fantastic. Answered our questions since this was our first visit. The food was spectacular. Melt in your mouth delicious. We really enjoyed everything about our experience and will definitely be returning soon.

    The cold and hot bar wasn’t great. The potato salad tasted like a cup of salt was added. The sides were gross. I liked the meats a lot but literally Nothing else. If your Keto it’s the perfect place for you. So many varieties of meat and most were pretty tender and juicy. The deserts are not included and WAY to OVERPRICED.

    Good and better than most salad bar and soup bar. Meat good. Service really good. I give it a 7.5 overall but you can get overfull as I did. My wife would give a 9 as she ate plenty more than me and had fun too. A combined rating of 8 .25 . Some meats could be better but salty ( where the flavor is) and beware of what you eat can make your belly uncomfortable . Always beware of all you can eat places where you try to eat too much to prove you got a good deal pricewise. I wasfull quickly and when home ate 3 pieces of day old pizza which really tasted better than expensive meal here. Go figure!

    I went for my birthday, our server hardly checked in at our table and took a while for our drinks to arrive. For the price personally i don’t think it’s worth it. Food wasn’t bad though

    Reserved saying it was a bday celebration. The waiter was told it was a bday celebration. Refused to acknowledge birthday or offer the free dessert that he acknowledged could be offered to another guest at the dinner. Tried to rush us out when we stopped asking for drinks. I used to love this place, but service has gone downhill. Waiters rushing customers kills the whole mood of a dinner

    Good morning as great service was good but not great. Very romantic seating as I requested however being in a quiet dim corner means the meat didn’t get to us as often as I’d like and the more desirable cuts never made it to us. Overall a great date night and I definitely enjoyed the quiet atmosphere to talk with my wife. The timing of the meat wasn’t a huge deal in that we got time to talk. But missing out on the more popular meats was a bummer. We will be back it’s one of our favorite places for date nights. Great food great drinks.

    The last few times I’ve gone to dinner here we have experienced bad service. Often times we are waiting for long periods of time before servers come. Additionally, it seems as certain seating areas are giving more attention than others. I love eating here, but the service is becoming a deterrent.

    Sarah was our server, she was fantastic, great all around service! The food was better than I expected and they kept it coming often. I knew the Picanha was going to be good but everything was amazing. Cocktails were on point too!

    Great choices of meat, great salad bar, there warm food bar is kind of limited, noise level was low, ambiance was nice not to dark you can’t see each other but not to bright it blinds you, very clean the services was great just wish that who ever is serving the meat can speak up it was a bit hard to hear what they were saying. Otherwise great place to eat!

    ALL of the food was incredible....this is definitely a place for meat lovers by far.....I have never seen my 11 year old Grandson eat so much meat in one sitting....he absolutely loved it....Drew was our main guy who made our first experience wanting us to come back again and again....we were there for my Son in Law's birthday who enjoys experiencing different establishments each year but this time he's already looking forward to coming back next year....the meat was prepared to perfection and the food bar was stocked with endless to chose from....thank you for the amazing experience.

    Amazing staff. Absolutely amazing. We stayed past closing without realizing it, and no one made us feel unwelcomed we were asked if we needed more drinks etc instead. The best dining experience I've ever had in Fresno

    Our waiter was so good! Very attentive and good at spotting our needs. Came here because I was sad about my parents moving, and left happy and VERY full. We’re coming back for our birthdays in December haha
