Restaurante TESTAL, especializado en Cocina Mexicana de Origen, abre sus puertas al público el 15 de mayo del 2015 para ofrecer lo más selecto y tradicional de la alta cocina mexicana y se erige, además, como una opción ideal para los más exigentes paladares. Su nombre proviene de la palabra náhuatl tixtlali o textlali que significa masa para poner. Así TESTAL es la evocación a las bolitas de maíz que le dan origen a la tortilla mexicana. Por favor, considere que para mesas a partir de 10 personas el restaurante pedirá un depósito de 200MXN por persona para poder confirmar y garantizar la reservación.

segunda vez a este lugar despues de una buena experiencia invito a 6 amigos, que decepcion, mal servicio, confusuiones con los tiempos de los platos, algun plato como la pierna de cordero absolutamente sobrecocinada, incomestible. tiempos entre platos de mas de 1/2 hora. Capitan respondon, mesero confundido. Ningun gesto del restaurante a pesar de la mala experiencia comunicada al metre. En fin una gran decepcion.

No sé si fue una situación esporádica pero el día que fui a desayunar en familia los alimentos tardaron más de una hora. Pedí fruta con yogur t y el yogur t nunca llegó, pedí un champurrado que nunca llegó. Fuera de esto el sabor de los alimentos y el ambiente son muy buenos.

Excelente opción, al menos parea desayunar. La comida muy bien, el tamal de lengua es sobresaliente y más de lo mismo con el resto de platillos que ordenamos. Los jugos sin colar fue una sorpresa que desafortunadamente no se encuentra en muchos lugares. Los precios son justos. Nos encantó y la pasamos muy bien

Debo insistir en los baños. El de mujeres necesita que lo arreglen. El espacio es reducido y a la hora de salir es un peligro abrir la puerta (traicionera) y bajar un escalón … 🙏🏼 Testal Polanco es un lugar encantador y la comida es una verdura delicia pero eso del baño es un peligro
