Deli-cafe by day, elegant-restaurant by night. Tesoro Gastronomia is a testament to the belief that a dining experience need not be fussy to be fantastic.

The seasonal menu pays homage to our Italian roots, presented in a modern context, we explore Italian cuisine's greatest hits whilst taking advantage of the beauty and bounty of seasonal local ingredients.

Tesoro exists to share our passion for the beauty and simplicity of Italian cuisine, and 100% of profits are either donated to local charities or used to sponsor the arts & events in the local community. As a collective, we recognise that our parents & grandparents sacrificed to give our generation the gifts of opportunity & prosperity; so Tesoro was created in their honour to pay their legacy forward.

We had to ask for service. Our food came at different times, so the first to arrive ate cold food. I asked for my food twice and at the end did not receive the pasta l ordered. Disappointing. It used to be a great place to eat.

Staff are always friendly and helpful serving great coffee There were not enough corneti so staff recommended alternatives that were great

The food was quite good but the service and value for money left much to be desired. One of the desserts came to the table missing a component without any explanation and we were expected to accept it…. Very strange. Also don’t have the aperol spritz cocktail. They were both flat and sickly sweet and we had to end them back.

Cannot fault anything!! Food was excellent and plenty, staff were so good, attentive, polite and prompt. Would highly recommend you give it a try and judge for yourself. I'll definitely be back.

Booked online, but when we arrived didn't have a reserved table for us, so got put at the end of a long table which was later reserved for another party. So we had to leave early. Very disappointed about this as we couldn't get dessert, but the food was great.

We enjoyed a wonderful evening. It was the first time we had dinner there. We were made very welcome when we arrived and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. The menu has a wide variety of options to choose from and also had a good selection of drinks. The food was delicious and we will definitely visit again. I thoroughly recommend this to anyone who enjoys quality Italian cuisine and great service!!!
