We've dined here many times over the years. We even ate here just 2 months ago. The service was still great, but some of the same food choices from 2 months ago (ex. Morrocan Roasted Chicken) were not nearly as interesting or flavorful (a bit bland) this time around.

The food was seriously fantastic! Although it was outdoor dining, it was still a fun experience. LOVE this place!

As with all other restaurants, the waiter greets us and asks if we want still or sparking water. We ask for sparkling and get two of their "home made" sparkling waters. Nothing wrong with the water, it's carbonated standard San Francisco water from the tap. But when the bill arrived, I see 2 x $9 (+ tips and tax) for two bottles of water. Plus 5% extra fee for benefits to employees that other restaurants just include in the price. I get that it's hard times for the restaurants, but all these hidden fees / surprises are not OK. At all other restaurants I go to, the sparkling / still tap water is free so the least you can do is to let us know that at your restaurant, you charge $9 for tap water....... And for the 5%, I just deduct it from the tip, but most people won't notice, which is what you're counting on.

Valentine’s Day dinner, outdoor seating, romantic rain drizzle, candle lights, red roses and simply the best food in San Francisco. The hostess was kind, our waiter was outstanding and had a fabulous time. Must try the chicken skewers. Will definitely come back to this restaurant on our next visit to SF.

Terzo has as invested in an outdoor Covid precautionary setting that is safe, appealing, and comfortable. A heater near our table was just the right amount of warmth.
Our waiter Ron is a PRO. His recommendations made for a terrific array of tastes.

Food is always delivious as can be, service of great and they are just so consistent!

We've been very hesitant to dine out during Covid, but Terzo has created an amply-spaced outdoor environment with heaters that are brought to the table to help keep you warm. Food is excellent as always; a great experience.

All good but you might be unlucky and be seated on a table that is too exposed to the street.

Outdoor seating was great - very well spaced from other tables and shielded from people walking by on the sidewalk.

Their pastas are always the best! And the brussels sprouts/ squash appetizer was to die for.

The hummus and chicken spideini were simply delicious along with the cauliflower soup and wine selection. We will be back and if we can't eat it there, we will order it to go! Kudos to the chef and his team.

Love this place, its always great music in the background but quiet enough to have a fantastic conversation. All their meals are fresh and cooked on a real wood burning stove in the back. The owner is always attentive in making sure things run smoothly for those individuals patroning her location.

This is my new favorite restaurant. We went on Sf restaurant week November 2020. $65 3 course meal with wine pairing - what a deal! The red snapper was cooked perfectly. The short rib was melting in my mouth. The chocolate dessert with edible flower was to die for. I highly recommend this place to my family and friends. I will definite come back again and again.
They also exercised social distancing. We were inside but far other tables and we were also next to an open window.

I absolutely love this restaurant, and their new COVID set-up is great! Every time I come here, everyone I interact with at Terzo is delightful; from the host/ess, waiter/waitress, bussers, chefs - it's a class act. Get the chicken entree!! It's delightfully flavorful, falls off the bone, and a can't miss! They have a nice wine selection, and had a fun wine pairing option during restaurant week! Their OpenTable reservations were easy to understand regarding seating inside or outside.

Food, service, COVID measures, all excellent! Skirt steak was delicious.

everything was excellent. except the wine i ordered (the most expensive red on the menu) wasn't as good as the last time i was there, but good nevertheless. but the food and service were great. when i left my leftover box on the table accidentally, they even made me a whole new item that would have been in the box for me to take home. seems like lots of neighborhood people go there regularly .

They are doing a great job of managing Covid requirements to keep everyone safe while still delivering a wonderful dining experience.

Terzo's food is delicous. We tried the paired wine/fixed price menu for $65 each and it did not disappoint. The portions were a nice size and cooked to perfection. The tables are spread out nicely and everyone is masked. We plan on returning to try the small plates on the menu. A great place for date night.

The skirt steak was perfectly cooked and very tasty. I though the potato au gratin was oily and a bit heavy under the skirt steak. The crispy onions were very tasty especially with the aoli sauce. Wine was light and well priced... Pinot noir. We sat under the heater which was helpful in the lovely October evening! We would return again.

Terzo is just off the beaten path of Union Street and is a great spot to go on a date, celebrate an event, or just grab a great meal. Awesome food and service too!
