A high communal table sits between the bar and dining room and offers seating for up to 10 diners. Additional walk-in seating is available on 3 high tops in the front window. Espresso leather banquets line the dining room. A more intimate back dining room can be booked for private parties of up to 18.
Inspired by the wine bars and cafes of Sicily, Rome, Seville & Madrid, wines are stored along the walls of the dining room. An original fireplace was refurbished and is lit when the weather is chilly out. Stylish lighting creates a chic atmosphere.

Always great food and excellent service.
A long time favorite
Our favorite neighborhood spot when visiting our son....food, service, ambiance cannot be beat!
Great neighborhood place with consistently comfort food and great service!
One of my favorite restaurants in SF. Friendly, professional staff and consistently good food.
The food was only surpassed by the service
Got neighborhood restaurant. The food and service never disappoint.
I thought small plate portions were too small for price. For example 3 scallops for $16. Overall still a very nice place.
A neighborhood gem and a great place to visit to get out of the hussle of downtown.
A birthday dinner the food service everything was great
Can’t recommend this restaurant highly enoug
Called another restaurant midway through the meal, packed the reminder of the food and left. $32.00 what flank steak? Don't remember, but I chewed and chewed, removing one bite after another.
Very engaging waiter. I should have asked his opinion on best menu items.
Service and ambiance was great. However the prawn appetizer was a little fishy and my pork tenderloin was dry. The spatzel that came with the pork were dry also. The meatball appetizer with the polenta was tasty. Don’t know if I’d go back but it’s a darling place.
Always our choice for an evening with friends or just the two of us. I find myself eating at the bar by myself when my husband is out of town. food never disappoints
What a wonderful neighborhood gem in Cow Hollow. This atmosphere is good. We went on a weeknight and it was packed. From the salad to the entree was outstanding. We ordered three appetizers. Roasted mixed vegetables, cauliflower soup , and chicken Spiedini. All were good especially the veggies and chicken selections. The arugula salad was fantastic and highly recommended. For the entrees we ordered pork shoulder and skirt steak. Oh my gosh, these entrees were outstanding. There were moist and juicy. The flavors were amazing. It was even tasty the next day as a leftovers. So happy to find this neighborhood gem. This will be my new go to spot for a great and solid meal.
Yummy food and awesome service! Will be back soon.
Terzo is the best. The menu is so unique and the food is absolutely delicious. Service was great as well and the ambiance was top notch. Highly recommend!
Food was decent but felt expensive for what it was. Service was pleasant and attentive.
Food was great per usual but had the most awful and inappropriate server who kept touching my friends shoulder, never checked on us and then threw the check (and pen) back in our faces and told us to leave him more gratuity. He was disgusting and should be fired immediately. I have since cancelled the reservation I had with this restaurant for next weekend and will find somewhere else to dine. I am genuinely very disappointed as I have loved Terzo for years.
Parents were in town and loved it!
Thank you for a great meal!
Went for restaurant week. The menu looked great and I love Mediterranean food. The snapper in papillote was bland. Took 15 min just to get water and another 20 to get a waiter.
My husband and I went to Terzo for the first time for SF Restaurant Week. They were offering a 3 course meal with wine pairings for $65. We really enjoyed the food and were very pleased with the wine pairings, but were most impressed by the service. We had a lovely, friendly server who went out of her way to make our evening a night to remember. Highly recommend Terzo!
Excellent wine & excellent food. This place has a neighborhood feel and it is not over crowded, like some other restaurants. I'd definitely go back. We loved everything that we ordered.
All good except music too loud and don’t like their soundtracks..
Great experience for SF Restaurant Week, especially with wine pairings! Awesome snapper, pasta and desserts! Waiter staff was great!
Delicious ! Well worth the price. Wine was also amazing.
We had a lovely evening at Terzo during the SF dine about week. The food was delicious and very generous, the atmosphere cozy and the service from Ron, our waiter, a delight. Robin and Julie can’t wait to return!
The food was perfectly cook and serving was huge, there was wine pairing as well for the SF Restaurant Week. Would love to eat there again.
Loved it !
loved the food and waiters , but too loud
Lovely atmosphere. Great food. Nice wait staff.
Great food and ambiance, love the approach of small and large plates, communal tables, good atmosphere. Will be back
Excellent food and service from the best waiter in town!
My wife and were very impressed. Simple, elegant and great homey place with great and knowledgeable staff. You can tell that everyone loves to work there.
Absolutely amazing food and service! Feels like a neighborhood favorite.
The most favorites place in Sf! No place combines this level of food with this level of skilled and warm service. It’s reliably inventive without veering into competitive fussiness. It’s like a true ensemble - the team works together in a way that any organization would envy. My only wish is that they would get the fireplace going every once in awhile. It’s the BEST!!!
Great neighborhood restaurant with delicious small plates! We requested a table in the back room so we could visit with our friends which was lovely! We also had great service!!
Overall a wonderful, relaxing dining experience. The little plates were outstanding. Next time we will order more than 3 and that will be our meal! That being said our entrees were excellent with the exception of the linguini which was salty.
Love Terzo and Nicole!! Always such a great time. Will keep coming back to celebrate!
