Important Booking requirements for your patio reservation:
-Reservations are weather permitting
-In the event of rain, all food will be packaged to go and we will require payment upon presentation of final bill
-Masks are required indoors for all guests
-Out by time required for all reservations (2 hrs max)
-Please don’t be late as out by times will not be adjusted; be mindful that someone has booked your table after 2 hours
-We ask that only 1 guest enter and check in for entire party

Great time, great service, so good to be “normal” even if only for a couple of hours!
Lovely setting and the food was great however the service was very slow.
Great service, everything came out really quickly (2 of us were not finished our app when the mains came, but we weren’t bothered)... only suggestion is get more heaters. Because we were seated on the roof it was a little cooler than ground level.
Everyone at Terroni was SO nice and helpful. It was great to be able to dine out again after being in lockdown for so long. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional! Once the sun went down they came around and turned on the patio heaters, so we were never cold. Such a great night!

Hello! The service was great as well as the patio. The only setback was the weather which of course is beyond anyone’s control. A heat lamp near each table would have been amazing. Also was very bummed for my friend’s bday brunch that there were no brunch items on the menu. We had been there before for a bday brunch downstairs and was expecting that. I literally ate pizza for breakfast 😐.

Please know the brunch menu that you are referring to has only been available on weekends at Bar Centrale located on the main floor. During our first lockdown, we removed this restaurant menu in order to maximize our capacity for our Terroni menu. We look forward to re-opening our Bar Centrale brunch menu in the future when the pandemic is behind us. Thank you

I thought it was a covered patio but it was not. It was freezing and the heaters did not help whatsoever. The cocktail I had was superb and the pizza was pretty good but due to the weather conditions I couldn't wait to get out of there. Not their fault, I just do not enjoy eating in the cold!
Hi Dinger, thank your review regarding our food and service. We extended our patio season far beyond what we would normally do in order to remain open. With a rooftop patio we have no control over the wind or temperature. We always encourage guests to dress warmly and to even bring their own blanket. We look forward to warmer weather and open doors and hope you will return again in future to enjoy the patio in better days.
Great service, nice atmosphere. Would return again. The portions could be larger but it is a high end experience.

We had a very nice experience. Followed all Covid rules. The buffala caprese salad was just okay - the cheese wasn't of the quality I expected.

The most amazing dinner and setting. The beef carpaccio is flawless in taste and texture & I couldn't recommend the Ricotta and Squash pasta more. Amazing service, tentative servers and a stunning view - only downside would be the virus only allowing outdoor seating & sadly the heaters weren't as effective as they could have been.

Staff were terrific and took care to maintain social distancing measures without it taking anything away from the experience. Rooftop is very pretty. Food was terrific.

We were so disappointed by the service here that we ate and left within 30 minutes. Our waitress, Gwen, didn't even greet us before taking our order and the drinks menu away. We had to order wine at the bar ourselves because she didn't check on us the entire time. On top of that, both of our pastas were undercooked. Spend your money elsewhere.
Great experience, however, could have been better because it was cold and the table next to us had the heater right beside them.

Food quality keeps going down at Terroni - cool spot but certainly needs improve the pasta and salad dishes
We had a business lunch on the patio and it was a great experience. The patio is very nice, the food is delicious, great wine list, and not very noisy. Will keep coming back.

Just a really great luncheon experience; great view, great service, fabulous food.

Great late lunch on the patio. Beautiful day ~ 15 C and sunny. Patio is nicely spaced with heaters in several locations. Service was excellent. Food was excellent as usual. Best rooftop patio in Toronto IMO.

Unfortunately they had no tenting in place so it was very cold. Being on an upper deck with the wind tunnel was too cold. No seat cushions or blankets offered. Only 2 heaters we could see which did not nearly cover the area let alone a table. Fireplace looks pretty but really did not provide the heat needed. Moving forward to the coldest time of year you best step that up! Sorry, it was not a great experience.

We took advantage of being able to eat on the patio in spite of the late October booking. The heaters kept a us warm and the food was amazing. It was raining and the umbrellas didn’t quite cover the table so that impacted the experience a bit.
