   Section we were seated in was nothing special. Just typical ‘resto decor’. The other sections were much nicer! Server was absent minded and messed up the orders at least twice. Food was mediocre at best. I’ve had better experiences at Terroni but after this we won’t return

   Terroni Adelaide deserves its reputation as one of the best dinner spots in Toronto. First off, the food is amazing; I enjoyed a Margherita pizza, the C’T Mang pizza, and the Carbonara Sunday special (which was enough to feed 5 girls of healthy appetites), as well as the gelato. The ambiance and atmosphere is intimate and comfortably upscale. Service was wonderful, we had kind wait staff with great recommendations and insight. We will certainly be back again.

   Overall the experience was ok..service could have been better..there were a couple of errors that no one took responsibility for. Value, was just ok, but food was good!

   Service was atrocious. Never asked if we wanted a drink, refused when asked if we could omit something from our entre because of an allergy and was told just to order something else. Not asked how our food was throughout or meal, never asked if we needed anything, we had to ask for salt and pepper, and the only attention and conversation we got from our server was while we were paying the bill.

    The food and service were both excellent. We had a nice spot on the patio with just the right amount of shade and cross breeze to keep everyone comfortable on a hot day.

    Took a visiting colleague for dinner as Terroni is usually a good experience with tasty eats. Unfortunately this time, the server seemed to be in a rush and nonchalant.

    We got the cacio e pepe and it was quite literally the worst dish I’ve ever had. It was cold and bland! The cheese plate did not have a good selection. The wines were good.

    We dined on the patio. The service was good and the staff very friendly. The patio had some sun areas and some shade. It's perfect for conversation as it's less noisy than indoors. Be prepared for "action" happening around the back of the patio as it's the city - we had the unfortunate experience of seeing someone going to the bathroom where there was no bathroom and there were a few moments where "odd" behaviour had us keeping an eye out by people around the outer barrier of the patio. It's just something to be aware of but certainly not a reason to avoid going.

    Overall experience was good. Crowded so a bit loud with the addition of music. Food was the best part, service was adequate but not great. A bit weird the group next to us was told they'd been dining for too long and needed to leave almost immediately after they were served coffee post meal. The service wasn't fast enough (took 20 minutes for a waitress to bring water after we sat down) to be rushing customers. After asking them to leave it then took 15 minutes to bring them their bill...and then no one else was sat at their table the remainder of the time we were there (30+ minutes).

    Great Italian restaurant, our daughters loved the Peperonni pizza, the white cheese pizza Puzzo is also very good as well as the Rigattoni Carbonara!! Nice ambiance with great music!!

    Very disappointed with the service. Our server got the orders wrong and 2 members of our party had to wait almost half an hour for their meals - after everyone else had their meals. Seemed very disorganized and we expected the 2 late meals to be comped at the very least but that did not happen. Also , when I received my bill there were 2 extra entrees on it. Good thing we checked! Overall very surprised at the ooor customer service especially as we often go to other Terroni restaurant lbs

    The ambience was very nice with an old school feel and nice vibe with the music. We went to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday and I requested an intimate table. We were seated at an intimate lounge table on the top floor and we were both very pleased with the salad, our pasta dishes, the wine and the delicious flourless chocolate cake that is a must try!!! We will definitely be back!!! Highly recommend!!!

    The food and wait time for food was perfect. However our server was very poor We seemed to be wasting his time and was very impatient with us. He seemed more concerned with other tables. There was no interest in us as guests and took our orders so quickly I felt like I was at a fast food restaurant. With the ambiance being so wonderful it was disappointing to feel like we were of no importance. We were there for a very special occasion and we didn’t even have an opportunity to tell him that. Because he certainly wasn’t asking us They bus people were more interested in us then our actual waiter
