Food was not good. Wish they had said it was part of a Hilton Garden Inn. Surprised this restaurant was on opentable.
The bar area was very busy, which is typical for a hotel restaurant. There appeared to be one server for the rest of the restaurant so service was pretty slow. I had the bison meatloaf which was good but my husband was less than impressed with his steak. There was nothing bad about it but nothing really blew us away.
Great craft cocktails using locally sourced distilleries and fresh menu items. A delicious experience.
Stopped by before volleyball tournament at convention center- great aesthetic , friendly service , pretty and tasty drinks, everyone enjoyed the food!
Our server was very friendly and attentive, and valet parking at the connected hotel was free, but that didn’t change our feeling that we’d just paid fine dining prices for a hotel restaurant-level experience. The rustic ambience shown on their website ends at the bar—the dining room looks like a lobby restaurant, complete with self-serve cereal dispensers still sitting out from breakfast. Food is described as “locally-inspired,” but apart from some mountain-y names, quality and prep scream Sysco. It’s not bad, it’s just not good. With so many better options at the same price point within a couple of blocks, you can do better.
There were very few people at the restaurant when we went, but our order for 3 people took over 45 minutes to get to us. The staff was apologetic and discounted half our bill, but we arrived at 5:45pm to have dinner before a 7:30pm show and we had to rush through our meal and jog to the theater.
Convenient to Denver Center for the Performing Arts.
Very good overall!! Loved the cozy table for 2!!!!
great place close to hotels and the colorado convention center
Typical Hotel Restaurant
Our dinner at Territory was a major disappointment. They were clearly short-staffed. There was no host or greeter. The busboy clearing the tables was telling arriving guests just to sit wherever! The bartender, at the entrance, seemed distracted. There was only one waiter serving the entire restaurant. The food was fair, at best. There was a large convention group in town, and the restaurant seemed totally unprepared.
Do not go to this restaurant. The food was great but we waited 30 minutes for our food when the restaurant was basically empty. Also very overpriced bar.
I thought it was just OK. They had a buffet with not a lot of options... especially for a salad. Very few choices and didn’t look appealing.
Left after 15 minutes and no one came to our table. Restaurant was at 10% capacity
The restaurant was completely empty except for us when we got there, so it was nice and quiet and we could take our time with our lunch. My burger and fries were delicious and cooked perfectly, and my friend's fish and chips were also very good. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and thought it was a great pre-theater lunch option.
We came here for a business dinner. Had to wait 30 mins for drinks to be delivered and it was not busy. After eating some appetizers the waiter let us know that the three most popular dishes on the menu were sold out. Eg beef, chicken, fish. They should have told us this when they took our drink order. We all left and struggled to find another restaurant for dinner. Terrible ambiance and lighting as well. Do not eat here.
Just OK service and food for business lunch. . Cobb salad was lackluster, although the dressing was good.
We arrived at Territory Kitchen and were happily surprised that they offer free valet parking! This was the single good thing about our evening. When going over the drink menu, the waitress informed us that "The head chef just walked out" that week so none of the liquors needed for those drinks were available. So no specialty cocktails. She also told us they were already out of two of their main entrees. This is already a limited menu, so this was very disappointing. The place was empty- I think there were two other tables taken- and yet it took 20 minutes for her to come back over with waters and to take our drink order. My Manhatten was water with a slight burbon flavor. The food was all bland, the fries were cold- it was all just very very disappointing.
Nice atmosphere with excellent salads. Very relaxing and filling. Just what we needed after a long flight.
Great food, good service and happy hour wine was exceptional
We had a 12:15 reservation. We were seated right away. 50 minutes later we had to request that the food be packed up as we still had not received any of our orders. The restaurant was nearly empty during this time too.
The food was good. The menu was not up to date our waitress didn’t update us on changes until after we received our order. Service was kind of slow. I would try it again and hopefully they won’t be in the process of changing their menu then.
We had dinner because we were going to the Convention Center and it is really close. The pour of wine for $12 wasn't much. I would expect this type of place to have a glass of wine under $10. It is a hotel restaurant. It felt alittle cookie cutter...our server was new, so she did her best. I had to ask for condiments for my burger; she didn't offer. She wasn't really familiar with the menu, which she should have been. I had the burger and my boyfriend had the gyro. It was all fine. But nothing great. For a real food experience, I would go elsewhere.
Great place for good food.
Food was good, service mediocre, margarita terrible.
Understaffed, poor food quality, and poor service. No apologies for the staffing issues, food came out in small portions or too large of portions - and all overcooked.
A good to very good experience all around. Especially good for a hotel restaurant, which do not tend to be so good, just average
We picked this spot for its location, and were pleasantly surprised by the food! Interesting takes on some classic, great flavors. Reasonably priced. We did have a large party next to us that was pretty boisterous and loud, but we were still able to converse easily. Our only issue was slightly slow service which made us feel a little rushed in getting to the theater. Would definitely return!
Very nice place for a business lunch food was overall good. Soup of the day wasn't so much that's why I gave it a 4 star. Everything else was very goos.
I was truly disappointed in the food. The menu made things sounds so wonderful but the food was blah. Overcooked and dry even the roasted sweet potatoes were bad. We were the only people in the restaurant and I can see why. Time for a new chef.
We had a reservation for dinner on New Years Eve. We arrived and it took over 5 minutes to be greeted by the hostess. Several employees walked by us and said nothing. Once the hostess greeted us, she told us it would be a few min while she set up the table. This took close to 10 minutes. She was not friendly and barely spoke to us. It appeared that the employees had no idea what was going on. With few patrons, the place seemed chaotic. Our server was polite, but we still had to get his attention several times when we needed something. Our drinks took a very long time and the water was never refilled. Several of us ordered burgers and the meat seemed like preformed frozen patties. It was edible, but not good. I think the restaurant just opened, but we will not give it a second chance.
The short ribs didn't taste like beef or pork, so not sure what it was. The ribs were very tough. Rib meat should be falling of the bone and crazy tasty when correctly prepared. It was neither.
Went there for breakfast. Made a reservation but it wasn’t crowded. The manager greeted us warmly, took our order, and served us cheerfully. Everything was prepared and served nicely. Service was attentive and ambiance quite nice. Would happily go there again for the breakfast buffet.
I made reservations on Open Table for 7:45 on Christmas. When we arrived we were told that they were closed and wouldn’t be seated. When I said I booked on Open Table he said he had just turned way someone else. He also said we should have used a different app. It was very disappointing after we had driven down there, parked, and walked two blocks in the cold only to be turned away.
Friends and I recently dined here as we wanted something easy pre-theatre. Everything else was booked full and I was able to reserve a table for 4 last minute. At 5pm it was pretty empty, and the staff pampered us. We ordered small plates & drinks, enjoyed a quiet atmosphere and arrived at the show unhurried. Exactly what we wanted!
Nice decor/design, great service, but unfortunately disappointing food quality.
The mushroom barley soup seems to have been an afterthought. For $7 a cup it had the same red vegetable base as the Manhattan clam chowder with a few mushroom slices and 1 or 2 pieces of barley added. The buffalo burger was priced at $14 but was served with an impressively thin patty of meat.
The $11 chicken gryo was a pita pocket with grilled chicken pieces that were quite dry and had little seasoning. Could not appreciate the citrus marinade advertised.
We won't be going back.
Very happy with our night there! Good happy hour prices and yummy appetizers.
While my Salmon BLT was good, my sweet potato fries were undercooked. The poutine had at most 2 tablespoons of shredded beef on it. It was ok, but the gravy was very good. We asked for a cheese quesadilla for a child and it came with a lot of other items inside besides the cheese. Oh well we could have sent it back but decided it wasn't worth it. Our waiter wanted to be somewhere else..........
The service was quite good but the food was mediocre at best. I ordered the fish and chips and my wife ordered the grilled chicken gyro. The fish was actually pretty good, particularly with the lemon tartar sauce. The fries were mediocre; I understand there are lots of kinds of fries but the ones served here were relatively soft and thin while I prefer something more crispy. The chicken gyro my wife ordered was just plain terrible. The chicken was bland, as though it hadn't been seasoned or brined or anything prior to being cooked. Worst of all, the grill marks on the chicken were burned into the meat so badly that the charred portions of the meat were incredibly bitter; I insisted on tasting it when she complained and I could smell the char before I even brought the piece of chicken to my mouth. She had to eat around or cut off the burned portions.
This could be a nice enough place to hang out for a drink; the atmosphere is nice and the service was very friendly and attentive, but I wouldn't eat here again. We were visiting from out of state and the food everywhere else we ate was so much better than here.
Our waiter was great!
