Lovely, eclectic, inviting, delicious ... I could continue to add more adjectives, but nothing describes this rustic epicurean experience like actually being there! House made vermouth, olive oil and balsamic tastings, the most wonderful pasta outside of Italy, not to mention two pages of natural Italian wines by the glass ... don't miss this delightful little gem!

the pacing of our food was very poor. there was 40 minutes between antipasti and secondi/pasta and even then 3 of the dishes came 5 minutes before the 4th and then 5 minutes before the 5th. We've had more lovely experiences elsewhere though there is something charming about Terre. I would return if someone nearby wanted to go.

Excellent Italian pasta dishes. Fresh-made pasta with perfectly made sauces, such as the boar ragu. Amazing stuffed gnocchi as a special was a real treat. Service is very good and the wine selection was great; good range of prices and excellent wines for the prices. Only problem is the noise level. The interior of the restaurant is on the small side with brick walls (no tapestry or other coverings to smooth or reduce the sound). People tend to shout at one another to be heard because of the reverberations off the brick. Just the place for great pasta but no so much for conversation.

Our entrees were fantastic, but the appetizers were pretty bland. Wine selection was very good. Our server forgot to punch in our order and we waited an hour to get our appetizers. They apologized and took our salad off the bill.

We loved the food and the natural wines, especially since all the wines were available by the glass, so we could taste a few before ordering a bottle! The waitress was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with us as we decided which wines we wanted, and everyone (seven of us) loved the warm and cozy ambience. The only negatives might be the lack of many non-red-meat entrees and the price of the specials (all higher than the most expensive things on the regular menu) and some of the wines we ended up ordering, which were also higher than most on the list. You know how it goes--everything on the menu is $26, so you order the special and it's $40 when the bill comes. The wines are all around $62 a bottle, so you taste several, order one, and it's $92. But hey, we should have asked! And everything was delish.

I had been here before, and having a reservation is a must to get in on a Friday. We enjoyed our meal and were able to have a wonderful conversation without interruption or music that was too loud. And the staff is lovely.

Fantastic food and service, as always. However, at least where we were sitting, they’ve started to pack the tables *way* too close together—to the point where until the party behind us left and we could scoot back a bit, it felt like we were sitting in bargain airline seats. I appreciate the economic pressure restaurants are facing, but there are limits.
