The food was terrible. Guacamole was processed and not fresh. Spring rolls dry. Overpriced drinks. Scenery beautiful.

I’ve visited this restaurant several times and have always enjoyed my meals, but this recent experience was, unfortunately, the worst service I’ve ever had. We came as a group of 4 for Sonoran Restaurant Week. Our visit started with a 20-minute wait just to place our order. Then, some minutes later, the server returned to inform us that he had forgotten what we ordered. Two of our four appetizers arrived, but the other two were completely forgotten (still don't have them). Once the entrées were served, not a single staff member stopped by our table to check on us. After 40 minutes, we went looking for someone, only to discover that our server had left, like gone for the day left. No one else seemed to care. Eventually, we received our bill, and when we asked about the included dessert, it was brought to us, but we had to ask for silverware. After waiting another five minutes without seeing anyone, we ended up finding our own silverware. By that point, the service was so bad it became almost comical—we actually joked that we must be part of a hidden camera prank (sadly, we weren’t). Despite this experience, I’ll give the restaurant another chance because I’ve had good experiences in the past, but wow—this was a service disaster.

Hacienda Del Sol, one of our favorites, is always good, and last night was no different. A great dinner, nice setting and outstanding service.

Made reservation here for a Birthday celebration. As we were escorted to our seat we could not even hear what the hostess was saying cause the music was soooooo loud. Had drinks and luckily the main dinning area was open and staff was very good in accommodating our request. The experience at the Grill was spectacular. The food and view were outstanding.

The music was too loud and we had to ask to move to the back of the room otherwise could not talk over the loud music. Could have done without a speaker
