An inviting and contemporary atmosphere greets guests at Terras, set against the backdrop of the beautiful Sonoran Desert. Intentionally designed for guests to linger and connect, each need carefully anticipated before the next. Terras features a multi-course menu full to the brim of vibrant, inventive regional fare, showcasing freshness, vigor, flavor and adventure in equal measure. At the heart of Terras lies our wood burning oven, uniquely coaxing the flavors of the land to truly show themselves, as they are, naturally. The seasonally resonant menu at Terras is made even more memorable with the addition of its mindful mixologists, extensive biodynamic wine list and insanely delicious desserts.

Disappointing dining experience though the server very kind. The ahi tuna tartare too spicy for me, smashed avocado accompaniment not fresh, and presentation not especially artistic. The soup too salty for me to eat. Enjoyed the olive cake which constituted my dinner. I had much higher hopes for the restaurant. Fortunately I was able to opt out of the resort’s all-inclusive meal plan the following day as dinner at Terras not a good fit for me.

We sat outside. Food was excellent. Bar service was very slow and drinks arrived not as ordered. They were out of the ingredients for the drink we ordered and just improvised instead of checking back in. Throughout dinner at least 4 catering carts were rolled through the dining area along the rough rock pavement which was extremely loud and disruptive. We had several shared dishes but received no serving spoons. Bottom line - great food but service is sub par for the cost of the meal.

Terra’s has an amazing menu with options for everyone. We split the Tuna and were blown away. We also split the carrot pasta and enjoyed the creamy Ricotta. We can’t wait to see what we’re going to try next time!
