An inviting and contemporary atmosphere greets guests at Terras, set against the backdrop of the beautiful Sonoran Desert. Intentionally designed for guests to linger and connect, each need carefully anticipated before the next. Terras features a multi-course menu full to the brim of vibrant, inventive regional fare, showcasing freshness, vigor, flavor and adventure in equal measure. At the heart of Terras lies our wood burning oven, uniquely coaxing the flavors of the land to truly show themselves, as they are, naturally. The seasonally resonant menu at Terras is made even more memorable with the addition of its mindful mixologists, extensive biodynamic wine list and insanely delicious desserts.



Terras bar focuses on seasonal craft cocktails and features an extensive list of natural, bio-dynamic and organic wines.

    It is one of the best experience. The food was very delicious. The waitress was very nice and had amazing customer service!

    The food was very well plated and the taste of my sword fish was so good! The forbidden rice and the sauce that surrounded the fish paired so well and was delicious

    Fabulous experience! Great waitress, Meseret, knew the menu and had great suggestions. Our meals were a filet (perfectly grilled), glazed salmon, charred octopus, and Branzino. The cocktails were also perfect, as were the desserts. It was our daughter’s birthday and we had a great celebration. Highly recommend!!

    Service was so lovely and attentive. Servers really matched the energy of the environment. Food was great. I thought I had great value for money. Only suggestion is the music was a little too low and I could hear everyone’s conversations around me

    Excellent food and equally excellent service. We did eat early so there were very few in the restaurant

    Very subpar experience altogether. I booked a day at the spa for me and my girlfriend to treat her for graduating college. Multiple glasses were broken, the food was very bland/overpriced, and I had to get up and go look for our server to hand her my check (we waited for at least 20 mins). This experience at Terras really put a damper on the rest our spa day because it set the bar pretty low. We will consider coming back to CIVANA, but we will be bringing our own food next time.

    Great restaurant for healthy options. Our server was GREAT. A little strange the hostess tried seating us in the very back Room of the restaurant…. Not one person was dining back there. We asked to be seated in the dinning room where everyone else was seated. The flatbread was the best.
