My entree was very good. My husbands not so much. It was lacking in flavor and sausage meat was grizzly. The real problem was with the timing of our food. Appetizer came within 5 minutes of server setting down our drinks.
Then 1/2 way through appetizer the meals were on the table. Manager was very gracious and comped the appetizer. We will try one more time since we like to frequent restaurants that are close by.
The food was great, the service lacked enthusiasm and personality
I cant remember the name of our server, he was from Buffalo NY originally
just not much enthusiasm for serving,
otherwise great food and good setting
We visit Terralina every time we go to WDW and just love it. The food is delicious and the portions are very generous. I love their eggplant stack and my husband says their chicken parm is delicious. Chaz our server was fantastic and didn't miss a beat. We will definitely be back.
We had tried Terralina a few weeks earlier for dinner. We both really enjoyed our entrees and the portions were a perfect side. So, the following week we thought we'd give lunch a try. They have the same menu as dinner, but add several sandwiches. I had trouble deciding because they all sounded so good. So I asked our server, Jarrett, what was his favorite and decided to go with that. It was delicious, but my guess is I would have enjoyed any of them. Great service and food, we'll definitely be back
The food quality and quantity is very good and a reasonable price.
Our server, Jarrett, was very attentive but not intrusive which made the meal even more pleasurable
Excellent service and food! Jose was my waiter and he was excellent
Food is marginally better than Maria and Enzo. The fresh bread is very good; salmon was very good; lasagna was fair. The cannolis were fair; the bread pudding is odd. We like TCI primarily for the atmosphere - just wish the food was something to write home about...I think you can get better Italian most any place.
made a birthday dinner reservation for my boyfriend and i online which was quick and easy. the service we received from our waiter was excellent! not only was he friendly and attentive, but also was able to answer our questions and provide suggestions! the food was quite tasty! we started with the bruschetta which had super fresh tomatoes on top. then for our entres we had the gnocchi and spaghetti bolognese which both had robust flavor. to top it all off a slice of chocolate cake was brought out for the birthday boy and it was to die for! it was super moist and just sort of melted in your mouth! overall we had a wonderful experience and definitely will be returning!
Nice but expensive. Waitress should not be clearing table whilst people still eating. Otherwise good food and lovely outdoor eating
Fabulous everything! Wine, lasagna, everything was 5 star. Highly recommend.
Food was good but not anything special, run of the mill Italian. They did have a happy hour where drinks were quite a bit cheaper if you were willing to go grab them from the bar yourself. Totally worth $4 savings per drink if you ask me.
My family enjoyed a fantastic meal at this restaurant. Our food was absolutely delicious, the restaurant itself is beautiful and we had a fantastic waitress named Jenine who helped us choose the perfect drinks and meal. We can’t wait to eat here again!
We had a "team" of two waitresses who were both very entertaining and had great senses of humor. They were helpful with the menu, kept our glasses full and made sure that everything was to our liking. We had the Bolognese, the Eggplant Stack, Fried Olives (excellent!) and a Caesar Salad. Everything was great.
Karla did a great job! She knew the menu and made some good recommendations. This is our second visit.
Food was a little pricey, the Alfredo was excellent, however the wife’s marinara was comparative to Ragu. Atmosphere was great outside by the water, but not much of a view. I recommend this place, but expect to pay more for something you could make better at home.
Excellent food and service!!
Yummy food. Good place to bring the kids while at Disney Springs.
Overpriced for a very average meal. Disappointing and will not be going back.
chaz was or server and as very attentive and mad great recmmendations. Very good food and great service. We will return.
The waiter was very pushy did not want to give us time to relax and enjoy our meal.
My husband has the seafood Canaloni no seafood and the bottom of the noodles were burnt. We just received our meal and the waiter came over and asked what we wanted for dessert.
He kept trying to push us along and then when we asked for the check he made us wait until he took care of three other tables and one table was a table of 14.
We love Disney Springs but we will not be back to Terralina Crafted Italian Restaurant
Dinner was great! The food was fantastic! Our server was very nice but pretty slow. We were in there quite a bit longer than we should have been. Gerard, the host was awesome! Helped me put together the best dinner and it did not disappoint
Food was EXCELLENT! Service left a bit to be desired, as we waited 15+ minutes for someone to greet us. Would still recommend, because the food was 100% worth it!
Lasagna was amazing! Great service!!
My wife and I celebrated our 30th anniversary at your location. Very good.
We were greeted at the host stand; and, the only glitch was our OpenTable reservation for two had been recorded for three (I produced the printout, which confirmed our party size.)
Brianna K was our server; and, she made us feel very welcome, comfortable, and very relaxed. She made recommendations when asked; and, pulled in the expertise of the onsite Sommelier when needed. The dining room was quite busy when we arrived; but, about midway through our meal, we had the entire room to ourselves, which was very nice.
We started with the Mozzarella Rice Balls that Brianna recommended and enjoyed them very much. To go with the appetizer, my wife ordered a Prosecco; and, I had the most excellent (and, as rare as hen's teeth) Verdi Imperial Stout. The appetizer was a bit heavier than we had hoped for; but, was very tasty with the sauce and shaved cheese.
For mains, my wife chose the Crab Pasta, which was stupendous. The sommelier recommended (and provided a taste) of the excellent Garofoli Verdicchio, which had a lemony, citrusy forward taste; and, a lingering salinity, which complimented the crab and pasta, which was dressed in garlic, olive oil, asparagus, lemon butter, capers-Excellent!
I had the Bucatini and Clams, which Brianna recommended; and, it was served in a reddish sauce of white wine, garlic, olive oil, parsley, and lemon butter. It seems there were some spicy sausages in with the clams, which matched terrifically with the Medium Elegant Flight, including a Chianti, a Barbera, and a Valpolicella. The chianti was the best with the pasta. I had asked if the pasta would go with the wine; and, the sommelier assured me it would.
For dessert, I ordered the Bread Pudding; and, took most of it home, as the serving size was immense! It was very, very tasty.
We really enjoyed our meal! We would definitely return. They only thing I wish they offered was a salad with your meal for the price you’re paying....that was the only downside. Otherwise, everything was delicious!!
Chaz and Oliver were wonderful. I have a new favorite wine, and I think we have a new favorite date spot. Wonderful food.
Slow service, food was mediocre. I wouldn’t recommend.
This was once one of my favorite restaurants. Seems to be going downhill pretty quickly. Such a shame!
Not at all impressed with the food here. The waiter recommended the seafood cannelloni, but it was terrible.
Staff hung around bar area and made sooooooo much noise. Couldn’t really enjoy the environment.
Service was great but the menu had changed from the last time I’d gone and I was looking forward to a particular item that was not longer there.
The feel of the restaurant was lovely and a wine guide on hand who recommended some great drinks.
The food was very rich and unfortunately rather cold.
My husband and I both enjoyed flights of wine, which was fun. The mozzarella in our capers salad was excellent but the tomatoes were so so. He had the ravioli which was quite good. I had the penne and shrimp which was not - way too much garlic. Large chunks of garlic throughout the Parmesan cream sauce made the pasta inedible for me.
An amazing dining experience!! Our first time and it was perfect! Rachel was amazing! Very attentive! Spot on! She made the dining experience even better. She was fun, informative and recommended an amazing wine! She is an asset to your team! Service is top notch! We were celebrating our daughters 18th and it was the best experience!! We will be back !!!
Sommelier was a VERY nice gentlemen and very helpful in selecting our wine, which was very much needed to forget about the way the manager’s treated us !
Vacation family dinner
Excellent dinning experience! this evening was our 4th time at the restaurant and again an outstanding experience. The hostess and especially the table service people were great. The wine sommelier was great. He let us sample wines and recommended others. Very nice. The food was very good and timely. Great dinning experience.
Outdoor hostess did not acknowledge our presence during her chat with a fellow employee until we decided to go inside after being ignored and then she loudly said “excuse me, sir, sir” as though we were entering a movie with no ticket. We then were seated and ordered a pizza and lasagne to share and the lasagne arrived barely warm.
Our server Tiffany was outstanding. I thought there was truffle chips on the menu but they were not. I asked her about them and they magically appeared. The calamari with the marinara excellent. The bucatini and clams and the pomodoro with meatballs for excellent. We thought the bread was a little dry and the tapanafe that was served with was missing garlic and spices. Overall next experience!.
