I was extremely disappointed with the buffet. The dishes were left empty for too long and not replenished and the choices were poor. The dessert bar was messy and young children were using fingers with the ice cream which was so unhealthy. I was there for lunch a few days earlier and found the choices of food much better and dishes were replaced promptly . I won’t be rushing back. So sad 😞

The venue as always was nice with good and reliable service. My problem is not with Sheraton Mirage,but with your booking service. This is the second time that I used your service to make Lunch booking with Sheraton Mirage and both times they could not find my booking on their record. Fortunately this time I took my confirmation you sent me and they were able to accomodate my Party. This is not good enough and you must fix this what appears to me to be a Software problem

Unfortunately the only problem was that the Restaurant had no reservation for me despite you confirming the booking to me by email. Fortunately they had a spare Table for me but not my usual one. It was embarrassing for me and my Guest. Your computer system has let you and me down.

Extra effort from staff and chef to accommodate a satisfactory menu tweak for my pregnant daughter. Overall we had a very pleasant experience.

Great selection. Waitress service was ok, had to keep asking for a drink and noticed others did too. Seemed to be looking for empty plates to clear for all the hungry guests lol. Service was average.

Front of house rude and grumpy..waitress grumpy no sense of humor ...chefs need to lighten up..you can be professional and smile..but worth 90bux how ever..get same food other places ranging from 50 to 70

Went there last Friday 11/5/18 and it was fabulous! The food was exceptional, the staff were excellent. We have been there before and will go again! Keep up the good work. I tell everyone that it's the best seafood buffet on the Gold Coast.

First time we came here it was fantastic but unfortunately this time the food was not up to standard. The cold things were too warm (not cold enough ) and the hot things were too cool. ( not hot enough ).
