   We had not dined here in more than a year because the previous visit was disappointing. Definitely a marked improvement. The macadamia nut crusted sea bass special was excellent. My wife’s pork chop was Tasty but a little tough, the pan juices really helped the flavor. The service was vastly improved. The staff is professionally trained and front of house management has been significantly upgraded. The Terrace is definitely worth trying and service as well as food finally matches this visually appealing venue. I highly recommend.

   Scallops outstanding. Risotto very tasty. Atmosphere very relaxing, but comfortable.

   Nice brunch at the Terrace Grilke. Good friendly service and clean comfortable environment. Everyone enjoyed their meal.. My only comments would be ....why are the overhead lights so bright! Install a dimmer. Lots of natural light coming in from the large windows. The recessed lights are too bright.

   The Easter Brunch highly disappointing. Our reservation was for 11:15, and we were not sat until 11:26. We were served sweet tea instead of unsweetened. The food took almost 45 minutes to arrive, even though service had only started at 11, so it was odd for the kitchen to be so backed up. The $48 Eggs Benedict with Crabcake was cold, and the eggs were overcooked. The omelets were $22 and were extremely overcooked. My mom ordered medium well steak but she received well done steak that was tough. For the price, the food was very lackluster. The deviled eggs were very salty. We were sat at a table not fit for eating - there was minimal leg room and the chairs were more for lounging and not for eating. We came last year for Easter brunch and had a great experience, but we will not be returning and do not recommend to others.

   The Terrace Hotel and Terrace Grill have done an excellent job providing Lakeland with a great hotel and restaurant. We come at least once a week for brunch or dinner . The happy hour is once of the best around and food is exceptional. The manager at the restaurant (LJ) is an amazing person who always makes us feel welcomed. Would highly recommend!

   My wife and I have wanted to try the Terrace Grill for some time. We recently chose it for an anniversary dinner and we weren’t disappointed. Our main courses were the pan seared salmon and filet mignon. Both were prepared as requested and delicious. The service was very good and the ambiance was special. The only disappointment was the brussel sprouts appetizer, they could have been seasoned more. We are adding this restaurant to our list of favorites in Lakeland.

    The atmosphere at this place is absolutely delightful, creating a warm and inviting environment. The service is truly exceptional—attentive without being intrusive, which is something I genuinely appreciate. I indulged in the grouper sandwich, and it was bursting with flavor; every bite was a treat! The fries that accompanied it were crispy, seasoned to perfection, and utterly delicious. My wife opted for the Polk County vegetables and grains salad, and she was particularly impressed by the dressing, which added a nice zing to the fresh ingredients. However, I must mention that the charcuterie board left me a bit disappointed; it could have used a bit more creativity or variety. That aside, the drinks were refreshing and well-crafted, and the overall service was phenomenal. We left feeling satisfied and eagerly looking forward to our next visit!
