   The restaurant was fine. But open table sucked. They did not have our Rez when we got there but made a space for us in the top corner. I won't use open table for a Rez again. Takes a few mins more to call but at least I will have a good table if I book ahead. Boooooooo open table.

   Went on the occasion of my mum's 90th with 2 other family members. Staff were very attentive & accommodating. Elevator turn-key service up to lounge, with same-level table, in a relatively quiet nook. Prompt service, without being pushy. A very enjoyable evening had by all ~ would highly recommend for a fun, entertaining & a good night out. Wide & varied buffet, delicious. Averaging $100 per head for pre-supper drink, wine at dinner & buffet. All in all, worth it, for a novelty 'special occasion' dinner.

   I booked on line in March because I knew the NA Cup day would be busy. I received a reminder of the reservation on June 17, 2016 via e-mail. Upon arrival with my confirmation I was told I had cancelled my reservation. Also that I failed to reply to numerous calls. I have voicemail and no messages were left. I was told I should not have been able to book on-line?? We were provided a table. I confirmed the pricing on line to advise the party joining us. When we received our bill it was about 50% higher per person and we had never been advised that it was not as quoted on-line. The food was excellent and our waiter was as well. With the disorganization though I think it safe to say we will not be returning for dining.

   the food was great and the service as well. i was disappointed that our party of 7 was a 2 tables, it truly broke up our group. some people actually left because they were not with the birththday table. over 4 i will go some where else next time. also we made it very clear we had seniors in our group with walking issues, again not at all friendly for these people. we had to serve the food to them and the escalator was very scary for them. so for seniors / disabled and groups of more then 4 go somewhere else

   We sat in the 700 level and it was very warm. It was a busy night with it being the long weekend, but I had to ask for the air conditioning to be adjusted as it was very uncomfortable.

   This is not the place for a romantic dinner for two. If you have more than a passing interest in horse racing then this can be a fun night out. If you have little exposure to or interest in horse racing then the price of dining here is likely to be an eliminating factor. Personally, I feel that the meal is about 20% above what you should expect to pay. That said, you do get a comfortable seat to watch the races. While that is true, the buffet does close earlier than expected and even keeping it open for desserts / fruit for 30 - 45 minutes longer would be welcome. With the current opening times, if you are not at the restaurant when it opens for the evening then you likely find the timeframe to enjoy the food somewhat cramped as time is split between eating, picking your horse, betting and watching the races. A few improvements and this could be a place to recommend to a wide audience for a fun and different evening out.
