Terra Rossa, originally from Charlottetown PEI, made the move to their new home in Wolfville for many reasons related to Covid 19 in the spring of 2021. Both Charlottetown and Wolfville are beautiful locations surrounded by local farmers, fishermen and purveyors. This is every Chef’s dream, and in order to keep that dream alive it was simply a business decision to make the move from PEI to NS before it was too late.

With this new venture, we are going to delve further into the Italian culture. Starting with making fresh pastas from scratch, and our thin crust artisanal pizzas will bring in some classics. We’re bringing our Gelato machine with us and hope to set up our own little market to sell all our house made products, so our guests can enjoy them at home.

Our goal is to create outstanding Italian comfort food that is affordable for all to enjoy. With the expansion of our patio, we hope to create a fun space for everyone to hang out at as well.

Amazing food - we ate SO much because it was all so great. Our server Melanie was awesome - really knowledgeable and kind, which made the experience even better. Thanks!

This place should be lined out the door with customers waiting to get a table. It has to be one of the best places in Atlantic Canada to get a meal.

It was our first date night out in a year (wonderful little girl at home, but she means fewer dates), and it was exactly what we were looking for! Great service, excellent meals, beautiful presentation and the perfect grown up atmosphere we've been missing.

Wonderful flatbread Margherita. The bone narrow was great. The deser ( torte) was scrumptious. The service was friendly and attentive. A very nice evening, .

We ate at Terra Rossa for our wedding anniversary. We started with sharing the charcuterie; it was all delicious, but we wish there had been more spreads/jellies on the board in addition to the tasty mustard. My husband had the Arctic char and Brussels Sprouts; the only complaint was that the fish skin was not crispy at all. Everything else on the plate was delicious. I had the mushroom ragout and practically licked my plate clean! He had a beer and I had red wine by the glass. We were diehard Terre Rouge fans before the restaurant changed hands/concepts and very much miss their creative cocktails. Please consider bringing them back!

Excellent service, amazing food, wonderful selection of menu items. We come to PEI just for dinner at this place, it’s my favourite thing about this island.

Terra Rossa is our favorite Charlottetown restaurant. Food and service always top notch. I wife has a couple of eating issues (GF & allergies) and they are always responsive to her needs and careful.
