Beautiful inside, great view on patio. A bit noisy on patio because of the traffic - but worth it for the ocean view. Food and service were excellent. Pricy, but you get what you pay for.

We ordered a $40 appetizer, couldn't eat half of the lobster because it was very undercooked. The manager cooked one portion but the biggest portion was still raw. Then we asked for drawn butter to eat it with, as the butter had hardened while we were waiting for it to be properly cooked. We received cold butter and then our server disappeared so we made do with the cold butter ... very disappointing for a lunch that was $125.00. Would not go back.

Terra Mare has outdoor seating with a view of the ocean. What more do you need. :)
The food is amazing (I had Sea Bass) and the service was great. Everyone receives an amazing little cast iron corn bread that was delicious!

Decent brunch buffet. Made to order omelets. I didn't like the server asking is we wanted still or sparkling water and not sharing that we'd be charged $8 a bottle.

Overall excellent dinner. We sat outside with our dog. Beautiful ocean view. Waiter was very attentive. Had the cheese platter as an appetizer. My wife had the Chilean sea bass which she said was the best she's ever had. I had the steak medium rare. It was cooked that way. Juicy and tender. Complemented with a bottle of the Jota cabernet franc. Great evening. Definitely will be back. Until September 4th 50% off on Tuesdays all bottles of wine.

Very good food. Steak was fantastic and so was the snapper. We had to send the calamari fritti back but they were very nice about it. A good place to also take visitors from out of town as this has a great view of the beach.

It’s a shame this place was completely empty. You would think being in the Conrad it would be a hot spot.
Dinner was good but not memorable. Service was nice but not amazing. It felt weird having it be so empty on a saturday night. They need to liven up the place!

It was a pretty good place, all in all. Steak Tartar was great, as was the Duck. A fee unique cocktails.
I doubt I’d repeat, but not in a negative way. I like to find HIGH end places and this was good, but not high end

We arrived earlier than our Open Table Reservation on July 4th and was seated at a perfect high top table with a great view of the beach/water. Stacie L was an outstanding server as she was very attentive, casual and helpful with menu suggestions. Everything we ordered was delicious. The bar was a bit backed up so my Hurricane drink took a very long time and Stacie apologized for the delay. We enjoyed our first night in Ft Lauderdale celebrating our 20th Anniversary with a great dinner and perfect view of the July 4th Fireworks. We have a few more nights in Ft Lauderdale and may return.

In stead of typical breakfast, which we could’ve gone anywhere, we had the short-rib empanadas with fried eggs and waffles with Korean fried chicken. That turned out great choices (to our usual brunch I New York).

I feel like this is a hidden gem in Fort Lauderdale. Although on the beach, it hasn’t gained much of a following just yet. The food was excellent. My friend and I are both watching what we eat (no dairy), and the staff was very willing to work with us on all the meals.

I wish there was more of a scene though. It was dead on a Friday night.

We sat outside with a great View of the ocean. As it is a little North of most of the bars the traffic in front is not as bad. Overall the food was pretty good. Our waiter was terrific. On Tuesday they have 50% off all bottles of wine so we had a very nice French red wine. The cheese platter was excellent as was the empanada. The octopus was also very good. Would definitely come back.

Service and setting were fine, and some of the dishes were tasty. Cocktails we tried were not especially good. The whole snapper was very average given the high cost. Overall we found the food to be not worth the money, although we could see that they were trying to put together an interesting menu and we like the small plate/sharing concept

Beautiful restaurant right across Fort Lauderdale Beach at the Conrad Resort. Good fresh food, just lacking atmosphere and we were the only two patrons in the resturant. Maybe consider changing the music to fit the menu and theme of the restaurant.

Honestly, I expected something better. Perhaps it was the fact that it rained heavily that night, but the whole atmosphere of the place was kind of dull. Food was good, great view of the sea, but other than that, it was far from impressive. I would recommend it for family meals. I guess the view of the sea during the day must be breathtaking.

I am very disappointed with Terra Mare. I chose them for a very special occasion for my spouse, her mother as well as my mother but it was a mistake to choose this location. I was misled by the regular brunch menu provided online, once we arrived it was a restricted menu, that did not include the dishes that my family eats and were looking forward to enjoying. Since it was Mother’s Day, and to late to get a seat anywhere else, plus the long drive, we were forced to eat from a BUFFET at $75 per person, drinks weren’t even included. Causing my mother, mother-in-law and my spouse to stand in a long line to wait for food, food that was not great, on Mother’s Day for $75 a person is ridiculous. Mother’s Day is about showing appreciation to mothers and that was not Terra Mare’s intention. We have no problem paying for the experience when the value for that experience is there. That was not the case.

We went to Terra Mare as a couple in April 2018. I chose this restaurant because we wanted to try something different and it had good reviews, as a new and upcoming restaurant in FTL.

When we arrived we were seated on the terrace outside, all good, having a nice view of the air show that was happening at that time. The waiter came to ask what kind of water we want. After waiting around 10 minutes, another waiter came, and so on until the fifth waiter came to finally take drink and food orders and offer a credit for the hour we waited with just a bottle of water. Because at this point we were really fed up: no drinks, no food. The terrace still had empty tables, so not overly busy, but the waiters were walking around and seems they had enough time to chat.

We just left. We can't tell you about the food, but service was worst we ever had. Does this restaurant have to buy their customers by offering a credit to counter their bad service? We do not recommend this restaurant.
