Terra Gaúcha es un restaurante nacido en la Pampa brasileña y ofrece un concepto gastronómico que gira en torno al “churrasco”, un método de asado tradicional utilizando llama abierta y diversos cortes de carne. Hoy día, el establecimiento mantiene viva esa llama gracias a sus condimentos de estilo gaucho auténticos y al empleo de carbón natural para elaborar platillos suculentos a base de ternera, cordero, carne de ave y cerdo. Además de sus carnes a la parrilla, los comensales podrán degustar ensaladas gourmet y una barra libre de guarniciones que incluye verduras frescas, así como quesos y embutidos surtidos. Todos los comensales quedan invitados a realizar un viaje gastronómico (sin necesidad de pasaporte) al Sur de Brasil, donde se sentirán mimados en todo momento por la familia del Terra Gaúcha. Went for the lunch and really enjoyed the hot/cold bar. The manager was amazing and told us some of his favorites. Let me don’t sleep on the Sriracha Honey or apricot jam. I could have brought some home.

It was great , the food was awesome , I loved the variety of meats and the sides bar . Everything was 10/10 . The people there are very attentive and they even asked if we had any special requests . The strawberry lemonade was great. No notes , everything was great and I will be back again.

We had a reservation for 530 and did not get seated until almost a hour later. All the steaks were overcooked and no flavor. Constantly had to request for garlic steak which was overcooked. Very disappointed

A lot of the food seemed overcooked. I had to request things multiple times and still didn’t get everything that I requested. I had to ask multiple people to refill my drink and had to ask multiple people for horseradish. Some of my favorite items never even came around to my table. I understand it was Father’s Day, and it was extremely busy, but the quality of food and service was not even close to the usual and maybe was sacrifice to accommodate more people.

The food was amazing. All the meats are cooked perfectly, and they are bringing them to the table nonstop. We did not get the seafood bar-only the hot and cold table and the meats. There is plenty of food, more than you can even sample just from those options. Our meals were $60. Well worth it! My husband had a piece of cheesecake that he described as the best he’s ever had. I could not try it as I was completely full. The service was amazing as well. We will be back! It’s a new favorite!

I take my grandchildren out for a birthday dinner at the restaurant of his/her choice. Both this year and last year, my 11 year old grandson chose Terra Gaucha for his dinner. He loves the lobster bisque and grilled cinnamon pineapple as well as all the grilled meats. Creating memories with just the two of us.

Did not disappoint! I’ve been to several Brazilian Steakhouses throughout the country but this one ranks, by far, as my favorite. Their service and selection/cuts of meat, flavoring, salad bar selection, table sides, and drinks set this one above all others, 10/10!!!
