   This place is way more about the vibe than the food. The place is beautiful and service is great. Prices are really high for what you get. Good quality is average. Nothing special. Our favorite thing was the potatoes if that tells you anything. If you want great instagram pics or a fun ambience then visit. If you’d like quality food for the high price point, maybe go somewhere else.

   The day we chose to attend Terra was our major anniversary. It was a perfect day, especially at Terra. The server ( Graham and his manager/ somalier) was superb and a great sense of humor. We will go back , soon. Dr. Vincent Zuccaro

   The food and the service were excellent. Our waiter was very attentive, and the food was just outstanding! The bread did come out with the mains, but that was OK. Very nice ambience. My only knock against it was the portions are smaller for the price. But, we will absolutely be back.

   A deep disappointment and frustration with the level of customer service we recently received from the assistant manager, Michael Ho. We have two reservations for 10, six people at 7 PM and 4 people at 7:15 pm since the online reservation only allowed up to 6 ppl/reservation. We arrived early at 6:45 PM and spoke to the assistant manager, Michael Ho, to help arrange our tables close to each other. He said no guarantee and it would be hard to do so. Six of us got seated first. When we came in, the table next to us was about to finish. Our waiter, Lawrence, was nice enough to try to accommodate us. He said that he will keep that table for us so we can sit together. The assistant manager, Michael came in got angry, and asked my friend to get off that table because he already said no. Michael stated that this table is reserved for a party of four and demand to move four of us to a different empty table. (Again, we also have a reservation for four.) Michael would rather split our group of 10 people instead of simply showing a different empty table to another party. It became abundantly clear that the quality of service provided was well below the standards I expected from this reputable restaurant . Michael lacked the basic courtesy one would anticipate in a customer service industry. His tone was unhelpful, mean, and lack of empathy towards my situation. It is evident that he had not been adequately trained to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently. He was condescending and disrespectful towards his customers. It's unclear and troublesome how he got to this level of management. We ended up going to a different restaurant. We will never go back to this place nor recommend this place to anyone!

    Ruby, our waitress was polite, professional, and attentive despite the crowded restaurant. The portions were smaller than expected, but we both left quite full after the appetizer and dessert. Nice ambience Could work both as a nice date place as well as a place friends and family come to enjoy a great meal.

    The food was excellent, tasted great, and our party enjoyed themselves, so it was disappointing that our service did not match. They automatically add Tip to the bill for any parties of 6 or more, but our waitress was not attentive and we were constantly asking the food runners for help when our table was missing plates which happened plenty of times. Food is great just beware that service could be better.

    We started with the butter anchovy salad and the grilled shrimp, along with a Spritz cocktail and the ‘Chef Confidential’ mezcal based with hints of strawberry cocktail. For main course we had the 10 ounce steak with potatoes and the zucchini pasta, then for dessert we shared the ‘Terra’ chocolate and hazelnut dessert. Everything was, as usual, perfect. Our server, Richard, handled the large amount of customers who all ordered at the same time, expertly and with a smile. Terra never fails to impress!

    Our waiter forgot my cocktail until we had to remind him. He also never checked to see how things were and we didn’t see him for upwards of 30 minutes. Another waiter finally stepped in to offer us our bill.

    Very expensive for the quality and quantity of food. Quality is good but not exceptional and the quantity is very low. We spent a decent amount of money and came out still hungry. Very disappointing, we liked the other Eataly restaurant though.

    Price is not commensurate with what they actually serve portion wise, paid $55 for 3 strips of beef, pork and chicken in 3 skewers, we paid $110 for a portion that was good for 1 person only. Food tasted good though, the gelato was very delicious.

    We enjoyed our meal at Terra very much. The service from the bar was very slow and our drinks came out one at a time which seemed odd, however, all the drinks were very tasty Additionally, the appetizers each came out separately as well. We did really enjoyed all of our food though, especially their take on a Caesar salad, which is basically a slightly wilted whole head of Boston lettuce with a anchovy vinaigrette which was outstanding. We also had the mushroom skewers as a starter which were also fantastic.The mixed grill was the real star of the show though and the consensus from my family was that the bombolini and the sausage were the best things on the plate.

    Great atmosphere and exceptional service. The food tasted great, but the portions were not enough; we left feeling hungry. The drinks were amazing. The desert was fantastic. Definitely would revisit, however we would have to eat something else before or after to not feel hungry. Also, we had a 9:15pm reservation and when we were seated the waitress immediately told us that the kitchen was closing in 15 minutes. We felt very rushed to make our decisions and it made us feel uncomfortable. That was the worst part about the restaurant.

    I want to start by saying that our waitress was outstanding. She was very attentive and accommodating, which made the dining experience enjoyable, but that is where my enthusiasm for Terra Eataly stops. The food was mediocre at best. Their menu was extremely limited and there was not a vegetable or salad on the menu, so don’t go there if you want something other than meat and pasta. There was absolutely nothing fresh available. The setting is pretty and the cocktails were good, but I would not go back to eat and do not recommend Terra Eataly.

    We really enjoyed our first meal at Terra. The service was fantastic - pleasant and responsive. The food was phenomenal. The ambiance was pleasant and comfortable out on the patio. I highly recommend and will be returning!

    This was one of the worst restaurant experiences. Came to celebrate a birthday and did not have a good experience. First, they cancelled our 7:00 pm reservation after 1 minute past 7:00, which was very frustrating considering we drove for 45 minutes for get there. We tried to call several times but no one answered and we’re left wondering why we didn’t receive the 15 minute grace period they claim to give guests. Anyway, we booked another reservation for 9:00. We were seated and given the menu. Waitress was nice but checked in a little too often so it felt kinda rushed. We ordered and our food came out fairly quickly, which made sense because the pasta was lukewarm at best like it had been sitting out for a while and its not worth the price. Portions are tiny as well. Then the fire alarm rang in the restaurant (not sure if it was whole mall or just restaurant) and although I understand that’s not in the staffs control, they handled it very poorly and essentially made us close our tab and leave after just barely getting our food. We had our food for under 10 minutes before our dining experience was cut short. They went back and forth telling us we had to leave, then that it was cleared and it’s safe, and back to being essentially kicked out, while other tables were not even bothered during the whole ordeal. They gave us the bill and a to go box. The food should have been on the house considering we couldn’t even finish eating it at the restaurant. So much confusion and frustration. Didn’t get to have the dining experience I wanted for the birthday celebration and would NEVER return again. NOT WORTH IT AND OVERRATED!!!

    Horrible customer service. Put us outside on a cold night without heat lamp. I requested them to move us inside (i saw plenty of empty tables inside), they nodded but never came back to check in and move us. They forgot my drinks and deliberately ignored our table because they did not want to accomodate us changing table. My 7 year old was so cold we ate and left within 20 mins. I asked to speak with the manager. I saw the waitress went up to him twice asking him to come talk to me but he never did. I left. I’m Asian so I can say this and point this out. The restaurant is filled with Asian hosts and managers. The Asian male manager who refused to talk to me seemed awful. Having such a nice restaurant and hired people that run it like a cheap Chinese restaurant is just a pity. Great place to hang out, but if you check out yelp, you’ll see all the bad reviews for service there, you don’t need to take my word for it.

    We had reservations for a Thursday evening and arrived 1/2 early. Were seated within 10 minutes. Place was nice, busy. Pretty casual place. Service was good, food was good. Cocktails looked good, although we had wine with dinner instead of cocktails. The crispy russet potatoes are to die for. Overall, we would return.

    This was our first visit and wowed at this great new venue for a night out with friends. Terra rooftop as well as the adjacent Italian specialty area(s) on the same floor (3rd) made us feel we were back in Florence (where we first experienced Eately). Ate outside and service, food and ambience were exceptional. We'll be back, SOON! Thank you for a great location to celebrate a special occasion (or just grab a delicious, well-prepared Italian meal.

    the original waiter was bad after taking drink order she return to take our food order this was the last time we got service from her. We ordered three appetizers and only got one. The manger assigned a new waiter which was a great improvement. We order dessert and it was remove from the final billing. As this was greatly appreciate it did not make up for a less then good time for my 71st birthday dinner.

    This is an expensive outing. $50.00 for halibut entree, $9.00 for an iced tea. Fresh pasta dishes were good and those were $29.00. Service was not good. Either he did not fully understand English or was not properly trained. I had to ask the host to send over the waiter because we had to wait and wait. Dirty dishes were left too long on table. We asked if there was a gelato stand in the building and he pointed to the gelato offerings on the menu. I asked for a drip coffee and he had no idea what I wanted. Cafe latte? Cappuccino? Finally we got an Americano. I asked for both milk and sugar. I was brought sugar and had to ask for milk. I had to ask for spoons to stir the sugar and milk and the person brought me two spoons as opposed to offering my friend who had the cappuccino one.
