Excellent food, service and ambience! We had the lunch tasting menu for 3 of us with very generous portions! So delicious! Our server was very professional as well as the fabulous manager! Can’t wait to go back!

I love Terra. Great menu, cocktails, setting. This time, the food clearly sat under a heat lamp for an extended time and everything was dried out and over cooked.

Personally not one to leave bad reviews but my experience here wasn’t pleasant whatsoever. First of all, the server acted rudely when asked about certain things in the menu. Second, he said they couldn’t split a check when literally every single restaurants I’ve been to have never had a problem doing it, would probably take a minute or two to do it. Third, they don’t validate parking tickets but it is a full on restaurant? doesn’t make sense at all to me but okay… If you’re only looking for a restaurant with a “nice view” (couldn’t see much to be honest) maybeeee consider going but other than that it isn’t worth it. Food wasn’t all that good, service even worse, and a disappointment of an atmosphere.

A Deeply Disappointing Experience After Years of Loyalty My wife and I have been dining at Terra for many years. I have made a reservation and requested, if available, to be seated outdoors at one of our preferred tables (101–103). When we arrived, several outdoor tables appeared open, yet we were directed by Emilio to a table near the back patio door. We kindly mentioned our request and asked if we could be seated at one of the other tables if available. His response was something along the lines of, “It’s Saturday night, we don’t have time for this.” Trying to be understanding, we asked if there were any outdoor tables available. Emilio claimed they were all reserved for large parties. We even offered to wait, but he insisted that nothing outdoors would open up. Meanwhile, we could clearly see tables 102 and 103 were empty. When we asked about those, we were told they were for 4 people. We then asked about a single table near the entrance, and he claimed it was for a large party—even though it was clearly isolated. This continued with several other tables. Eventually, my wife pointed out a high-top table near 103, which he finally allowed us to take. What was most upsetting was watching, just minutes later, multiple couples being seated at the exact same tables we were told for large parties or for 4 people. When we brought this to Emilio’s attention, rather than apologize or acknowledge what was clearly happening, he deflected with confusing and contradictory explanations. To be clear: the issue wasn’t that we didn’t get a specific table. The issue was how poorly the situation was handled—being dismissed, misled, and spoken to without courtesy, then seeing multiple couples seated at every table we were told was reserved for large parties or unavailable. Emilio’s attitude was careless, unprofessional, and dismissive. This experience was disheartening. After so many years of wonderful visits, we expected better. Sadly, this was a major disappointment.

The atmosphere is very nice, little gem salad was good but main dish of Wagyu stake and strip stake were so dry and not satisfactory for the price. I would love to visit this place just for the drinks.

Very poor service, I made a reservation only to wait more than usual and see people going before us. They were stating over and over that it was a busy night and I reminded them that that is exactly why I made a reservation on the first place, to avoid the wait of busy nights. I had to ask the waiter to take our order, and it came poorly plated and everything was average. We were celebrating a friend's birthday and we stated that on the reservation and even with a couple of dessert ordered not a candle on sight. What a pity the rooftop is nice but that's it
