When you dine with us at Terra this summer, we promise to follow CDC protocol and do all we can to ensure the safety of you and our team. At Terra, we are taking the following safety measures: capacity limits, limited contact with our team, spaced-out tables, a system to reduce crowds, and fully sanitized tables and utensils between seatings. We ask that you sanitize your hands, sneeze or cough into your elbow, wear your mask before and after your meal, and strongly recommend using cashless payment.

Food not as good as used to be.
The service was very slow but everything else was amazing. And our server was very knowledgeable and nice.
Expensive! Charged for bread- but great atmosphere and food
Server was rude, annoyed and took a very long time to take our order. Not enough heaters for the number of tables.
Server was not great. Took over 20 min from the time he brought the bill to the time we asked another server to get ours. Who knows how long it would've taken had we not. Food was good, overpriced, but good. Drink definitely was not great. Super pricey for nothing. Server never checked on us at all. Never refilled drinks or anything. We were told to put our masks back on if we got up from the table or when the server was present, which we did with no problem. No other table did, however.
Great food, the outside terrace is looking at Los Angeles Country club is amazing.
Absolute gorgeous setting with no street noise.
Food is creative and with made with fresh ingredients.
A bit too many potatoes as side dishes in almost every dish (unless it is pasta).
And a bit over-prized. But other than that an amazing Dinner experience with great staff, management, food and wine.

Very consistent and tasty. A nice selection of small plates, seafood, pasta, and meats. Nice service & views!
Excellent place and rooftop. A little pricey but nothing crazy
the only thing, and of course because of the pandemic still in this 2021, we got a little early than the reservation, there was no place in Eataly to just have a drink and eat an appetizer at that time and Terra could not host you or allow you to be in the bar.
Service was very bad but the waitress was nice. We never got our food on time .

The beautiful rooftop terrace is a perfect setting for a wonderful Italian meal. The food was delicious and the service was terrific.
Outstanding as always, except for the older condescending host. He should be grateful for each and every guest that dines at Terra, especially in today’s climate where restaurants are shutting down left and right.

Awesome ambiance, but the food was very mediocre. We shared a cheese plate which only had bread slices, honey and some nuts, and had pasta dishes. Nothing memorable about the food, but definitely a pretty rooftop.
Food was good, service was exceptional.
Good service. Our server forgot to bring the bread we ordered. We had to ask for it and it came after the main course had arrived. Otherwise very enjoyable.
I decided to give this place a try for dinner with my girlfriends and we absolutely loved it ! The ambiance was so great and we sat outdoors , it was lovely . The food was great and the waitress was very nice and attentive .
Service amazing , food good - birthday recognition very sad ;-( tiniest of dried piece of cake) - for the cost and style of resturant- quite embarrassing. rest of the meal, drinks and service was impressive
We arrived a bit early and immediately were seated. Beautiful rooftop. We did have a few hiccups- salad arrived late and undressed, we were given dirty water glasses, and there were large crumbs in the water carafe. 🤢 our lovely server comped a round of wine and dessert to make up for it. Our pastas were delicious. Overall, a lovely meal alfresco.

The view is wonderful - definitely request a good one when you make a reservation for a special occasion. I appreciate how COVID cautious they were. I will say that the waiter was checking in on us OFTEN. We came to enjoy ourselves and not be rushed (this was a weekday dinner) and we were very rushed. They should know that a large reason people come through is the view, so please let us enjoy it in peace without constant disruption. I appreciated how attentive they were trying to be, but they could do with taking it a step back. The food itself was good- nothing too special.
Perfect date night, we were sat next to a open fire pit which provided just the correct amount of heat (10/10 would recommend to everyone ). Steak was cooked to perfection and the hostess couldn’t have been more informative about selection of food and our drinks .
First time, good service, food was delicious and ambiance delightful. Will return.
Great experience with attentive service a great tasting food.
Food and ambience were outstanding. Service was good and helped to make my wife’s birthday surprise a treat, but the server attentiveness was a little lacking. Had to flag him down a few times.
The food was very well executed and well worth the price. Our Captain was not as attentive to our table and service overall as I would anticipate in an environment like this and she was not fully knowledge on some details concerning the wine list but did ask someone on staff. I mention these things as it is mostly expected that you tip starting at 18% or more and do not feel we received the kind of service that warrants that level of tipping.

Fantastic place for lunch in the sun! Service and food is great.
Mediocre overpriced food. The view could have been better,but if you’re in 2, most likely you’ll get a table in the middle of the patio with no view. All the perimeter tables are for a group of 4+. The service was immaculate,though. One-time visit for sure.

Incredible view and ambience. The cocktails were also amazing! Food was tasty but could have done with greater selection and larger portions.
Eduardo was a great waiter. My friend is from Italy him knowing the language made him feel at home. If I come again I would like him to be my waiter. Made the experience more lovely.
An elegant find in an outdoor shopping mall. It is on the rooftop with plexiglass barriers. The pastas were hand cut with unusual, seasonal flavors and well made salads with unusual greens and nuts.
It was a bit expensive, but the food and ambiance were both enjoyable.
