The food was great and the vibes, however, our waiter unfortunately was not too great. We waited a long time to get our drink orders in. She passed by us several times and even went to the two tables besides us asking how everything was but did not acknowledge us. At one point the manager, Emilio, was going around asking all the tables if everything was ok. When he approached our table I told him we had been sitting for a while and our waiter has not asked us about drinks or food. He immediately asked us what we wanted and had the drinks at our table within a few minutes. Other than our waiter taking so long to acknowledge us and ask to take our order, everything else was great!

Our server was great. Food was good when you walk upstairs the house should definitely greet you not people just staring at you like you walked into the wrong place, but they can be more welcoming when you walk in.

Chicken was undercooked. Had to send it back twice. 1 Manager checked in and she didn’t even apologize or ask us for something else. Just took it away and off our bill... Spoke to another manager about that experience and he was much better and lovely.

It was a lovely day and beautiful spaces. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. It was a little loud with the music but overall a wonderful atmosphere.

Primary server was good…when she could get to our table. Overall, serve was not very attentive. Despite the patio not being busy, we were sandwiches between two tables when there was A LOT of room elsewhere. The food was great…otherwise, this was very unsensational.

Booked prefix via open table for a large group. The restaurant assumed I didn't want that. They were able to resolve back to the original booking within a reasonable time.

A Disheartening Mother’s Day Experience at Terra - RACIST and RUDE Staff! I had high hopes for a special Mother’s Day brunch at Terra, having made reservations well in advance. Sadly, our experience was nothing short of disappointing. When we arrived, despite the restaurant being nearly empty, we were made to wait. Eventually, we were seated at a table in the direct sun on a hot day, even though numerous shaded tables were visibly available. When I pointed out the many empty tables, we were told they were reserved, even though we had a reservation as well. The staff’s indifference was frustrating, and attempts to create shade with an umbrella were futile. After begging the manager to not ruin our day and give us a different table, we were reluctantly offered an indoor seat—the worst possible one, right by the entrance and next to the wood-fire oven. The smoke was overwhelming, and the lack of privacy made the situation worse. To make matters worse, our server’s attitude shifted dramatically after the first interaction. She seemed annoyed and uninterested in serving us, and we were left waiting for basic things like a napkin for an unreasonable amount of time. It was obvious that we were being deliberately neglected. Ultimately, the entire experience felt discriminatory, as we observed better treatment and seating being given to white patrons, while we were sidelined and dismissed. This ruined what was supposed to be a special day for my mom and me. I cannot recommend Terra after this experience. The lack of professionalism, poor service, and apparent bias made it a place I will never return to, and I would caution others against dining there as well.

My husband was there recently for business and told me that I had to take my daughter there for dinner, the weekend I was visiting her so I immediately made reservations as I know the outside area booked up quickly. We had an outstanding experience the ambience, the service the food 10 /10.

We sat outside. There was live music and a nice view. We ordered the tasting menu. Everything was excellent with lots of leftovers. Wish I had room to order the gelato cart.
