Everything about Terra was amazing. From the moment we walked in Kevin made us feel welcomed. His attention to detail, knowledge of wines and food suggestions assisted us in crafting the perfect meal and experience. I highly recommend the Bombette, funghi trombette as well as their rustic lasagne. The pasta was fresh, ingredients - perfected and service superb!

Waiter forgot to serve our side vegetable and never came back to see if we needed anything. We called him over. Bread was burnt and skimpy but delicious. Spaghetti was delish and ambience was great. I think they could be more generous with the salad (which was nothing special) and the bread.

It was freezing cold and they do not have enough heaters to make people comfortable. Also our waiter wasn’t attentive at all, we felt ignored throughout the entire night.

Food and drinks were great and the atmosphere is amazing, but the service was subpar. Our waiter was difficult to find, never refilled our water, and when was around tried to take our order when member of our party was in the restroom. For the prices the service needs to be better

What an exquisite experience, from white truffles to braised and grilled octopus and so much delicious food …. I can’t wait to go back . Service was incredible and very friendly (kid friendly as well) husband and I celebrated our 13th wedding anniversary ❤️

Will definitely be returning. Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Cocktails on point. Every bite of food was delicious. Loved the transparency of ingredient sources. My husband and I left beyond satisfied then still grabbed products from the market to cook this evening. If only my dinner tonight is half as good as last night’s, I’ll be pleased with myself.

I have always enjoyed this restaurant and Eataly in general, the food/drinks ambiance, and when I found out they were participating in the Dine LA, I was ecstatic to go! But sadly my experience yesterday has changed my views. Parking was atrocious. I drove around literally 27 minutes just trying to find a spot. Once I actually made it to Eataly, the store was PACKED. I have never seen it this busy (good for Eataly and their bottom line, but not so nice for the consumers trying to make their way through the store). After swimming through the masses of people, I made it up to Terra...the host and servers were great (as always) and I thought ahh, back to normal...but sadly - no, there was just a weird vibe last night. The food was so-so (and I've been many times to this place and it's ALWAYS amazing) not sure if we got there at the end of the shift or because it was the special Dine LA....or what. But for the price, I was not impressed this time.

First off, the experience was immediately obvious from the decorations on the stairs. This was met with equal sophistication and quality from the hosts. It was a warm and necessary welcome after the inconsiderate, bumper car like nature of the downstairs Eataly. So thank you Terra for not allowing the lack of manners displaued in the main area to spill over into the rooftop. From there, we continued to have an exceptional time thanks to our All-Star server Morgan. She was so knowledgeable, honest, funny, and personable. Rounding off the experience was the food, which exceeded every expectation in taste. Would highly recommend. Note that the prices can be a bit much so make sure you peep the menu beforehand and readily prepare to pay a bit. But for sure a nice date out situation thats equally as good in the daytime as the ambience at night.

Our experience at Terra last night was wonderful! We were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary. We were lucky enough to get Luciano as our waiter. He is truly the best waiter we have ever experienced with the perfect balance of attentiveness. Thank you Luciano for making our anniversary dinner perfect!!

Terra always has the best ambiance; beautiful view, the smell of woodfire, chill vibe, cool bar. Exceptional food; filling but never heavy. This time our server was Exceptional! And the shaved white truffles were a divine sensory experience. Can not wait to return!

We had plenty of time and plenty to talk about, so the 2+ hours we spent seemed less like slow service than just leisure. But, the service was pretty slow. Appetizers: The shrimp were firm with a great charred taste. The eggplant was creamier than eggplant parm usually is. CAVEAT, ask for serving utensils, we got none despite telling the waitress that we were splitting the appetizers (theme coming) Main: The 3 of us split the grilled meat for two. It was tasty and easily enough for three. Again, no serving utensils despite the fact that the dish is meant to be shared and comes with a side sauce that needs a spoon. Finally, the Capuchino came without a spoon. It was annoying to have to ask for utensils with each course.

It felt like it was a good attempt at a fancy restaurant, but it was a bit lacking. They were understaffed that night, only 2 servers for the entire place, and the view was also underwhelming.

They changed the menu in the last year and the food is not nearly as good. I ordered a butternut squash entree and they served pumpkin or acorn squash instead without informing me beforehand. Dishes were uniformly mediocre.
