    Took 45 min for server to greet us. Didn’t get 2 drinks and an app that were ordered. Pasta came out 30 seconds after app we received hit the table…..

    The waiter was wonderful. The person serving the food was cordial. The experience was delightful. The pasta was tasty however, there wasn’t much lobster. For the price I wouldn’t get it again. The starter was the BEST.

    Dined at Terra for dinner. The atmosphere is buzzy and fresh. Was with a group of friends - ordered prosciutto appetizer for the table, then chicken for the entree. Beverages included a bottled iced tea and a glass of modestly priced Italian red wine. Chicken with zucchini and spinach was very salty and the texture was rubbery - I couldn't finish it. Items I mentioned came up to $90 - this meal, if well-executed, should have been $60. Unlikely to return for dinner. Server was capable and knowledgeable, but not service-oriented or welcoming.

    We wanted to love it, but we just didn’t. A couple of us ordered the Fornello Pugliese, & it came to the table on a wood burning grill that overwhelmed the whole table with smoke. It felt like a campfire we couldn’t escape from. The flavor of the meat was okay, but it was a much smokier flavor than I prefer. The bread & olive oil was delicious. The roasted red pepper that came with the Fornello Pugliese was very tasty. The Spaghetto al pomodoro E Burrata was a bit disappointing & was a very small portion. Our waiter was kind, & the restaurant is adorable. We just didn’t love the food, & we didn’t feel it was worth the cost. We would like to return to a Eataly to try one of their other restaurants in the future.

    The place is wonderful. The Terra restaurant is the best in my opinion of all of three restaurants at Eataly. Waiters and managers are absolutely the best, very competent and detail oriented. Food is amazing, delicious and respective of the true italian tradion.

    Location and ambience are great, server was attentive. I just wish the food was as good. needs improvement. I had the pasta with tomatoes and burata, the dish had 1 piece of tomato and a very small portion of burrata, disappointing

    I have enjoyed Terra for dinner. This was my first time to have lunch at Terra. I presumed there would be a lunch menu, but it was the standard dinner menu. As we were looking for something light at lunch, we tried some items from the appetizers section of the menu but really were not impressed. As always, however, we had delightful service. That always helps. I would return for dinner, but not lunch -- unless I was interested in a heavy lunch.

    First of all I dine out about 4 days a week and have been for over 20 years. To find a restaurant like Terra is a DIAMOND find. There are SO many restaurants in Dallas to choose from....like churches. BUT, Terra is set apart by 2 things: 1) The people are awesome! Management, servers, water fillers, etc....they are all part of a team! 2) Food and Wine UNBELIEVABLE selection of wines from anyone of the 20 wine regions in Italy. AND the chefs make delicious food. Try the whole roasted chicken! First date, 50th date with your wife or a business discussion? THIS is the place!!

    Service, drinks, and ambiance was excellent but the food didn’t hit the mark for us unfortunately. Very overpriced and lacked flavor. Our table tried both Per Due dishes and we were disappointed to say the least. I will say that everything was plated very nice and looked insta worthy. The ambiance of the restaurant was by far my favorite part. Even though the main course didn’t make it worth while for our party, I wouldn’t say knock it completely. This place is probably best for drinks, appetizers, and good conversation with people.

    It’s just not worth anywhere near the price they charge. My wife’s seven, small raviolis? $32. My simple 8” house salad? $17. The kicker was the recommended “house Chianti” - $92/bottle. I found the same wine for $23 at the local wine store. With a 20% tip, my small appetizer, salad and wine, plus my wife’s 8 raviolis came to over $200! Ridicules. We won’t be back.

    Great service. We sat outside which rarely happens in dallas. Food was excellent. We were able to talk without having to shout. Looking forward to our next visit. Absolutely darling waitress !!

    Food is always great! Notes on our res. and reconfirmed upon seated that it was a celebration & birthday. Spoke with our server re. pace of meal etc and she was wonderful until another large (larger than us) party was seated next to us and we were forgotten about. Snarly about bread service, mains came and we hadn’t had the table cleared or utensils. No mention of celebration / birthday upon ordering dessert, beverage issues and I also believe we asked her aside to take care of the check and have her cc but the check was dropped at the table. We usually LOVE Terra but last night was not good.

    Our 2nd visit. Nice location and ambiance varies depending on where you are seated. Very loud; could use some acoustic treatments. Attentive but inexperienced staff. Food was good but for the price, I would expect more. Artichoke side and toasted bread were burned. Pasta dishes were very good. We will likely still return as the tables looking to the sunset would be compelling if they could be reserved.

    We had an amazing time at Terra, my only bad comment would be that I got Wagu steak skewers thinking it was a skewer of meet and it came with two small pieces half the size of my pinky finger for $30! I could have gotten a full steak for that price. Other wise food was awesome, service was great, I’ll definitely be back to try the brunch buffet.

    Had a fabulous brunch at Eataly. More food than you could possibly need in a beautiful setting. The food is very reminiscent of meals I ate in Italy (but in much vaster quantities!)

    The places presentation, food and beverages was great! We like to rate restaurants we try and there were mixed ratings. Overall it was a pleasant experience. The only thing that made me question going is the cake cutting fee. The fee was more then what i paid for the custom cake, i understand more dishes are being used and the cake would take away from us purchasing a dessert but i feel like it should be a courtesy if im spending alot as it is with the prices of the dishes and the portion size. Would we go back? Maybe if someone else had an event there but probably not from our own account.

    It was a little bit hard to find initially, but once we did the atmosphere of the restaurant is very nice and calm, and the drinks are good. I had the boneless ribeye and it was fantastic. The service was really good as well. I would definitely recommend.

    Service was terrible and food was average. We waited 15 minutes for anyone to come by our table for drink order or to say anything. Took 20 minutes to get check and i had to call someone over to bring that. Food was not bad, but average. Way over priced for what you get and the terrible service. We wont be back.
