   Food was outstanding. Between 4 of us we shared several dishes. Salad was simple but absolutely delicious. Rib eye and potatoes, tagliatelle fungi, asparagus ravioli, tiramisu all incredible!

   The food was mixed. The two pasta dishes were good, not the pork chops or the lobster risotto. The service was very slow. We waited even for our check for almost 20-30 minutes. Our dirty dishes were not cleared and we had to ask for the bread service. The people were very nice however. The music was AWFUL, loud, harsh, fast rock. Definitely not a dining experience especially and an expensive one. The bourbon nut gelato was delicious. We don’t plan to return.

   Only thing I could think of that could have been better was the service from our initial server. She seemed very rushed and rushed us as well. Not as friendly as we would have hoped. She disappeared towards the end of our meal without saying a word and the manager had to take care of us for the rest of our experience. Not the most enjoyable service from the server but the manager was sweet and attentive! Overall a good experience.

   I’ve only been here twice but it’s always an amazing experience. The waitstaff is super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and the food is always suburb.

   My husband and I went to Terra for the restaurant fest. Our server was very hospitable and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our food and intend on coming back.

    Food was not good at all. The service was extremely mediocre. There is no way the prices could be justified for such awful food. We ordered several courses in order to sample everything and not one dish impressed me. Not one. I tried the downstairs restaurant before and I had much higher expectations. Left extremely disappointed.

    Restaurant’s brunch policy is not flexible this means if one of your guests sitting at your table chooses not to get the brunch option and the rest of your guests want to get the brunch option the person who wants to order a la carte won’t be able to do that and will be force to order the brunch option.

    I come here very often and overall I think it's varies the time and day you goes. Whenever there's an event, I feel like the waiter get too busy and the food would be late or not hot. However, the food is good and service is still good just some minor hiccups that you expect from a popular restaurant on a Friday night.

    I had to validate my reservation and full 48 hours before my experience, got there it’s a little confusing because it’s upstairs from a rather cute grocery store. Unfortunately my table was not ready. I had to wait 15 minutes for my table. The waitress she was nice, but she talk too much. The food tasted okay, not for the price. Small wine menu.

    I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Terra - Eataly Dallas last night! From start to finish, everything was outstanding. The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and inviting, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The menu had a great selection of dishes, and everything we ordered was delicious. We started with the burrata and prosciutto, which was fresh and creamy, and followed it up with the spaghetti alla carbonara, which was perfectly cooked and had just the right amount of saltiness. To top it all off, the dessert was to die for. We shared the tiramisu, which was light and fluffy with just the right amount of sweetness. Overall, I highly recommend Terra - Eataly Dallas to anyone looking for a wonderful dining experience. The food, service, and atmosphere were all top-notch, and I can't wait to go back!

    Tried the Rest Fest menu. Overpriced for the not so good foods, it’s the 2nd time that I ate there and was even more disappointed than the first time. Waitress wasn’t busy (only few table at the lunch time that day) but forgot my coffee twice. For almost $100 (including tips) lunch (one person only bill), it’s definitely not worthy! I don’t think I’ll dine there again!

    Our waitress was very sweet and I had no problem with her or her service. However, we requested not to be seated outside since it was chilly and the hostess sat us at a table right at the outside opening so we sat there freezing until I requested we move because I couldn’t stop shivering. Our waitress moved us to a different table and then I was fine. The restaurant was incredibly loud and for the prices I expected more upscale dining, instead we got Applebees atmosphere but 5X more expensive. The new table was sticky and we never received bread. The food was very bland, had no seasoning or flavor whatsoever. The tomatoes on my spaghetti and the shrimp on the appetizer were way to Smokey. I know the chef smoked them, but the tomatoes and shrimp tasted like they had been in a house fire. They almost tasted completely burnt. The wagyu beef was not tender, which is weird because it is an incredibly tender and top of the line meat. We didn’t want to send the food back because all we wanted was to get out of there and we did not feel like arguing with the chef on his style of cooking. My mom was a chef in Ohio and we expected the same quality, however, we were sorely disappointed. If you want upscale dining that is definitely so delicious it is worth the money, I recommend Ruth Chris Steakhouse.

    I was unimpressed with this visit last night. I have been many times. Our waitress took our order for our appetizer, entrée and side dish - we received our entrée very quickly, the bread hadn't arrived nor did our appetizer. When I requested for the appetizer, the waitress asked "They never delivered it??" This made me quite annoyed, because she hadn't even paid attention to our table to notice. Shortly after, the bread arrived, then our side, and then the appetizer. It was as if everything came all at once and we were then rushed to eat instead of having a nice meal in a timely manner. Our waitress never asked once if everything tasted okay. If she had, I would have gladly told her the pasta tasted undercooked and the bread tasted like it had been sitting out for sometime. I was excited to share this experience with my boyfriend, but overall quality and service with a $200 ($30 tip included) meal was terrible. We should have spent it at another restaurant with a higher caliber.

    Had a reservation for 5:15. Got there at 5. We were greeted by a sour puss who told us we’d be seated at 5:15. There was not another soul in the restaurant. I am not exaggerating. My husband asked why and after waiting a few more minutes we were seated. The lasagna was over broiled, dry and tasteless. Sent it back. The replacement tagliatelle pasta was ok but clumped together from lack of proper cooking. The green salad was very good. The waiter was polite and outstanding. For the price it was extremely disappointing.

    Ate in the Terra upstairs. Server was excellent. Smoked scallops were gritty, not properly prepared. Spaghetti undercooked. Nokia over cooked Cod dish raw. Lobster Rositto, eh ... I have had better. Not a wow meal for to price. Eating downstairs food better.

    It was my 68th birthday. We ate here 2 yrs ago for my birthday too. It was quite good then. my husband, my son and his wife and 5yo and 4 yo kids met us there. Got seated promptly at 6pm. They ran out of Pinot Noir so we went with the recommendation which was ok. Opted to share a charcuterie board that was ho hum at best. I ordered rustic lasagna and it was mediocre. It was barely cooked through- had to get a steak knife to cut it. The end of the lasagna pieces were curled up. Weird and yuk. Husband had steak that was just ok. My kids got there food to go when they were halfway done-not sure why. So, sadly, we won’t be returning.

    Terra is unwilling to accommodate food allergies, which I found to be pretty unacceptable. While I like this restaurant generally and think the food is quite good, this aspect needs work. A little empathy goes a long way.
