   Sadly, their experiment with the Winter Menu has hurt them significantly. It was very dead when we ate there on a Wednesday at prime time. Like 3 tables in the restaurant dead. The food is the back to their normal menu so if you liked it before, you still will. Honestly, it’s just overpriced for the quality, it decent, but you are paying $40+ for a piece of tuna or $30 for pasta, there are better places for the price. Service was uninspiring. He had nothing else to do, but was not really very friendly or attentive.

   Was so excited to try Terra at Eataly for Easter brunch and the experience was really underwhelming. I made reservations for 1pm and we weren’t sat until 1:15pm and never got a waiter. We waited for 10 minutes until even getting water that was served by the hostess. We didn’t know what we were supposed to order or do until we realized it was a brunch line. The food was delicious and there was SO much to choose from - probably the best and biggest brunch I’ve ever had. So while the food was amazing along with how beautiful the decor was, the service was awful. I would want to come back here but only if they figure out how to get better service.

   Amazing experience, ambiance and food. One of our daughters had an issue, and Sofia the manager went well above and beyond to make sure things were right. Highly recommended spot for Italian, prime rib and cocktails.

   This premium grill is excellent! The grilled pork chop was juicy and was nice to share at lunch. The broccolini and roasted potatoes were a delicious accompaniment.

   The receptionist was not at all cooperative. She took us to the worst possible corner. When we asked for a better location she said all other places were reserved. Then through the waitress Sara we contacted the manager. We were then given a good table in the open dining area. Till we left 90 minutes later the restaurant was not full. Was the receptionist racially motivated because we are from South Asia?

   It was good overall- annoying you can’t split checks though. There is too much technology available to not simplify group dining experience for your guest.

   Hanger steak not on menu anymore. Husband ordered the Ribeye and it was Very Grisley! So he could not eat hardly any of the steak. It was a just OK night.
