I like the space here, the rooftop feeling, with lots of plants and a glass roof. The service was excellent. The food was good, if a little limited in selection. An excellent wine list.

For pasta, we had tiny portions: we expected much more food for that price. In addition, the pasta was not fully cooked: and I love "al dente", but this was raw. The meat was good. Before leaving we also saw a small mouse sniffing around on the floor

Very noisy with tables very close. Pricey, main dishes came with nothing. Potatoes and vegetables all extra and not cheap, even a charge for bread. Pasta was ok but not served hot enough.

The Prosciutto E Mozzarella was very good and the Fettucine con Guanciale E Asparagi was just ok. They were out of many dishes including rigatoni which was disappointing as we decided that’s what we wanted before even going, not to mention terra opens at 11 am, and the reservation was for 2. The ambiance is amazing, and has the perfect amount of sunlight however, I’m not sure I would go back again based on my experience.

We felt quite neglected from our server. It was my boyfriends birthday and upon arrival there was no acknowledgment of the special occasion. The server then forgot to ring in our mimosa kit, so by 30 minutes in we were just getting our drinks. He did not pour the champagne in our glasses, but left it on the table and walked away, no ice bucket or anything. Very poor server skills on his end. I had to get up and go ask the hostess myself if the restaurant did anything special for birthdays. Honestly for the price of the meal and the check ending upwards $300 , at the MINIMUM, compensate the ice cream birthday dessert! Would not return for a special occasion or birthday, sad because I was a consistent customer here but they really dropped the ball.

The noise level was so high it was difficult to have a conversation with two other people. The staff was fairly and intermittently attentive. They did not listen carefully and brought all of our food out at once, rather than serve it in courses as requested. The pasta was slightly over cooked. My cocktail and wine were terrific. I do not plan on returning. There are too many great choices in the Boston Cambridge area now. I have been at this restaurant two previous times which remorse satisfactory.

The food was a disappointment. Mushrooms were raw in the center and grayish, under-seasoned, and poorly plated. The pork chop was over-cooked but okay. Arancini was bland. Eatily is usually pretty good at other locations. I might have just had bad luck but $120 dinner for one should be amazing. Wine list is good - nice to see orange wines in the menu.

Buyer beware. The portion sizes are extremely small (I'm talking 3 shrimp on a plate for over 20 dollars, tiny piece of fish as an entree with no sides). The prawn appetizer comes with legs and eyeballs, all flavor and seasoning on the shell, and the meat was mushy and flavorless. You will easily spend over 150 dollars on dinner for 2 and leave feeling hungry. The service also took incredibly long and we were seated for an hour and a half before receiving our entrees. I would not come back here again

A very beautiful place, but wasn’t impressed with the menu. Very simple dishes. Chicken (was very tender though) is simply served on the salad leaves. That’s it. Nothing else. No veggies, no sauce, no glaze, none. While I appreciate the simplicity, I think, it should be a bit more than this. Also, for people who come as a small party, there should be smaller bottles of water. I was given a huge bottle - makes no sense to me - such a waste. Finally, the smell of the smoked meat is a bit concerning too. I was afraid that all my clothes will smell after the lunch. Not sure if this is something that is happening on regular basis. Again, the atmosphere is fine, love the sunlight, etc. but not sure I would want to come back.

I ordered oysters as an appetizer and when they came out they were slimey, and it tasted like the oysters went bad. I then ordered the mussels and clams and the seafood was so chewy and smelt bad when it came out. Would not go back.
