Caudillo's passion for food began at a young age, growing amid a large family where meals were a cornerstone of connection and memory-making. What a great place. As a local it’s rare to discover something new. It feels as though you’ve been transported in place and time. Wonderful ambience, fantastic burgers & friendly staff. Staff could benefit from some allergy sensitivity & education. Otherwise a great experience.

I made a reservation on the Open Table app for 11:30am for breakfast/brunch. When we showed up to the hotel restaurant, they were closed! They are only open for breakfast from 8am to 11am and then they don't open up again until 4pm. Why was this even an option! VERY disappointed!

I thought it was so expensive. The menu is limited and a burger and fries was 29.00. The service was excellent. The food was good. I would go back if they lowered the prices and had more options to choose from.

Very small restaurant, almost felt like we were in an extension of the lobby. Food was very good from a limited menu. Servers were excellent. Noise level high. This was our first time there. Because of the food & service, we’d come back.

We started our meal with excellent cocktails. Well-made and delicious. I had the kale salad as an entree. The dressing was so good. My husband had the salmon. Very moist and the accompaniments were interesting and tasty. Josiah was our very accommodating waiter. Nothing we asked was too much. He even had an adffogato concocted for our dessert. The restaurant is bright and airy with a fun ambiance.

Very quaint and comfortable. Very convenient to guests at the hotel. We just had appetizers and wine but the dinners being served looked very good.
