Terra & Acqua
We had a wonderful meal, and the service was great.
We had a great meal. Our service was excellent. This was the first time there for my sister in-law and she loved it. Thanks again for a great evening.
Exceptional! Can't wait to try the wood-fired pizza next.
We dine at Terra & Acqua Monthly. It is consistently excellent and we always enjoy it. We had friends visiting from NY and they were not disappointed. The bread is very good (don't fill-up). The octopus appetizer is a must- every time. The regular menu has many great entrees but you may patronize this restaurant often. They have varied and delicious specials and the desserts great.
Very good food (would have rated "Outstanding"); however, there was an issue with the octopus salad for one person in our group that the waiter quickly corrected. Service very good. A bit noisy but overall a nice place. Enjoyed the bottle of wine we ordered from the nice selection.
Nano’s buon compleanno
I have had several dishes at the restaurant. They have always been delicious.
We have had such good experiences with Terra & Acqua, but unfortunately, this time we were very disappointed in the Octopus Salad. There were only 4 small pieces of Octopus and usually loaded with pieces. We brought this to the attention of our server and nothing was done. For a $14 salad, I expect more!!! We did not stay for an entree....
My wife has a soy allergy, and this is one of VERY few restaurants where almost everything on the menu was soy free. The food was excellent. We would definitely go back again. Unfortunately, it is a 2 hour drive from our house, but when staying in St. Augustine, we will be regular diners.
Perfect. Food and service was great.
Always wonderful food. Had the chance to introduce my sister-in-law to their food and we will be taking her AND her husband here the next time they visit!!!!!
Probably some of the best Italian food in North Florida. I’m glad we discovered this hidden gem! We’ll definitely be back soon.
The one item on the menu I wanted was out. It was 5:15pm on a Friday night. Seriously? I had trouble selecting something else and the waiter was not helpful. He was also too slow to attend us. I won’t go back. My daughter had pizza. It was good.
Party of six enjoyed creative, delicious entrees, a few apps, bottles of wine, cocktails and after dinner martinis. Overall, T&A continues to offer and deliver food and service satisfactorily at a good price...$333 for 6 people.
Enjoyed the service and food, especially the bread!!
The night we went the air conditioning broke. It was so hot. Austin, our waiter, made the whole experience fun despite the heat. The restaurant is lucky to have him on staff
We love having this restaurant nearby. Food and service have always been very good.
Food and service outstanding. But I couldn't advise people to go there during the summertime. There was an issue with the AC and it way too hot.
The AC wasn’t working which made dinner very uncomfortable very quickly. The heat apparently made the waiter grumpy.
Food very good!
Fantastic menu. With many delicious healthy options. The staff was super nice.
as always a wonderful meal... can't write too many excellent reviews
Fantastic restaurant, have driven past it for awhile and finally talked the family into going! The service was great, very attentive and knowledgeable on each dish. The food was excellent, being from an Italian family, I have high expectations of any place that says “handcrafted” anything. Those in my party that ordered pasta dishes loved them, those of us who ordered other items enjoyed them as well! We ordered three specials also, they were great! I can’t speak highly enough about this place! Truly a gem and worth going back! My only minor issue is the volume, if you go during peak hours it will be a bit noisy, but nothing that would keep me from going back.
Having recently been to Florence, Italy, we’ve been looking for a similar food experience - and we found it here! The pappardelle with wild boar was wonderful! And the lasagna made from scratch was our son’s favorite! Will definitely be back!
The variety of dishes was very good, both for appetizers and entrees. The food was hot and well presented in a timely manner. Our drinks were well prepared and the portions were proper. Everyone we encounterd was friendly and added to the dining experience. This was approximately the 10th time we have eaten at Terra & Aqua either as a couple or with friends.
Each visit has been consistent and we will continue to recommend ta his restaurant to visitors looking for an excellent dining experience.
I go to this restaurant a lot. It’s close to my home and consistently pretty good food and service, although service can be slow if they are not busy. They have real issue in the summer keeping the dining room cool. It was so hot at my last visit everyone at the table was sweating and miserable. So I’ll come back, but not until fall. This is the same summer issue year after year.
We love this place but tonight the ribeye was off. It was doused in some kind of oil and spices that masked the potentially and previously ordered great cut of meat. My husband was so disappointed because he loves their food and especially the ribeye!
Terra & Acqua is one of the best restaurants on Anastasia Island - exceptional food paired with great presentation.
Great Food! Hostess was good. Waiter was a bit rough and sometimes overbearing.
I had high hopes for this place after seeing reviews and articles of this restaurant. The menu is broad with a variety of options. The space is beautiful but was underwhelmed by the paper placemats for such a styled space. The wine and cocktails were great but that’s where it really ended. The server was not very knowledgeable about the wine on the menu and tried to steer us away from White even though everyone planned to eat seafood. We were provided oil and toasted pizza crust to dip and that was the highlight of the meal. We started with the bruschetta from both the terra and aqua sides of the menu. Very basic and really only the traditional tomato was decent. The rest were topped with a sweet creamy spread that masked the flavors of the actual bruschetta on top. I ordered a grouper special and it was terrible. Fish was poorly cooked and sides were barely edible. My date had the spaghetti and clams, which was very tasty but far from traditional. My father in law had the ribs and said they were delicious. My mother in law and sister in law both had salmon and enjoyed it. It was the prettiest plate of them all. We ordered dessert, shared tiramisu and the lavender honey panna cotta. The tiramisu was delicious but the panna cotta had such a strong and thick lavender sauce it felt like hand soap. All in all, a forgettable experience. However, I would go back to try the pizza because that crust was delicious.
Delicious dinner with friends. Great service! Very accommodating to our requests.
as always the food and service were terrific, had a nice chat with Melanie the manager, and expressed our delight with the food we had chosen that evening... so glad to have this restaurant here
The complimentary focaccia was so fresh & hot. Do not miss the carpaccio de bresola appetizer. Unique, fresh & delicious. Service was attentive. Our server was very knowledgeable and made good recommendations. One of our favorite restaurants in st Augustine.
As usual great food and service! Great atmosphere! We had out of town guests. They loved it and will be talking about it for a long time! Leftover pizza heats up perfectly!
Went for my son’s 21st birthday. The waitress was VERY good. She was attentive without being overbearing. We have been to this restaurant before several times and always enjoy it. Food was good but not outstanding . The menu has some nice and different dishes. Not your typical Italian fare which I really like. The prices are fair and I will probably be back again.
My experience was less than I expected. Looking over the menu before making reservations, it appeared to be authentic Italian food, which is what I was interested in. First impression was not good, brown paper placemats on the tables and laminated menus. We ordered an aperol spritz which tasted just like ones that we have had in Italy. Meatballs as an appetizer, which were dry and hardly any sauce, didn’t appear to be fresh. While the food was not awful, it just was not what I was expecting. The wild boar was overly seasoned with possibly nutmeg, and there was not much meat in the dish. I was just disappointed in all, I was really hoping to find an excellent Italian restaurant.
The food is always fantastic and the service is the same. We love this place. I will say that I wish the outdoor patio was more inviting. Please remodel. We’ll always come back.
This is a great restaurant with excellent specials and a fabulous menu. The salmon salad is great light dinner, the pizza salad is great to share. The bread and oil is delish!
Great please to get together with friends. Seating accommodates large groups. Delicious pizzas!
Three out of four of us has specials and all were disappointed - one person had to send theirs back because the beef tips were so overdone he couldn’t even pierce them with a fork. They brought out a new dish of it but still wasn’t good. Another person had dick breast with a “potato pancake” which turned out to be mashed potatoes lumped together and were stone cold
Everything was amazing. Absolutely loved it and coming back.
