   Lovely ambiance. Service was quite slow, though it didn’t seem very busy. The gnocchi and spicy sausage was very good, but the lobster pasta and shrimp & polenta dishes were just okay. The prices were reasonable, but overall our experience was mediocre.

   Food was good, seemed a little cold when served, but other than that, seasoned, cooked to perfection. Dessert was ridiculously huge, great shareable for 4 people. Dinning on the patio in strip mall setting, so not bad with bamboo blocking parking lot. Much easier to have a conversation outside.

   Wonderful spot! Great homemade pasta. Knowledgeable server who steered us right. This is exactly the kind of place we wanted for a quiet birthday celebration without a fuss. They served great handcrafted food at reasonable prices, with an unpretentious vibe. Thank you for a great evening.

   The service was excellent. The hostess and waitress were kind and friendly. Our food was delicious however my husband’s steak wasn’t hot but he ate it anyway.

   I asked to delay my reservation by 15 minutes as I was running late. I was told that they were very busy. Try hey had a big line up at the door and they couldn’t guarantee a table if I arrived 15 minutes after my reservation. So I hurried and arrived on time. But there was no line up. No one waiting. And there were many empty tables. I couldn’t believe the lie I was told. I will never go back there again.

   I always make a reservation at this restaurant because I presume it will get us a better table. When we walked in, I politely asked if we could have a booth because I could see about 3 empty ones in the main dining room. A different person came up to the podium and acted like there were none available. With a scowl, he told the hostess to take us to table 6. That turned out to be in the bar and it was St. Paddy’s Day. When I mentioned that it was going to be noisy in there, the hostess said “Make the best of it”. My impression..rude. I should have said that we would come back on a different night and walked out. We’ve eaten there many times and I always give a great review, but this really upset me. Our food was also no better than lukewarm because the bartender was alone to mix drinks and serve food. Bad experience in a favorite restaurant.

    ambiance is always good but the food is mostly mediocre and the service is slow. The Lasagna is always good but we have had mixed results on the specials including one in the past that was poor. Ordered at 6:00 and they were already out of two of the specials.

    we have dined at TA many times, when we are in SA, and pretty much always been very pleased. we sat inside this visit as it was a tad cool outdoors. we do love their outdoor patio though. our waiter, Trevor was very nice and attentive! the citrus martini is always excellent. it is nice that they use quality wine glasses, which is a major plus; not the cheesy, clunky glasses many places serve. I ordered the seafood cannelloni special, which was excellent; the cannelloni was perfect and the seafood was delicious and plentiful. hubby had the tagliatelle aragosta but his meal wasn’t nearly as good as mine. unfortunately the lobster was waterlogged and flavorless and the fettuccine a bit over cooked. we will certainly return as we normally do very well here. thank you.

    Terra & Aqua was just as great last night as it was the time we visited and every time we dine there. In St Augustine it’s one of our go to spots. The food is amazing and you get great value for the spend. Love this place ❤️

    We usually have wonderful experiences at Terra and Acqua but this time the food was mediocre at best. I asked for my pizza extra well done and it was not and was on the cool side when served, the rest of our party complained that their food wasn’t up to their usual standards. Maybe they were having an off night but with so many choices in the area they need to work on their food preparation so it is consistent. They also should serve the pizza as soon as it comes out of the oven so it is piping hot even if the food for the rest of the party is not ready.

    Servers didn’t known Italian food, inflexible on certain ordering requests (half order of pasta), chicken was exceptionally bland without even a hint taste of the “featured” rosemary. Suggest simone parisi right the ship or detatch name from this “concept” restaurant.

    It was our first time at Terra & Aqua and we will definitely try it again if we return to the St Augustine area. Our meal was excellent, and the price was quite reasonable. Very special.

    Red sauce excellent! The flavor of the octopus app was excellent but very little octopus! We had ordered a Togo of the same last wed and it was amazing! This not so much. My Shrimp just ok but my guests both loved their dishes (veal and cioppino). Also Togo order of frito miso wonderful.

    Only bad thing was the server mixed up the credit cards and I paid for my friend’s dinner and she paid for mine which was much higher as I had a guest with me Both credit cards were black so we didn’t recognize the mistake until we left the restaurant

    We made reservation and didn't find out until we showed up for dinner that they were on a fixed menu for Valentines Day. We said ok thinking it wouldn't be anything to different than their normal menu. The typical menu item on the website ran between $15-$25 which was fine. We were given the menu and it was $59 per person + drinks + tip for the same items that were on the menu already. It came with an appetizer that was very small and a desert that was reasonably sized. The quality of the food was poor. The appetizers were dry, my wife ordered Pork Medallions that were over cooked and I ordered Steak, medium rare that was VERY rare. We had a bottle of wine to go with it that was fairly priced. All together I ended up with a bill of $200 for what I would say was worth a total of $50 (excluding the bottle of wine). We were going to give it a chance on a non holiday but when we saw $200 for such a poor experience, we've decided that we won't go back.

    Whether it was Open Table or the restaurant, it was not disclosed when I made the reservation for Valentines Day, that it was a limited menu for a 3 course meal at $59 per person. I looked forward to trying some of the menu options from their menu I read online, only to be discouraged that the options were not available to me. I understand the reasoning but would have chosen a different restaurant had I known the options were limited.

    Caesar and meatballs for apps, Lasagna and pasta for main course. Wine and tiramisu also. Food was delicious. Service was good, didn't feel rushed, attentive staff but not intrusive. Pricing was fair. Pleasant experience overall. I will return. If I had one comment for the. mgmt, it would be to move the bussing station further away from the two tables on the far wall to the right of the entry door. Kind of killed the ambiance.....

    Everything was good except the table cleaners were spraying this horrible cleaner to sanitize the tables and it gassed us out. It made our throats burn. All kinds of people eating were coughing and we told them and they kept over using it.

    Food not properly described by waitress. Server did not remove appetizer and bread plates before coming out with entree’ thus we had to stack plates before he could place entree’ creating one crowded table.

    The octopus salad was the best we ever had, grilled to perfection and seasoned well. Our entrees were the swordfish special with polenta which was excellent and the gnocchi with sausage sauce, also excellent.

    The food was just okay. Nothing to rave about. It was very noisy and we felt very rushed. There was no time between courses. We barely put our forks down and they were bringing the next course. They we’re removing dishes from one course as they we’re putting down the next one. We were very disappointed. I will say, however, that our waitress was extremely nice.

    It took a while to get someone to wait on out table. I had to go look for someone to wait on us. It took too long for dinner to come from the kitchen. My meat and potatoes were cold. The other people in our party enjoyed their meal
