   Amazing food.. Creative and vibrant on the plate to the palette.. Complementary foods were also fabulous.. The chef puts his heart and soul on a plate..

   Our waiter James was extremely attentive and considerate of special dietary requirements in our group.Loved the chef coming out and talking us through each meal made us feel special and informed.

   We went for Sunday lunch to the Terminus dining room at the Flinders Hotel. The food and service was second to none. This is a hatted restaurant and is fine dining at its best. We chose the share plates from the sea. We had 5 courses including desert. Each course was seafood and then followed by desert. I would certainly recommend that share plate as this was really good value and an excellent way to sample a number of options on the menu.

   we have not been to the Flinders Hotel since the renovations, and we were pleasantly surprised.James made us very welcomed.Staff were attentive without crowding.The menu offered a pleasing variety.We were very pleased with our choice of food, both in taste and presentation.We will definitely be back, and soon.

   This was our second visit to the Terminus Restaurant. The attention to detail and attentiveness of staff make for a very welcoming and friendly dining experience and they did not disappoint on this return visit.The food is contemporary and beautifully presented. There is a focus on local product, with a good range of choice, which is further enhanced by the different 'palate teasers' which arrive throughout the meal.We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience.

    A wonderful romantic dining experience. The staff attentive but not over the top. The menu well balanced and dishes exceptionally plated. An amazing collection of Hugh Evans paintings, connecting the local area to the atmosphere of the restaurant.
