1週間早く父の日で大人6名で利用しました。雰囲気も良く、従業員のサービスも品があり良かったです。お料理はもちろん美味しく、贅沢な時間を過ごせました。コスパ的に普段はあまり行けませんが、記念日や祝い事にはとても良いです。

BGMも心地良い感じで、とてもゆったり過ごせました。結婚記念日に急でしたがネットで予約が取れて良かったです。🥩味も焼き加減も最高❣️でした食事の後、反対側の夜景が見える別席にてメッセージ付きの素敵なデザート🍰☕️滅多に2人で写真なんて撮らないので頂いた写真は嬉しかったです。本当に久しぶりに幸せな時間を過ごせましたこと、感謝します。改めてシェフの方も挨拶に来てくださって西神オリエンタルって素晴らしいですね💖是非、また来たいです。ありがとうございました😊

ステーキコースを注文しました。お肉（特選黒毛和牛）自身も美味しかったのですが、ステーキ醤油、塩、ポン酢の3種類の味を楽しめるのもお得感があります。座席の前面がガラス張りで眺望も楽しめます。次回は神戸牛に挑戦したいと思います。

家族の誕生祝いで利用しました。案内されたカウンター席からは淡路島が一望でき、目の前の分厚い鉄板で前菜やステーキを順番に焼いて出してくれました。手頃な値段、美しい眺め、美味しい料理、丁寧で気の利いた接客。とても良かったです。

息子の合格祝いに行きました。高校生と中学生の息子達は初めての鉄板焼きで緊張していましたが、綺麗な夜景とシェフの気遣いでリラックスして美味しい食事を楽しめました。お肉も柔らかくて小食の息子達も完食出来て大満足でした。ランチにも行ってみたいです。ご馳走様でした。

ウェイター、焼き担当の方はとても丁寧な接客で好感を持てました。ただ、残念なのは、まずもう1人の焼き担当の方が厨房へ入るなり「ご飯おかわり！」と大きな声で叫んでいたのは、居酒屋みたいで雰囲気ぶち壊し。あと、お皿の扱いも雑で大きな音をたてながらでした。また、運んでいる着物姿の方で常に小走りで動き回っていたのも足音がバタバタとしてうるさかったです。それから、チョコで描いた「Birthday」のスペルが間違っていました。以上、今後のサービス向上に努めていただきたく存じます。

子連れでの来店でしたが、ベビーカーを置く場所の案内や、子どもへの食事の案内などがなく、予約時にこちらも要望してなかっとはいえ戸惑いました。また食事後に温かいお茶等のサービスもなく、他席には提供していたのをみたとき自分から要望しないといけなかったと気付き、時既に遅し。でした。せっかくのホテルディナーなので、ホスピタリティー溢れる対応を期待していたので少し残念な気持ちです。ただ食事はとても美味しく、特に野菜といっしょに提供されたアンチョビのソースは最高でした。
