Probably the best dîner I have ever had in Japan. The chef has amazing skills. The food is delicious and elegant. The staff cares, smiles and is always willing to please. Stop looking for a 1st class restaurant in Kyoto, you have found it.

everything was wonderful and special from the minute we entered to the minute we left. The food was one delicacy after another. The people hosting us were absolutely lovely. Arigato Naoki for all the guidance and for making our stay completely beautiful. We hope to return.

Awesome, specially If you like Teppanyaki (food grilled on the iron griddle), this is a must! The food was delicious and service superb. In our opinion, it was the best way to eat a Wagyu beef.

The hospitality and service was top notch, friendly very sophisticated but relaxed which is difficult to find in Japan. I ate alone and had a beautiful room to myself but with a view of the teppanyaki chef who checked on me throughout the meal to make sure it was to my liking via head nods etc. The food was impeccable, beautiful playing and exquisite flavor. Adventurous but not strange. I did the course menu for 13K Yen and it was perfect. Highly recommended, great if traveling alone or with children or your significant other.
