Tenmatsu Nihonbashi in Tokyo specializes in many varieties of tempura. Dishes are cooked right in front of you and served fresh and hot. Guests can choose from a variety of options on the menu including a business lunch section, tendon section, tempura set meals or TENMATU course meals. Tenmatsu Nihonbashi also offers take-out menu for guests who are unable to dine in. Tempura is served with three kinds of seasonings, and the staff at Tenmatsu Nihonbashi is happy to help you choose the best seasonings to match the tempura. For example, vegetable tempura is best served with broth. Tempura is available with a rice bowl or al a carte.

Not just a meal. It was an experience. Service was impeccable, we felt like we were at home. And of course the food was unbelievable. The most perfectly battered and fried tempura you could ask for. I will be attending anytime I am in Japan.

会計時にカード支払いをお願いしたが、カード支払いの処理を行う機器の不良で電話を掛けて処理することになった。電話処理でサイン不要であることの説明がなく、不安になった。料理については問題ありませんが、退店時のゴタゴタで良い印象が台無しになった。

A hidden gem in Tōkyō. Chef Ando makes a great Tempura dinner course with great ingredients and attention to detail. We visited Tenmatsu Nihonbashi on a family trip and highly recommend it.

10年ぶりにうかがいました。以前は渋谷本店によく通っていましたが、渋谷が閉店したため日本橋のお店に。揚げ手の方含めて従業員の方々は渋谷のお店にいらした方でした、相変わらずの仕事には感激しました。またうかがいたいです。

いつも揚げたてのおいしい天ぷらを頂けます。しつこくないので、食後ももたれる感じがありません。店長の人柄も良く、落ち着いた雰囲気で食事を楽しむことができます。海鮮もお野菜もとても新鮮です。目の前で、一品毎に揚げて頂けるので、外人の接待にも使い勝手が良いです。
