Disappointed. First time eating at Tenderloins. For the portion size too overpriced. Flavor of risotto bland. I will not be back. Had high expectations after looking at their website and menu. Presentation of food was the only impressive part of our dinner.
Very good food. Great service. Recommend making reservations. A bit high in the price, but food was worth it.

Tables have table cloths, silverware rolled in cloth napkin, salt and pepper mills, but the rolls are from frozen and served on a checkerboard paper sheet on a plastic tray. I would suggest either a wooden bread board or maybe a cloth napkin in a chrome wire basket. Otherwise, food, ambience, and service was outstanding
The food was delicious and service was outstanding. The owner is exceptional, the waitstaff is attentive and courteous and the chefs are very creative and it shows in the quality and presentation of every plate. Will definitely be back.

Superb food. We went there with a table of four, and each of us had great food - I had the Fillet Mignon, which was perhaps one of the best pieces of steak I have had since I moved to this area.
My Dad's Stuffed Flounder (the special of the day) he loved, and my Mom had the Shrimp Scampi Linguini which she just kept eating (normally just picks at the food). The service was great, admittedly because we went in there when they just opened for the day (lol), and it was obviously quiet.
The table arrangement was unusual for a high-level dining experience, but workable.

Misleading website portrays this as fine dining and it was anything but. Food was terrible and over priced. I’ve had a better steak at Applebee’s! Rolls were white and tasted like flour, calamari was wet and undercooked, rib eye steak was tough and tasted like it came off a dirty grill, lobster Mac and cheese had not much cheese or lobster very watery. Waitress was smug and made faces at request. Manager wasn’t much better. I give this place less than 6 more months in business. 54.00 for steak, salad, lobster Mac and calamari that I couldn’t eat. Went home and ate Cheerios. Horrible is an understatement!!!
This is a relatively new restaurant. It occupies the space previously used by a different type of restaurant. I hope if they are successful, they will be able to match the ambiance of the surroundings to the quality of the food we enjoyed. They offer an ambitious menu with selections to fit everyone's budget. The waitstaff is very attentive and hospitable. The owner was on-site and stopped by to see how everything was. We found the steak dinner to be quite pleasing. The salads were very fresh; and the side of onion rings delicious. I wish them much success and would stop there again if traveling in that state.
We had a lovely meal as we celebrated our 32nd wedding anniversary. The staff was wonderful and the food was excellent.
Would have given higher overall seemed pricey for what I ordered no salad with meal food was good presented good maybe Prices are just high everywhere

Lobster Mac and cheese was dry and little cheese. But the steak was perfect. All in all a good dinner.
Very high prices for the quality of food.
Food was over cooked, waitress wasn’t attentive, no one offered to help like they previously had. Definitely not worth the price point. If you want steaks over cooked the first time and having to wait another 15-20 minutes for another then this is the place to be!

Our experience was very nice and the service was good. This was our first time visiting the restaurant and we were there on a date night for no special occasion. Our experience was very good overall. The sides and appetizers were the highlight of the meal. My ribeye was cooked appropriately per my order, but frankly, I put a better cut of meat on the plate at farm meetings for 1/3 the price. Granted I do not have the overhead of a brick and mortar establishment, but my opinion is the sides covered up low end steakhouse type beef.
That said, I would go back.
Food was excellent. Service was superb. We had ribeye, filet mignon, grilled shrimp, the whole fried potato and for dessert a slice blueberry cheesecake.
Over priced, slow service and snobby people. Definitely not going back.

This was our first time eating at this restaurant, but it will not be our last. We all had the rib eye, and the food was exceptional. It was cooked to order, and was definitely the best food we’d ever had. The service was great, and we were treated very well. Our waitress was Maddie, and she was a sweetheart. We will definitely be back.

Food was quite good. We had 8 people. 4 peoples food came out to the table and the other 4 people's more than 30 minutes later.

We like this restaurant. The menu is good, you can make reservations, and the atmosphere is congenial. What could improve:
- they have Coke products, but not Coke Zero which is becoming increasingly popular
- they don't have a beer list and the waitress has to carry a list, read it, and describe each one
- we keep our house below 70 degrees and like colder temps than most, but we have been cold in this restaurant. Dress accordingly.
The food was good but nothing jumped out to differentiate "Tenderloins" from any of the other steak houses in the tri-cities area.
Waitress really needs to write all orders down she was very forgetful.

There were 3 adults in our party. Our server was excellent and our food and drinks were delivered in a timely manner. I ordered the crab cake dinner. Switching my sides was no issue, so I chose the mushroom risotto and grilled asparagus. Everything was superb! Wonderful lumps of crab and both sides were perfect. Another in our party had a shrimp skewer and said it was delicious. The last person ordered a filet minion, steak fries and a side salad. The salad was lovely topped with bacon, fresh and no tomato, per his request. However, the steak was more rare than medium rare and there were maybe 7 steak fires. This made his dinner look like a $15 dinner, rather than a $34 dinner which might include a nice garnish and a generous serving of fries to fill the plate. He did not want to return the steak to the kitchen, although I am sure they would have corrected it. My disappointment was the atmosphere. We frequented Beef O’Brady’s enjoying their sports bar theme and their food. We expected to see a bigger change in decor...perhaps more of a tavern feel. Raising the dividers between booths for a cozier feel, taking advantage of the raw wooden covered walls by adding more wood and getting rid of the orange! Even painting the green exterior and trim black or brown would give it a better first impression. While pictures from around Abingdon are a nice touch, they became redundant. Would I go back? Maybe, but I’d just as soon get take out and sit somewhere pretty.
Atmosphere is great! Good local feel, great selection on menu. Appetizers are huge especially the onion rings!!! They are delicious!
Food is very good if a little overpriced. The location and appearance would leave one to believe that this is a moderately priced restaurant which it is not. Because of the location, I believe, it seems to attract a more casual dining crowd. They really need to do something with the ambience.
