The restaurant didn't exist when we arrived, so I don't know why I am being asked for a review.
The restaurant was closed so we couldn't eat there. It was a shame because we came with a business dinner group.
I've been to TenTen previously and was not anxious to return. It was ok, but nothing to write home about. The quality of the food preparation seems to have improved dramatically. Three of us each had a meal we enjoyed, including appetizers and main courses. The only disappointment was the ice cream dessert we shared. Cheap ice cream is a big disappointment especially after very decent meal. If you have not been here lately, it is worth a re-do
It is so sad that this restaurant is changing from a quaint eating spot with delicious food to another bar with small plates!
Wish the owners would reconsider - we truly had a great Sunday Brunch at Ten Ten. The Brioche French Toast with Berries was amazing as were the Huevos Rancheros. Not sure when this venue is changing, but if you have the opportunity...GO!
Great food and service, we went for brunch and everyone loved their meal.
Very Disappointing! Ten Ten had been one of our favorites, but we were disappointed on our last visit. We decided to try again. Bad choice! They didn't have a fresh seafood special, out of eggplant parmigiana, so my wife tried the salmon. Another bad choice! It was inedible - very "fishy" taste. I ordered the pork chop special, which I've had before. It was beyond salty.
Worst meal we've had in a long, long time. We won't be back.
Closing in 3 weeks so online menu is totally different from restaurant menu
The food was good. Our waitress was not so attentive, despite the place not being busy at all. They mentioned that they were closing for renovation in about a week and had a very limited menu and limited wine list. Overall an Ok experience but we were disappointed with the limitations given the excellent reviews this place had received from past customers.
Only one waitress for lunch rush time, she was great and the food was good, but because of the under-staffing things were very slow. We were in town for a conference and the pace posed a problem. When we were ready to pay, another gentleman showed up and took our check - which was frankly disconcerting, since we hadn't seen him at any point previously. The portions are good, although one of our party said her salad was over salted and another said hers was under seasoned.
I suspect that TEN TEN's newness is the reason behind my only complaint - that service seemed a little disorganized. Our waiter was a bit frazzled and forgetful, but very friendly and attentive. Our food also took a little longer than expected to come out. Everything was delicious and well made. The restaurant itself is nicely decorated and has a comfortable Joanna Gaines style. Overall, we had a great meal with a few minor hiccups. I would go again and I think that given a few more weeks, they'll iron out all those little mistakes.
What more could you ask for - the staff was friendly and attentive without being intrusive, the food was delicious and the decor was unique. Happy hour drinks and snacks were yum - deviled eggs and crispy brussels sprouts. Blue point oysters were fresh and enormous. Entrees were also excellent - buttermilk fried chicken and a brisket special of the day.
The 3-scoop ice cream dessert came advertised as including a homemade shortbread cookie, though none was included with the dish.
We brought my family here for a early weekend dinner. The food and service were very good. I like the decor and ambiance.
Excellent food, place and staff!!!
First time dining at Ten Ten. Overall a great experience. The place is a cute, cozy, tucked away restaurant with a clean interior. Food was delicious, slightly higher price. For two people for brunch (just two main dishes and coffee) was about $50. Sad to learn that the place will be closing down by the end of the month to turn into a late bar/club.
We love this restaurant. The staff is super friendly and it's cozy!! The food is always good. Our meal Saturday was outstanding.
My husband and I were in Baltimore, and this restaurant was walking distance from our hotel. The menu looked delicious and intriguing, so we tried it out.
WOW!! Fantastic food, everything was amazing.
We ordered a couple of appetizers, and the elk tacos. The brussels sprouts were absolutely incredible. And we had a fantastic server. I would definitely recommend this restaurant, and if we're in Baltimore again we'll make a point of returning.
I chose Ten Ten to have a lunch meeting with a client. The location was convenient, the design of the space was attractive, and the service was excellent. The food choices were perfect for a light lunch and our selections were very good. I hope to return some day to try some other choices. Thanks!
I proposed here, the ambiance was very nice and intimate , the food was good and the service was amazing! I will definitely be back.
Good Food and Excellent drinks. Nice atmosphere as well
We lobed Byron and all the staff. Wonderful meal while in Baltimore at a conference!
Our waiter was fantastic.
Enjoyed the ambiance and the service was excellent - friendly and attentive. Food was good but there were limited menu options. Restaurant was difficult to locate from the street and valet parking is no longer an option.
The only problem with this place was that they out of few things that were on the menu.
The restaurant is going through major changes and also seems to be understaffed. For a full house there were only 3 servers with the bartender also running around. They were very apologetic and sweet about the unusual wait for the food. The drinks were bottomless but they were too crowded to really take advantage of it. They no longer had the menu item I wanted and ran out of another so I was a little disappointed but all the food is delicious.
Great spot for international colleagues and those interested in a unique take on standards (Elk tacos!)
The new owners of TenTen should just shut the place down now, instead of waiting until May or whenever their plan calls for. Everything that we loved about this restaurant is gone. The wonderful staff has been replaced by sterile, mostly unsmiling corporate types. (The bartender and one or two other people from the old crew are still there, but their friendly attitudes can't overcome the rest.) The menu is more or less the same as before, but what comes out of the kitchen is of much lower quality. Our salads were skimpy and ordinary, and the pork main course I ordered was tough and tasteless. I ate very little of it, but one of the new, sportcoat-wearing staff members (Is he a manager? Who knows?) took my dish away without bothering to ask why I would leave so much of it over and not want to take it home. Desserts, once a point of pride, are not worth the calories. The ice cream used to be local, homemade, and sinfully delicious. Ours tasted like it came off a restaurant supply truck. The wine menu has been decimated, and what's left is pretty unimpressive. Do yourself a favor and find another new favorite local bistro. Gunther and Co. and Fork & Wrench are two excellent choices, with food and atmosphere like TenTen used to have. For something more comfort-food oriented, Annabel Lee Tavern is awesome. Those are all places where everyone from the ownership on down actually cares about putting a great product on the table and providing truly intimate service. Once upon a time that was true at TenTen too. Now, not so much.
Great service, interesting and flavorful food, excellent wine and spirits selection. Brussel sprouts surprisingly delicious.
Only limitation was the noise level, which is a function of the room design.
We were visiting Baltimore, and relied on other reviews, and were very pleased! I had the pork chop and my husband had the fried chicken. Yummy!

the food was good as was the atmosphere
it was a quiet night - Tuesday - and I was dining alone.
We used to come here almost once a week but ever since Byron and the new staff arrived, we've had subpar service and an overall bad experience. Nearly everything we liked has been taken off the menu, including the beet salad, shrimp cocktail and Korean tacos, which we really enjoyed... Today, there were plenty of empty tables all around us, as it was not busy but Byron insisted that there was no other place to sit except right next to a loud group. We asked if we could move down, as there were two empty tables and we would be in and out but he flat out said no. Then, we noticed that our table kept moving back and forth. We waited for about 8 minutes for someone to come over to us to take our order but no one ever did. One waitress walked by our table but she never acknowledged us, so we walked out. We have been loyal customers of Ten Ten for almost two years now but the place has gone completely down hill. We will not be returning and will not recommend again. Very disappointed.
Love the bar, service was very good but the food was very average. A honey glaze seemed to be overly drizzled on everything we ordered. I do not think we will go back here with so many good options in the city.
The staff was GREAT. From the host who I wished I remembered his name and our server Del. Super friendly and fun!
Another Mixed Experience
Like last time, we had to wait for our table, despite a mostly empty dining room -- not sure why they do this?
Also like last time, we should have stopped at the appetizers. Apps were yummy, dinners were okay except for one steak that was terrible!
I was in Baltimore on businesss - had no idea what to expect at Ten Ten. I was blown away! From the food to the ambience - couldn't have been better. I personally recommend their roasted Brussel sprouts - excellent! Great service as well. I will be back.
Fantastic food. Industrial decor. Exposed brick, steel. Warm low lighting. Well done classics on the menu. Fun spot. Would absolutely return.
This was my second time. I was a little disappointed. My Caesar salad was fine, but salads are easy. :-)
I got the park chop and it was almost 50% fat. Great flavor - just not much to eat. The sauce was great.
My son got the crab cakes and said they were ok. The Brussels sprouts appetizer was great.
It's a cool place - great design.
Very nice staff too.
Great atmosphere, awesome decor, upscale casual feel. Food and service were great! Highly recommend!
Great value, cozy and off the beaten path.
Food very good, cocktails excellent. Furniture needs updating. Chairs are very worn and not very sturdy.
Still I'd recommend it.
