The food was terrific. It was hard to make decisions since so much on the menu was tempting. My friends are fussy, and they were very pleased. Each dish was very well prepared, interesting, and delicious
The vibe in this restaurant is great: they accomplish what lots of places aim for, cool but cozy, modern, but homey. It's a really nice place to sit. We had the charcuterie and cheese plate, and a bibb salad to start and braised short ribs, and fried chicken as entrees. The charcuterie plate was nice, but nothing particularly amazing (frame of reference for amazing here is charcuterie at Au Pied de Cochon, so our standards are pretty high). The bibb salad was lovely, though, and so was the braised short rib. My fried chicken was not perfect -- a bit under cooked, too chewy/gummy, and the breading was not evenly applied, leaving some spots with very chewy skin instead of a crunch coating. Still tasty, though. I'd definitely go back, just not order the fried chix again. Also, beer list was nice and all local, esp featuring some great beers from Union.
I thought Ten Ten would be better based on the Open Table reviews I looked at. Food was good but not memorable enough to come back again. Best: brussel sprout appetizer. Don't bother to order: cheesecake ice cream sundae.
Close by Johns Hopkins for a quick bite to eat Recently changed their menu so don't look for the lobster mac n cheese or fish n chips. Definitely order the fried Brussel sprouts ... enough to share for 4. , you won't be disappointed.
I know that Ten Ten is supposed to be next in line to go through the new ownership changes that have occurred with Fleet Street Kitchen. It seems that it is existing in a holding pattern until that happens, just waiting out the rest of the time as Ten Ten. On every previous occasion I have had a great experience, but this was a disappointing visit. The restaurant was clearly understaffed and the food was subpar to anything I have previously had here.
I can not say enough great things about this place!! Service was Impeccable and the food was great!!! Great for dates or business.
Delicious food, wonderful presentation, inventive cocktails,...but very expensive. Not a great value, but worthwhile if you feel like burning money.
Front and table service were wonderful. Ribs and elk tacos were not the greatest; Brussel sprouts and meatball appetizers made up for dinner.
Came for $1 Oysters Tuesday and they didn't disappoint! Yum! Also love their fried Brussels Sprouts in balsamic! Happy hour from 4-6 with discounted drinks including $5 wine (limited selection of 3) but good for price, and also discounted bites. Did I already say, try the Brussels Sprouts? Yum! Unfortunately, just learned the place is shutting down for 3 weeks for renovation, so come quickly!
Excellent food and service. Best crab cakes I've ever had.
Prime location in Baltimore for a good meal! Great staff and delicious food- all around a good night out

Stellar in all ways.
We were in town just briefly, and managed to hit Restaurant Week. I'd researched before coming, not wanting to waste a Friday night on mediocre food, and had a good feeling about this place. And yes -- thanks, reviewers, for your accurate portrait of this place -- it was indeed the bomb. Amazing cocktails, (I had the Green Thumb, and it was tasty and not too sweet) and a fabulous meal. Even before we walked in I was impressed... I'd made a reservation for 4 people at 6:30, and with only a couple of hours notice, they were able to accommodate a 5th person in our party (which of course bumped us to a table-for-six). This request was handled in a very friendly way, and like I say, I walked in feeling very positive.
The Resto Week options I chose were:
-- chopped romaine salad (a huge bowlful of fresh, crisp lettuce, along with olives, crunchy croutons, tomatoes, and -- to me -- weird little slices of pickled green pepper)
-- seared salmon on pearl couscous with spinach and a perfect lemony tomato sauce (this also came with mussels, which I had declined)
-- an insanely delicious and decadent dessert... I'll just quote from their website, since it's just TOO MUCH (but in a really good way): Caramel Pretzel Pavé - Chocolate Mousse, Caramel, Pretzels, Candied Peanuts, Icy Milk Sorbet. Um hmmm, it was all that.
I went with the wine pairings -- really glad I did. Well chosen, and good value.
Atmosphere as others have mentioned is ideal -- a bit cozy, a bit industrial, cool art, exposed brick, linens, and not dauntingly fancy or anything. I'd have been fine bringing my kids here (ages 12 and 10) but it's not aimed at kids, that's for sure.
Finally, the service. EXCEPTIONAL. Our server, Dell, was top notch. Professional, friendly, knowledgable. We had lots of questions; he had answers. He made good suggestions in terms of cocktails, handled our various small special requests, and had perfect timing with the kitchen. A real treat.
Service was amazing. The restaurant itself is adorable. The drinks were tasty and creative. The brussel sprouts and calamari were great. The rest of the meal was "meh" at best. I'd come back for happy hour, but not a meal.
Chose this spot for a restaurant week meal. They were pretty empty when I arrived as a party of one @ 5:30. I ordered from the RW menu and all but dessert were boring and lacking in flavor. However, my service was terrible. I sat on the main floor and he bartender seemed to be allocated too much work. As such, my meal took approximately 2 hours for just me. I couldn't get water refills when needed, my dinner plates sat for almost 20 min before being picked up and dessert being fired. I would not return here.
One of my closest friends from high school and I met up at Ten Ten. We were happily surprised at how cozy the atmosphere was in the restaurant. The soft lighting and decor really stood out to me. Our waiter was great because I have a gluten sensitivity and he did his best to ask the kitchen to alter certain items to fit my needs. We were there for restaurant week and there were many great options available. I ordered a caesar salad (without croutons), the salmon with polenta (specially made for me), and a chai tea ice cream that is to DIE FOR! Overall, the restaurant was lovely. If you have a gluten allergy, you might want to try another place because I made the poor waiter work much harder than he should have in order to meet my dietary needs.
I was seated right away even though my entire party was not there (which was a plus). The waitress and servers were very pleasant and nice even though some of my guests were downright rude. The food took longer than expected - only the main course. I had the steak and eggs and it was PERFECTION. Everyone seemed to enjoy their food and parking was easy to find which was very convenient.
Was presently surprised to find out that our first visit it was during restaurant week... this place is tucked away but convenient. The food was delicious and the ambience was perfect. Service was a little slow but we didn't mind too much as the food and atmosphere was worth the wait. Good place for 2 or 6.
The service was exceptional.
Upon arrival I found out it was restaurant week for the city. Not our choice for a b-day dinner. However, the food was pleasant with the new chef.
Excellent mid week business dinner. Good food and service. Nice urban décor. Will definitely go back again.
The Elk tacos were amazing!! Best mole that I've ever had!! Amazing!!
The short rib was insane! Really delicious food and a nice ambiance. This made for a great date night.
Great service, wonderful food, in a casual and inviting space. Well done! We'll be back!
We love Ten Ten. It is the cool decor and the warmth of the staff and the great food, just a great place for a good dinner in a sophisticated atmosphere.
Delicious as always!
Excellent food, professional & knowledgeable service, great atmosphere. We will definitely be back.
Despite being a foodie and living in the area, I had never been there. A very cool place in a historic building. Check out the photos.
My date had the salmon and moved it. I had a Caesar salad and the bouillabaisse which was good and unique.
It was a great place to have a nice night.
It was a great restaurant and the food was delicious. Service was friendly, very customer oriented and swift. Can't wait to go back
Went for lunch day after Xmas. Great burger worth a second trip. Overall a very good value for very high quality food.
This restaurant is tucked away in what kind of looks like an alley. We were seated immediately when we entered. Our waiter was great! She was very attentive and was helpful. The food was great. I do think some of the tables are a little close or maybe the people next to us were just talking very loud. I loved their choices of food on their menu.
We absolutely love this restaurant! It's not just a neighborhood gem, it's the Bomb!!! The food is so unique and delicious, the service is unsurpassed and the decor is an inviting use of an old warehouse space! We have eaten here several times and we have always been treated like royalty and have never been disappointed. We'll be back over and over and over again!!!
Ten Ten is good restaurant for a date night or dinner out with friends for a special occasion. Our waitress was really nice and the ambiance was calming. My boyfriend and I went on a Monday night when there is a daily special 50% off all bottles of wine. We tried the Korean tacos $9, which were tasty but tiny and came in a serving of 3. I had the Bourbon glazed salmon $24 and he had the Wild mushroom risotto with shrimp $26. Both were delicious! I will definitely return but maybe for happy hour or for another one of their daily specials.
Perfect brunch place that was patient with 2 toddlers. Will definitely return.
Party of seven was easily accommodated. Waiter Dell was very attentive to everyone's needs and wants. Food was delicious and atmosphere was really nice - brick walls and high wood-beamed ceilings. A great find in the heart of Baltimore.
This was the most amazing meal! I ordered the bourbon salmon and ate everything on my plate, which I never do. My husband said the shrimp and grits was the best he ever had and his lobster mac n Cheese was melt in your mouth delish.
My family and I visited Ten Ten for a birthday, and our waiter Dell was fantastic. He was warm and welcoming from the start, but once he found out it was and birthday he went the extra mile to make it special. The food was wonderful and the wine list was extensive. They also have a good selection of cocktails and beer. The room was a little loud, and the print on the menu was difficult to read in the lighting. Overall, a good experience.
This restaurant was great. I took my wife here on her birthday and we just loved every dish we ordered. We will be back.
Love this place, was never disappointing. Very upset that they'll be closing this place. It works perfect for us, first option to go for lunch.
Amazing cocktail and wine selection. Service was outstanding. Locally sourced menu.
