About
Birthday dinner for me. Was delicious!
Food was great!! Service was just ok!
The Crab Cakes were excellent. Overall, high marks for the place, the food, the service. However, lite on choices for Lent.
The food was really just ok. Pork chop was dry, salmon was overcooked and one incredibly small. Brussel sprouts were excellent.
My only complaint would be that they ran out of the donut holes during lunch.
However great meal as always.
Our food tour guide recommended this place for dinner and my husband and I are so glad we went. We had the philly cheese steak sandwich which was delicious.
Outstanding Filet and Mac n Cheese! Service stellar
I would say, there were probably much better and more affordable places to eat. My expectations were high and I was pretty let down
Great food, great service, chilled atmosphere, great location!!
Our food and server were excellent. The only issue we had was the noise level was extremely high. We were there on a Friday evening towards the end of happy hour. We thought the noise would have lessened afterwards, however, it didn't. We would not let that deter us from going back.
Tried ordering an App and they didn’t have any left. Ordered our meals and drinks. 5 min later the server came and said they didn’t have any left of what I ordered. Another 5 mins went by and the server came back and said they couldn’t make my drink because they were out of that too. Ended up cancelling our entire meal and went and ate at another place. Will never go back.
Server did not 'have her head in the game' -- brought one of us some other table's drink, and acted like it was our fault, not apologetic at all. And took her sweet time correcting it with the right one. She just seemed like she had been given more tables than she could handle. A different server brought the food, which was all good.
This place is conveniently located, although now the infamous "sinkhole that ate the bus" makes it very hard to park at the Westin anymore, so parking is a problem.
First time and we would go back. I had the Chicken and Waffles and it was awesome.
Food was good. Waitress allowed our drinks to remain empty. Food came at correct times and in a the correct amount of time.
Valentine’s Day date was wonderful!
Fantastic dinner spot. Good food and good service. We were grateful that they were able to accommodate our change request on a very busy night.
We were disappointed that they took the very excellent jambalaya off the menu since last time we were there. The meatloaf and cheeseburger were very good, though. Very friendly and helpful waitresses.
First time there... The food was amazing and the staff was great!! Will be back for sure.
We had brunch for a friends birthday, everyone was extremely nice and the food was delicious! They were very accommodating to our large group!
We decided on Ten Penny because people we knew enjoyed it. It exceeded every expectation we had. The food was amazing and the staff was fabulous! We can’t wait to go back again.
Some of our food was quite cold
Everything was great! We started with some Caesar salads which were pretty decent size for a side salad. Followed by the chili cheese fries. They were to die for!! I got the Cajun shrimp Alfredo and my wife got the Parmesan crusted chicken. Both were great and full of flavor. And for desert we had the molten lava cake. It was a tad small for two to share but it was delicious. The ambiance was so cool! We will definitely be returning.
We had a nice Valentine's Day dinner. The Filet and Lobster Ravioli three course dinner was excellent. The service was great. I will definitely go back again.
Got reservations the same day through the opentable app for Valentine’s Day, the food was delicious, we will certainly go back!
Valentine’s Day
Went for Valentine’s day. The staff was friendly and attentive, food was delicious. The filet on the Valentine’s Day special was fantastic. The manager came around, thanked us and gave us a gift card to come back another time. The skillet cornbread appetizers is a must!
Crab cakes were delicious. Great service!
Attentive service, large portions, wide selection.
GREAT FOOD, GREAT SERVICE, AND VERY CONVENIENT TO CONVENTION CENTER AND CULTURAL DISTRICT!
This was a great place for a Sunday brunch downtown. The menu items were varied and unique. Everyone at my table loved their food. The lemon berry pancakes and mini donuts were delicious. The "Pittsburgh" themed choices were a hit with the guys! I will definitely go here again!
Food was good but not great. The drinks where good. The biggest issue is the prices of the food. If you don’t care about overpaying for food then this place is fine but for what we paid I wouldn’t go back
Warm welcome, wonderful waitress, whole party will return again.
Busy night, but the service was good and the food was excellent for the price
Goooooooooooooooooooooooooodddddddddddddddddddd Fooooooood
Service was not very good. Had the reservation, got there on time and was seated, but then took a very long time to see our server, and would not come back regularly. My wife's order was wrong and missing an item. Food was good but very bad service.
Very accommodating with our large group. Good drinks. Appetizers were a bit overdone. Entrees were quite good but not all that hot. Our server seemed less than thrilled with us, but he split the appetizer among all in the group and that’s a rarity!
A great place. Close to the convention center. Great service at our table
Shrimp and Grits were delicious... one of the best brunch spots in the city!
Two words: Skillet Cornbread!!
Incredible food, great service, always a solid choice. Reservations weren't needed on this night, but always a wise idea.
Our waitress was not very attentive or pleasant. She didn’t wish me a happy birthday even though we were clearly celebrating it. Additionally, she didn’t bring our plates for our appetizer.
Moreover, only my fiancé, dad, and I enjoyed our meals. Other family members said that the waffles for the chicken and waffles were tough and that the steak for a salad was overcooked and overdressed.
I usually enjoy this place, but my fiancé and I have received much better service on their “prime” nights (Friday and Saturday). I’m not sure if I would visit them on a slow weekday night or Sunday again.
