I made reservations for my fiancées birthday and requested a table overlooking the track at the finish line. They were so great to accommodate us. Our seats were perfect, service and food was exceptional we will def be back

Good food, great atmosphere! Very friendly staff. Just enough interaction with staff to keep us happy(lol) and not being obnoxious! Definitely recommend for families. Usually when I give a review, it’s negative. Can’t find anything negative about our experience!! Five star recommendations! I’d give it more,if I could.

We enjoyed the races, the staff was great and we were taken care of by Antonio, JP and a younger gentleman did not get his name, great service. The buffet is a great choice good quality and plenty to choose from. We will be back again.

My experience on a very busy Preakness Day- May 20th was fabulous! After reading some negative reviews I asked Charles one of the Managers if I could look at the Buffet before being seated. He was so gracious and said yes! Wow! The Buffet was amazing! Very neat, clean,choices for every palette! Everything looked fresh and there was enough to feed an Army! it was busy but the lovely hostess offered me a choice of tables. I chose a table close to the buffet.. I had my service dog with me and didn’t want to leave the table for too long. I was quickly greeted by the most amazing server, Rita! A warm welcome, professional and friendly service made our experience 5 Star! A cold white wine was 1st to be served… The carving station had Prime Rib, Turkey and ham.. fresh made to order pasta station, jumbo shrimp cocktail, cheese boards, charcuterie trays, fresh fruit, salads galore, rice, ziti with sausage, meatballs, salmon, veggies, calamari, and so much more! Not to mention the Dessert station! I started with shrimp cocktail, brie cheese, prosciutto, salami, walnuts, calamari and popcorn shrimp. The shrimp were firm crisp and cold and absolutely delicious with their special cocktail sauce. A perfect way to start my afternoon of grazing! Yes, you can dine for hours… while watching the races and simulcasts, placing bets! Next was my favorite Prime Rib! I asked for 2 pieces and rare please! I added some au jus.. the prime rib was rare and delicious! Cut like butter.. piping hot! I also had the ziti with sausages, also delicious and piping hot. Now to the huge dessert station! I chose 3 mini desserts. The chocolate cake, coconut macaroon, and almond cake. The mini chocolate cake was easily the best I’ve ever had! Moist and creamy and delicious! The almond cake was also delicious as was the coconut macaroon. I truly believe this buffet was a great value! An all you care to eat for hours with great service and delicious food! I highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

Great fun betting on the races and great service. Unfortunately the food was cold, soggy and greasy. Omelets were over cooked on high flame. Mimosa very bitter. Not worth $65!

For $65 a head, you got a 45 minute line to get a plate of mediocre food in a messy buffet. I’d rather pay $65 for a menu and a meal delivered to my table without the hassle.

The Mother’s Day, brunch was just way too much! Luckily, we got there early and we got our food early, but after that, it was impossible! It felt like a high school lunch line. There were two lines, but it was extremely packed. It definitely takes away the aura of celebrating Mother’s Day when you have to stand in line like you’re in school.

If your looking for a fancy restaurant with a buffet with amazing food and a fun gambling atmosphere this is definitely the place to go. I went for my birthday and they were absolutely awesome.

We didn't know what to expect. We have been to racetracks before and had the buffet but Ten Palms tops them all. Food was excellent and well maintained. Serve was quick and suggestive.

I had a confirmed reservation, yet they wanted to sit us outside and claimed they were sold out. It's obviously too hot to sit outside in May. I've been to this restaurant dozens of times to watch the horse races without a problem. After I complained they found us a very small table inside for four. Apparently, they were not sold out, thought it was Kentucky Derby Day so it was chaos. The table was poor and did not have a television; we are horse players and need our video feed. Finally, to make matters worse, I was charged $2 for ice in my bourbon; take a look at the receipt. Just charge me more for the drink if you're going to sneak in additional fees, but that is unconscionable.

Reserved a table for 2. On arrival was told seating would be at the bar. After stating that bar seating was not what was reserved was eventually moved to a poorly placed table. Host was rude and dismissive, despite showing confirmed reservation made over 1 month prior for a TABLE for 2 and a phone call direct to restaurant 1 week prior to confirm. Eventually moved to a better location (still without TV at table - important given it’s a racetrack) and given a round of drinks. Need better staff training and better communication. Experience not acceptable despite food being good and wait service attentive.

Service was lacking, at a minimum. Went on a Sunday for lunch/brunch to celebrate 2 birthdays within our party of 4. Multiple food items were never received because they were never put in the system by the waiter. This happened with our apps and our mains. Our waiter was lacking and we had to have a busser on multiple occasions track him down. The restaurant itself and the views are great and would recommend to others. However, the severe lacking in reliable service would make me second guess going back.
