Ten Palms Restaurant
*We are sorry , but currently we don't offer Sunday Brunch. We will offer it back by December 2nd*
Excellent place there was a large group function next to us that were very very loud the only downside
If you want a pleasant zfternoon at Gulfstream, with nice drinks, good food, easy conversation, great view of track ( with table tv) and easy, quick wagering from table - this is your place.
Access to outside and AC inside perfect.
Had great afternoon at fair, but not inexpensive cost. Only way I want to go to track with friends.
Always enjoy going there. Service excellent. Didnt think the cut of the ribeye was near as good as previous. Tasted like a sirloin and not ribeye. Wife agreed.
Enjoyed dining there and the racing . Most enjoyable day !!
This place was amazing. The Buffett was fantastic and the service matched.
We had a great table at the finish line and close to the betting window. The restaurant was not very crowded so the noise level was low and the lines at the betting window were not to long.
Our food was good with the exception of the French fries which arrived cold but our waitress quickly got hot ones for us.
All in all we enjoyed a lovely day at the track.
Great day at the Races!!
Loved watching horse racing while enjoying a delicious buffet with all the fresh shell fish, prime rib and other carved meats, variety of vegetables and desserts. All perfectly prepared and a very fair price. Mimosas were also delightful.
Buffet was exceptional. So many choices it was hard to quit eating!
We arrived on time with your reservation ....they seated us at a small table in the back behind a large column. Couldn't see the racetrack. We were dressed properly and didn't smell. We asked for a better table. It was early and only about 20% full. They said that's all they had...we left and went downstairs...I guess we weren't part of their regular crowd...or I wasn't savy enough to have a few 20s in my hand.. not necessary at a proper restaurant in Kentucky....
Buffet for $65 pp. plus tax and 20%gratuity. So not worth it. $170 for 2 people. For a buffet lunch? And not a great one at that. Sorry but felt somewhat ripped off.
We had a great table for seeing the races. Our service was very good and the food so tasty. We will be back next year.
First time at Ten Palms, wait staff was very friendly, quick to complete any order or desire.. made sure we were satisfied. I am very happy with the experience, so much so that I booked a table on the sunday following my initial experience on Thursday.
Trés beau buffet agréable en bonne compagnie et on voit courrir les chevaux 🐎
A fun day at Gulfstream Park as usual! The buffet is always full of great food and we had an awesome seat to view the races.
Great place to spend an exciting afternoon
Great buffet lunch at Gulfstream Park with my buddies! Steamed spiced shrimp, grilled veggies, carving roast beef, ham and turkey all were excellent! The pasta station with made to order creations was a nice touch and the dessert bar offered plenty of delicious options. We had a great table overlooking the finish line at Gulfstream Park with our own personal tv at the end of the table.
Would highly recommend the experience!

Been there many times...never disappointed. Will definitely be back.
It is a nice restaurant and nice place to watch the races. The only thing we DIDN'T like was the fact that each person has to have a minimum of $35. We didn't mind the minimum; we minded that no one told us about it until we received the bill. Apparently the host/hostess should have told us, but didn't. Had we known, we would have utilized it during the races (we only stayed for a few races). Instead, we were then charged the minimum even though we didn't spend it.
Excellent ambiance. Great food and service. Love this place. Will be back.
If you enjoy beautiful horses...they are here. If you enjoy a beautiful scene outdoors...it is here.
If you enjoy wonderful and abundant food...it is here. And if you enjoy caring and attentive
service...it is here. Now all you need for a terrific experience and great day, it the Ten Palms.
It was wonderful!!food, service, ambience is awesome! We would definitely go back!
Great way to spend an afternoon.
Good service and good food while at the track for the horse races.
We were there on Superbowl Sunday so it was relatively quiet. Reception had my reservation and they gave us a great table at the window. All the food choices were very good, there are plenty of options. You can sit there and play the horses and eat all day. One of my quests thought that for $45 it should include unlimited mimosas instead of a limit of 2. I am not a big mimosa guy so it didn't matter to me. I have been to the brunch before and it has always been very good.
Buffet for $65.00 not what I thought, when I made reservation they should tell you, I’m a Chef and I don’t do buffets. Food was not good!!! They added 20% gratuity for the waiter to bring a Stella...good thing we bet we’ll!
We were seated at a terrible table right outside the buffet line. We asked for a window seat of course they said there were non available. They only have a buffet available which was $65 for lunch. That seemed a little expensive. Will never go there again.
Was great except later that evening I got a call asking why I had not paid my bill. I assured the caller I had nothing else happened. Think a follow-up to me that the issue was handled would be appropriate
We were seated near the buffet so no view of the track, despite asking to be moved as there were many empty tables that were "reserved". It was easy to get outside to the apron to watch racing live versus the TV monitors - we didn't have a table that offered one. The server was very friendly, although it took a longer time than expected to place our drink order at first. After that, we had attentive service with clearing of used plates often and topping of wine glasses (we had a bottle). The buffet is large, lots of offerings for all diets: vegan, vegetarian, meat lovers and fish. Desserts were not only beautiful but plenty of options. Overall, for $65, not sure it was the best for me personally as I didn't eat very much and would have preferred an a la carte menu in addition to the buffet for the other guests I was with. Overall, it was a nice day.
The buffet was superb, and we don't like buffets. This one had fresh-made items and a beautiful carving station. Great selection of breads. Elegant desserts, too.
We had a waiter who had attitude from the minute we got there. Oh, and he got the guaranteed 18% tip added to the check and he knew it.
Great atmosphere. Perfect location. Maitre d', hostess, entire staff is excellent
I liked just about everything-----we went on a Sunday and our seats were facing the track. The only problem was that the betting windows were at the opposite end of the facility. We purchased a voucher so I could use the machines close to our area to bet. But as sometimes happens I needed another voucher and had to make a mad dash to get the windows to bet before the race was run. Whenever Gulfstream decides to change the betting machines they might consider purchasing the kind that take cash or a voucher-----much more convenient especially with only the one betting window area open. I liked the buffet. Food was great and the waitress staff were efficient and friendly.
Misleading prices and built in 20% gratuity included makes it crazy especially because the buffet is crammed down your throat ! No menu !! What the????!
The service knows no matter what they're getting their money so they really don't care!
Let me start out by saying that Ive been here before and have enjoyed it. This trip after parking and getting upstairs we come to find out that there was only the buffet for lunch that was 65 dollars per person! (that's crazy) I would of left but my wife has a issue walking and i just paid twenty dollars to park the car also bought the racing program. This should of been a 30 dollar meal at most. Then to top it off they add a 20% tip on the bill. To me that's just a fee ride to the waiter or waitress no to give you good service (mine was average at best). That is i didn't like at all. So before you go call and make sure that they are having off the menu food.
Birthday Celebration was enjoyable. Food was delicious , especially the lobster roll. Our server was pleasant and checked on us frequently. We enjoyed watching the horses and betting on the races. We wished there were more people to place your bet with because it was a challenge to get the person over to our table because she was the only one available. Otherwise an enjoyable afternoon.
Of all the venues in the area (we live in Fort Lauderdale) Gulfstream and Ten Palms is our favorite in many ways. We can watch the horses and have a great lunch. While the entire staff was wonderful, there was a woman well dressed at station 2004(?) I think, older, I copied her name but lost the paper where I could check my horse betting results. I think she was at the place two stations from the right wall where several persons in the Ten Palms were placing bets for people and checking their results. She was outstanding. When my race ticket disappeared in the machine I was using to the left of her station she quietly and with a smile retrieved it and gave it to me. Another person at the next station to my left with brown/blond hair waved me off like it was no concern of hers. I hope that such good people are rewarded. They are the ones that stand out in their jobs. The maitre' d, also a woman, kindly explained that our party of 2 could not be at a table close to the finish line window but two rows in front of the buffet, as the tables were set for larger parties.
Thank you for another enjoyable day at the races.
We had a really great experience at the Ten Palms Buffet.
Food was really great. The buffet is really fantastic with plenty of fresh good food.
It was great to bet at the race while having the brunch. We had lot of fun!
It is a bit pricey but for that price you get 2 mimosas...
We liked the experience a lot and we’ll be back from time to time.
Excellent service and a wonderful view of the race track. You can't beat the the views and exciting times sitting and eating at the finish line.
