   I arrived at my 10:15 PM reservation but wasn’t greeted until about 10:22 PM, which was a bit frustrating. I wanted to order teriyaki chicken, but I was informed that it was unavailable as the chef had decided not to prepare it but instead was able to make the lobster dish with jelly and my partner order sushi. Unfortunately, the lobster was served cold, which was a very small portion and I found the jelly to be rather thick, which didn't enhance the dish. After receiving my meal, I quickly tried to reorder a sushi dish since I wasn't satisfied with my lobster. However, I was told that the kitchen had closed, so my dining companion was the only one able to enjoy their sushi. I think better communication about menu items and kitchen hours would enhance the overall dining experience. Thank you for considering this feedback!

   Absolutely loved our experience at Ten 11 Lounge & Bar! The atmosphere was stunning — warm lighting, elegant design, and a very welcoming vibe. The Mediterranean food was delicious, perfectly presented, and reasonably priced. The staff were attentive and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stylish night out in New York!

   if you wanted to drink and have some snacks this place is not for you. its a restaurant and bar to have dinner. i asked a sever for something lite he told me to pick sushi. specially the service was the worst. we feel like to be forced to order more food. he almost splash our drink all over the table without looking on the table that was is going to happen when he handed the drinks and wanted us to take the drinks from his hand which is he supposed to use his eyes when he serves food and drinks. the atmosphere was just not my vibe. this is a beautiful decoration to take pictures but not for a good time.

   The staff was too busy drinking and giving out free drinks to pretty women to work.
