It was amazing. We had a table for 12 reserved. For some reason the rest of the dining room was closed so it felt like we had the entire restaurant to ourselves! The service was wonderful and the food was great.
Food was very good but didn’t realize it was literally in a sectioned off area of the lobby. Went because we had a Hilton gift card on a Friday night. The poor waiter was all by himself for 10 tables without any help other than who I assume was the manager bringing the occasional plate of food. Would return but only to eat in the bar.
Terrific service and the food was excellent.
The food was awful. I heard the greatest line cook in the world worked there he must be long gone. The steak I ordered was supposed to be medium rare, but it came out pinkish red. 0mg
Mad a reservation for diner in the restaurant with friends. Got there and dining room was closed so seated in the bar. Noisy and uncomfortable.
The waiter did not care that we were disappointed with no reply to out concerns. For the rest of the meal he was very inattentive.
The food was mediocre at best.
We will not be returning.

Very slow service from the kitchen. Mediocre wait staff service. Over priced wine. No reason to return.
The food wasn't as good as their prices indicate. The service was pretty good. The maitre d' was excellent. The server was okay. He did give us free champagne for our anniversary, but brought our food a little long after we ordered and our plates felt like they'd been sitting under the heat lamp for a while.
We went to Ten 01 Social for a quick dinner before a concert at Orchestra Hall and it was very good. Prompt service, good food, nice atmosphere. I would definitely recommend!
Food was good but it took 1.5 hours to get our food served to our table, and we had made reservations. They were severely understaffed on an evening with an event at that Hilton with a 2 hour dinner break. Very poor planning. The manager and the one waiter on staff did their best, but it was not a good dining experience overall.
The service was terrible. We arrived at around 5:45 on a Saturday night. We were the only people at the restaurant at that time yet it took a few minutes for the host to figure out we were standing there. The host couldn't find our reservation on Open Table. At first we were seated at a booth but decided to move since the booth was worn out and too low for the table. Also, the booth seats were way too far away from the table. I think we were in the middle of a shift change since we had 3 different servers before we finally settled in on one. He started out OK but then the restaurant started getting busier and he couldn't keep up. He came to fill our water twice and he missed my husbands glass both times - even though it was empty. I gave my husband my water glass twice since his was empty. The entrees were actually good. Nothing to get excited about but good food. We ordered dessert but we waited and waited and it never came. So we finally flagged down the host to cancel dessert and get our check. They should have gotten us in and out before it started getting crowded. The host apologized as we were leaving and said they are short staffed.
Nice beer, wine and drink list. Very good burgers & sandwiches. Service was excellent. Fun atmosphere and good location to get to lots of places downtown.
Ten 01 Social is a great place for dinner before attending something at Orchestra Hall. The waitstaff is very nice, well informed and certainly not in a rush. The food is excellent. A leisurely dinner before a concert is a treat.
My friends and I made reservations for 6:15 on a Friday night. We arrived on time and waited 5 minutes before we were even acknowledged despite the numerous employees that passed by us. Once we were seated no one ever came to take our order. We left after 30 minutes of waiting.
We would appreciate NOT having to listen to whatever awful music comes from the adjacent huge space. It would be so nice to be able to actually hear one's dinner partners without having to strain. Also, the servers work hard, but there aren't enough of them!
Based on first impressions, we will not be going back. The host completely ignored me while I was standing by the host stand upon seeing some guests that he apparently knew. While waiting, I was assured by 4 different employees that someone would be right with me to show me to our table. Our server was pleasant, but took a while to make to our table for our order. We had the rustic flatbread, which was a very ordinary tasting pepperoni pizza. My arugula salad was quite nice, although the dressing was overly garlickly. My husband's soup came out at room temperature. It was sent back to be reheated and came back only slightly warmer than lukewarm. I was hoping the experience would have been better, as we were looking for a location to hold a group event.
The server was nice and we received our food quickly. The duck was very over cooked and the veg was undercooked. Great sprouts though. I waited to send the food back but the server did not come to check on us. I charged through and ate the overdone duck so we could get to our show on time. I thought the fruit crisp was underwhelming too. For the price I expected a much better meal, and I would not recommend the food. My dinner partner did enjoy her short rib meal however.
Food was fantastic. Waiter was terrible. Forgot to put in our drink order twice, never refilled water, he continually ignored our table. We had finished our appitizer before we had reminded him to get our drinks, took about 40 minutes to get them, unacceptable service.
We have been there numerous times. This time was awful starting with you have to sit at a table not a booth. Thewild boar pasta had no wild boar and was tasteless.The waitress seemed very stressed. We were given a free dessert but the overall experience was not very pleasant
Very hand for Orchestra Hall. Delicious cocktails, though expensive. Some of us thought the food was fine, but those who ordered walleye were disappointed. It didn't seem very fresh. The asparagus is overpriced, WAY overpriced!
The food and service are consistently excellent. We enjoy eating there and walking through the skyway to Orchestra Hall for concerts. Afterward it is a nice place to enjoy a glass of wine while the parking ramp empties.
There were only two servers for a whole restaurant of pre-concert customers. Terrible service, and barely enough time to eat.
The servers said to please complain, they knew they were understaffed.
My friend and I went to have dinner before our show at Orchestra Hall. I planned 2.5 hours for dinner, because I've always had poor service there. We would have gone to eat elsewhere, but it was very cold out and a weekend, and it was the only place with guaranteed skyway access, so we wouldn't have to go outside.
Our waitress was sweet and charming, but terrible at her job. We were the first ones in the dining room, at 5:30. It took over 20 minutes to get our drinks, and there were about 5 other people in the bar. While we waited for our appetizer, about 50 other diners arrived. The line at the host station was terrible for a while--20 people in line at a time! They looked very annoyed.
After we saw every other table get appetizers or entrees (they had different servers), AND finish, I asked the host for assistance. I told him that we still hadn't received our appetizer. The waitress finally returned and told us that another table got our appetizer. She finally brought out our appetizer, after one hour (!) and it was cold. Someone else brought it back to the kitchen for us.
Our entree arrived cold as well, after another 30 minutes. Now we'd been there for 1.5 hours, and had only had one bite of bread and one bite of our entree. Someone else came back to our table with our appetizer, which was warmer, but not hot. Our food finally arrived lukewarm, but we ate it. Another woman, who had a different server, actually got up and went INTO the kitchen to find her server. The manager stopped by twice, near the end of the 2.5 hours, and apologized. I appreciate the apology, and the fact that they comped our meal, but I would have rather had the food come out in a timely manner, hot, and paid full price. I'm so disappointed that things haven't changed here. They may have updated the decor, but the service is still terrible.
We frequently eat here before going to Orchestra Hall. The food and service is always excellent.
We made a reservation for the restaurant thinking this would be a good dinner before the orchestra. Unfortunately there was a ton of noise from the bar...loud bass music and lots of yelling. The $48 steak with fingerling potatoes was way overpriced; I've had much better with better vegetables for less than $20. In short, don't eat at the restaurant unless you're in the mood for a rowdy bar crowd, and don't get the steak unless you're in a Brewster's Millions situation.
We had great service and good food. It was a little too open of a setting and a little cool but we will use this restaurant again.
The chicken breast sandwich was of very poor quality; chicken breast dry and flavorless.
Hamburger portions small. Felt rushed by waiter.
Had a fabulous server, drinks and food were great! Will definitely return.

Nothing to bring me back besides the location across from Orchestra Hall. Nice ambiance however.
Service was poor. After waiting a few minutes to be seated, we waited to be greeted; then waited almost 15 min for a beer and a glass of wine. After being served our entree, no one asked if the food was satisfactory. There was no bread service. The serving of duck was modest; the plate of food overpriced.
We are sorry that we were not able to live up to your expectations. Hopefully you are willing to come try us again!
We ate before a concert at Orchestra Hall. We sat for several minutes before I made eye contact with a server, who kindly came over to serve us, even though I suspect we were not in his section. We were seated along the wall with tables empty on both sides and the restaurant was not busy. We ordered a bottle of Pino Noir - which was very good but overpriced compared to other restaurants. We had the Forager's flatbread and BBQ brisket sliders. Taste was great for both, but the BBQ brisket was difficult for my friend to bite into without getting more beef than expected. That said the beef was tender and tasty. The food and wine came promptly, but we had to ask another server to get our check because our server had not surfaced in quite awhile. The decor and arrangement of tables was more like an extension of the hotel lobby than a nice restaurant.
Lunch was good - nice selection of sandwiches. Wish the soup special included any sandwich instead of just the 1. Dinner not so great. Choices were strange especially with the sides. So many of the sides I wouldn't ever want to eat in a restaurant. MN walleye didn't appear to be pecan coated like the description. Airline chicken was a large wing and appeared fried (yuck) and no sides with it at $28 that is both weird and crazy. The short ribs/potatoes/carrots were the only dish that had sides I would eat so I ordered it. Meat was tender, potatoes were good as were the carrots. One individual had the MN walleye - ran out of asparagus - that was sad especially for a Wed. so they substituted brussel spouts - one of the most unpopular vegetables ever. I wouldn't eat here again for dinner because the choices weren't great, the dishes were trying to be fancy and weren't and for the price - they were definitely over-priced. Go a block or 2 outside the hotel for better spots. Also - we were in a back area that had a bar which was nice because there were TV's but we felt very cut-off and there was a cart of dishes parked there. Unprofessional.
David Fhima and staff are amazing. The food was great, and waiter Otis was incredible. Good food, good service and good fun.

Very noisy atmosphere; understaffed (tho our server did her best to keep up); slow service from the kitchen; unremarkable food that was just barely warm. A very disappointing experience.
The brie bites were fabulous. They were out of Brussel sprouts on a Saturday night. Our service was very nice and accurate. Unfortunately, the service was slow. We had tickets to a show and had to scramble to get our check. Our dinner dishes were never removed from out table. The runner who brought out our food was not friendly. The flatbread was very good. The taco dip was excellent. The pickle, cream-cheese, jalapeno wontons were very good. The music coming from the bar was much too loud. It started around 7pm. The lighting could be a bit warmer.
Went out for dinner before concert. Been there before, food is alway very good. I was looking forward to a steak and the only one they had was 48 dollars. That was disappointing because they have had a less expensive cut previously. The most enjoyable part of dinner was our server, Amanda. Very pleasant, helpful and very attentive. Thanks Amanda!!
