Everything about it was wonderful. 5 Beekman Street is fantastic and Temple Court a wonderful addition. Very old world, romantic, beautiful service, good wine. Pricey but a very special place.

Not a good place to go if you want to have a conversation with your dinner partners. The noise level ranges from LOUD to PAINFUL.

My first time at Temple Court. I have been to all of Tom's restaurants throughout the years and tonight's meal surpassed all the others. From entering through leaving leaving the greetings and service was excellent. The sweetbreads were amazing as was the halibut. My companion had the rabbit schnitzel which she said was the best she has had. And don't miss having the baked alaska... enough for 2 to share. It is a special occasion restaurant and I am looking forward to celebrating another occasion at the restaurant. A beautiful space.

Beautiful space, great international ambiance, knowledgeable waiter, superior cocktails, limited menu, spring pea salad far too large but good, oysters outstanding, steaks disappointing, baked alaska ratio of genoise and ice cream to meringue was off and the chocolate sauce was overwhelming - poor effort

They were rushing us slightly at the end, which is not pleasant, but I would go back.

This is a great place to bring guests from out-of-town. Start with a drink in the bar where they can see the stunning atrium. Then have dinner at TC, which has evolved over the course of its short life into one of NYC's best restaurants. Everything our table had Saturday night was superb -- from a lovely white asparagus cacio e pepe with a crispy pecorino crust, to a juicy Berkshire pork chop (order medium) topped with hazelnuts, chiles, spring onions and a fava bean salad. Also heard raves for the salmon and the sirloin. Wines were outstanding and the desserts -- which are updates on classics such as Baked Alaska and butterscotch pudding -- provided a sweet finish.

The restaurant is a fine dining establishment. Fancy decor, nice dishes, and beautifully presented food. A party of two, we ordered an appetizer each and a main dish. All four plates were Instagram-ready as far as plating/appearance, but none of them was as tasty as it looked. For the price (our tab was $189 for two people, including one glass of wine per person and one dessert), we expected to be more wowed by the flavors, but we weren’t. Also, note that the entree list did not include any vegetarian options, so if that’s a concern for you might want to call ahead to inquire about the possibility of custom orders. The greeting hostess was friendly and inviting, but our waitress was just “meh”. Throughout the weekend, we ate at four restaurants, and this was not our favorite.

I chose Easter Brunch to be my first time at Tom C’s restaurant. I was wildly disappointed in the mediocrity of the meal. The $50 prix fixe menu was a great price for the quantity of food provided, however, the flavors were not great. The sauce that came with the burrata ruined the burrata (which is difficult to do). The deviled eggs were simple and ok but I expect something more creative and flavorful. The live music was awesome and the bar room is a lovely feast for the eyes.

What a lovely brunch set up! The bar and lounge area is just gorgeous (lots of patrons taking photos of the decor and the stairway), and for brunch they have a jazz band playing standards. It wasn’t loud at all, it was a singer and guitarist and I very much enjoyed that. The food was great, if pricy, while the cocktails and wine are simply overpriced here. Expect to spend more on booze than food if you have more than 1 drink. We brought a friend from out of town and he very much enjoyed it!

The food was excellent, flavor, portion and presentation were all on spot. However, mind the terrible service. The team dropped the ball serval times. The bread accidentally fell from the table. A waitress who was nearby picked it up but didn’t offer or ask if we needed a replacement. Then while I was still eating the last few bites of the 1st course—yummy mussels btw—the server surprisingly took my plate away WITHOUT even checking and asking if I was done. The last straw was the bill. After we put the money in, our waiter took our bill and never came back to check with us if we needed any change back, let alone a very simple, basic thank you. Disappointed.

This restaurant experience was superb. We started with the mushroom consommé. Beautiful presentation and delicious. The beef short rib was so tender and flavorful. We tried four cocktails and each one was lovely. Service was outstanding. We each had dessert - the pineapple upsidedown cake and the banana split. Overall one of my favorite meals ever.

The food was cold. I repeat, the food was cold. This ruined otherwise very tasty dishes. My mushroom consomme was tepid at best. My venison wellington, which I was told by the waiter was the reason the wait between the appetizer and the main course was so long as it had to bake, was also luke warm. This was also the case with my dining companions food. Furthermore one should not have to ask 3 times for bread in a restaurant such as this. At this price point and in a restaurant by Tom Colicchio no less this was unacceptable. I would not recommend this restaurant and this is a chame as it has so much potential in such a beautiful setting.

Very good, interesting food, and wonderful service in a fun atmosphere. Enough background chatter and music to keep it feeling lively while staying quiet enough for a group of friends to maintain conversation and enjoy a relaxed, long meal together.

I've been to Temple Court and the Cocktail Lounge ii Beekman Hotel more than a few times. Last time, I took 2 of my close friends who were visiting from abroad. We ate at the Temple Court and had cocktails at the lounge and had great service in both sides. Tayfun, the manager helped us in every way; with the reservation, our food selection, and the wine selection. Also, gave us some bar recommendations for the next part of our night. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends, and would definitely take my guests here, again.

It was so nice to get to try Tom's restaurant, after having him watched discuss food on television for so long. Everything was exquisite. Flavors are well paired; presentation is finessed; the staff was attentive, friendly, and they took great care of us. We left there well satieted and hoping to return at some point in the future.
