We only use the best produce available and source our meat from local farms and butcher it all ourselves in house.
We serve this alongside cornish fish and seafood on corn tortillas and flat breads we made in house.
Each week we have ‘Sunday sharing specials’ for the table.
We have 180 seats which you can book but we always reserve room for walk-ins.
Need to book at 7:00 PM?Other great restaurants with availability.
Jurema Terrace at The Mandrake
Really good sunday roast- very tasty- plenty to share- the family roasts could be described a little better to understand the concept a little easier, but the whole group remarked about how awesome the food was and really good value....
Although sitting at the counter is entertaining, if you are over 5ft11, you will crack your knees and not enjoy the evening...
Second time visit, really enjoyed it - food was great, excellent service and great atmosphere.
Absolutely a great experience! Temper Soho lived up to the hype. It’s very trendy and a foodies’ paradise all in one.
Delicious food, a new favourite in London for sure!
Booked a table, but was sat at the bar. Waiter was lovely, but staff on the door were a bit rude and didn’t help with coat. Food was good but very expensive for what it was.
I have been to Temper many times and always enjoy the food, ambience and setting. However, on this occasion the service was very slow, we also felt the portion sizes were small considering the price - we had to order over and above the recommendation by the waiter to feel full.
Not my best experience at Temper - Chicken wings were underdone and skin soggy. Constantly requesting drinks that didn’t come and it wasn’t even that busy. Vibe of a place understaffed which is a shame because their goat tacos are great and it was my 4th visit
Food was amazing, although the wait staff were a little slow with getting the bill and accepting payment, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. I would recommend the goat, best meat on the menu.
Dinner for 2. I have read many awesome reviews on this place, especially regarding the quality of the meat cuts and the location.
The place and atmosphere was incredible but i was a bit disappointed about the quality of the food.
We had 2 tacos (goat and pork), very good but the flavour of the goat had somehow "contaminated" also the pork, so the flavour was mixed.
The same happened with the rump steak. I believe it might be due to the cooking process, maybe two different meat have been cooked too close to each others and the flavour got mixed, i am just guessing.
Also, the rump stake was not as flavourful and tender as expected, but i must admit that i ordered a medium cooking even though the waiter has suggested medium rare and that might have been not the right choice.
Staff was super nice and very knowleadgeable, giving all the support needed.
I would definitely reccomend this restaurant, even just for the incredible atmosphere, and i will probably have a second time as well, i am sure this place has much more to offer.
Thank you for your time and kind regards
Had a great time at temper - food was excellent and service was spot on. Definitely recommend going here
Martin Anderson and team are outstanding. Best place to dine for exceptional meat dishes in Central London.
Great for special occasions. Food is very good but small portions!
Superb food, lovely atmosphere and buzz, would def recommend to friends
Phenomenal food, great service and just a really great place to enjoy high quality food.
Food was delicious. Small plates I would say and fairly pricey, but the taste was amazing. We sat there for a good couple of hours without being rushed. Would visit again.
I've been to Temper Soho a number of times in different occasions and it has always been a favourite of mine - however I have to say that the quality and portion size of the food has decreased a lot.
Obviously the price is still the same, so not cheap, but making smaller portions to dishes that were already on the menu and keeping the price as it is, is a bit of a shady move towards your clientele.
Service great when we walked in but hit and miss when we sat down. Waiter was really knowledgeable with menu and wine but everyone is so busy it’s hard to catch anyone’s attention. Food was really tasty and the atmosphere was great. Good experience but probably wouldn’t visit again. Sat at the counter and was good to see all the chefs at work!!
Fantastic as always, can’t beat it.
The food was outstanding, fantastic value for money ! Unfortunately we had a very “moody” waitress who didn’t mask her emotions from what seemed like a “bad day” ...... there was another lovely young man who also served us I believe it was his first days and he was a gem ..... the managing staff also allowed us to extend half an hour as we were unaware we only have a 90 minute time allocation which was very sweet of them. Thank you!
Great restaurant, really cool vibe. Fantastic date spot, get a seat by the bar and you can see what’s going on. Would recommend
I think you have to have not only good food but a great place to eat with good service to make your overall dining experience outstanding and that is what we got at Temper Soho.
We picked the Soho restaurant for the BBQ meat selection and it didn't disappoint
Great place to have a party atmosphere with a bunch of friends and also sitting at the bar watching the performance
Awesome food, great atmosphere. Great experience to sit around the kitchen with the open fire pit. 👍 haggis taco, smoked goat and the cookie were amazing
Amazing, tasty, great atmosphere - I went on my own :( but sitting at the bar was social enough.... tasty as hell -- kimchi skewers were to die for
Booked at table at temper soho for a pre-theatre meal. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very nice. The music was a bit too loud but otherwise we had a really good time. I will be back again!
Loved the setting with the grill in the middle of the room. Very nice spot for small groups.
Loved it. Booked for post-theatre on a Saturday night. Restaurant was buzzy, staff fun and friendly and food was epic. We shared a Ribeye Steak, tacos, beef skewers, hispi cabbage and burrata. All yum. Would recommend sitting at the counter which adds to the experience.
Would recommend any day - fantastic food and great overall experience
Music too loud makes for a very difficult conversation which I'd expect to have in a restaurant.
Cool, calm and delicious 😋 we were really excited about dining here and the experience did not disappoint. We will be back!
Definitely my favorite restaurant. The food is out of this world. The cheeseburger tacos are unreal! We went over a year ago, and I couldn't stop talking about the food and the vibe, and was worried it wouldn't live up to my expectations the second time around. It did! The atmosphere sitting at the counter is so cool, and the waiters we had were lovely and great chat. Definitely go if you can!
Fabulous service. Chicken wings are massive, think twice before you order 20 for 5 people. We struggled to eat our mains. Sauces were really good and meat cooked to perfection. Potatoes are topped with cheese just in case you're intolerant.
A good evening, will recommend for sure.
This is the third time that I’ve been here but if our meal was anything to go by it has gone down hill. The chicken wings were cold and rubbery and we had to get them taken back. Both steak cuts we ordered were also dry and lukewarm. Only the tacos and beef skewers were to standard.
An overall satisfying experience, but: The booths are not great...you can’t really see the restaurant floor when you are sat at one. What’s the point? The food is different to their restaurant in Covent Garden.I prefer the latter. The portions are more substantial and everything tasted and looked better. The service was perfect.
Booked a table but were shown to a counter. When I pointed this out, the waitress was quite rude. We were given a table to be fair but the waitress was surly to say the least. She also asked me “how old is he?” Pointing at my son. We don’t mind being asked for age verification and he had his ID (which she ignored) but the way she asked was rude.
The food was very salty indeed. We went to Hawksmoor the day after for steak. The service and food were incomparable I’m afraid
Apart from a few mixups with our orders initially, temper is a lovely place, has great portions, lovely staff and great food. Our order mixups were rectified quickly and we weren't charged for the wrong items. The only slight annoyance was that we were sat at the chef's table/stools when it fact we wanted to be seated on an actual dining table for two, it made the experience slightly awkward and unexpected but it was nice to see the chef's at work either way.
Our group all agreed it’s a great place with some lovely dishes, but my chicken wings were not what I expected and not very nice (a somewhat slimy consistency as they are not fried). My steak was amazing, as were the side dishes...
I would definitely recommend it, but will avoid the wings when I go back!
THE best meat available in London. The flavours are fantastic and wonderful to have lots of little dishes. The care that goes into each dish is clear. This was my third visit and we sat at the counter which I would absolutely recommend. Can’t wait to go back!
It is always an enjoyable experience going to Temper. Great atmosphere and well cooked food. Sitting at the bar seats is best as you can see all the chefs cooking away on the coals.
First time for my husband and I here.
Excellent food! Great drinks, love the rock music.
100£ for 2 people sharing a steak, on the expensive side but worthy. Coming back soon!
