   We sat near the bar ~ the table beside us was obnoxious. Very loud and our waitress had to maneuver around them with our food because one of the guests was standing and would not move. Had I known that they had been drinking before I sat down I would have asked to move

   Temazcal is a cut above the MomandPop Mexican restaurants. Tequila and mezcal are featured. The food was well prepared and served. The noise was note an issue when we were there before 6PM.

   The food and our waiter were great on our recent visit to Temazcal, but the hosting staff was inept. We arrived a bit early and were told we had to wait until our reservation. But when it was our reservation time, they had miscalculated room seating and we ended up having to waiting longer than our reserved time. Yet, they sat other tables while we waited. When we finally got our table it was next to the bathroom doors and wait stand (can’t figure out why they won’t tint the glass barrier from the table view to the wait-stand so guests don’t have to look at monitors, waiters, and glassware and pitchers). We then waited 15 minute for chips and drinks. Ugh. Thankfully our waiter was great and the food delicious.

   I personally don't like sitting at the bar unless it's just two people. It's a popular spot because it's delicious drinks, above average service, good food, and decent background music. Sit at a horseshoe booth if you want more intimate seating, but plan to wait if you haven't made a reservation.

   There were four of us at a high top in the bar area. Glad we made a reservation. We had margaritas and chicken nachos. Both were very good. The nachos weren't enormous but the quality, and amount of toppings was very generous. Our server, Stephanie, was excellent. It was very loud. Almost too much. We couldn't hear each other or our server. Would go again but maybe at an off peak time just for the noise level.

   Really good food and really good service! Food was a bit spicy, but it was mainly my fault for not noticing that the dish contained jalapeños! Other than that, very delicious (:

   Great experience from start to finish. Host and manager had great customer service, even giving out free roses to give to your date. Food was perfect and waiter was extremely nice and attentive. Love coming here!

   Although I really enjoyed the meal I was slightly disappointed by two things. One: My wife and I ordered the lobster app and it tasted great but there were 3 very small pieces. For the price, I wouldn't order it again because the value just wasn't there. Two: I ordered the filet special and it was tough. Filet's should be like butter in your mouth. It seemed more like a very tenter sirloin. If I'm paying for a filet I shouldn't think it's a sirloin. I was confused. Overall it was a great evening with great food and would recommend your restaurant to friends. Lastly, I noticed two GM's standing around like they were at a awake. Not at all engaged with the clientele. I was wondering who they were and what their job was. When I was told they were the GM's I was shocked to be honest. They need to walk around and talk with the clientele without being too intruding. Maybe some executive train is in order.
