Everything I had was delicious, the service was nice, remember to book a table cause it gets full pretty quickly
The service was appalling; we were waiting for our food for hour and a half, and got our mains before starters. People sitting next to us that came later got their food served way before us. The manager was extremely rude, insulting us for not wanting to stay at the restaurant after waiting for 2 hours to get our food. The food quality is poor, given the quality in other places with the same pricing range. I do not recommend this place whatsoever, unless you’re looking for a spoilt and unpleasant night.
Food was generally good, service was poor. Waiter didn’t know what to recommend, they took our food to three different tables before it reach to us, the waiter looked desorientarse and lost.
The food here is delicious, top rating and the venue is beautiful. The staff were also polite, however quite understaffed and found it hard to catch anyone to ask anything and waited half an hour for the bill after asking twice. The staff seemed very pressured and stressed, talking very loudly beside us sometimes and rushing around so you almost felt bad to ask them for anything.
Great service from a lovely lady named Lisara. Good mix of Japanese and Brazilian food. If you wanted to try sushi but are intimidated by some of the more exotic options, this place is a good starting point.
Had a lovely lunch with my girlfriends. Great service, atmosphere and the food and drinks were amazing!!!
Good food, service could be a bit faster and attentive.
Worse of all for us was the music level.
Way too loud.
The food is GREAT, one of the best sushis in London! And amazing cocktails!
The only thing that made our experience average was the noise level and the service. Unfortunately for a Saturday night just two waiters is not enough (long waiting time for the orders and some missing food). Also we waited 20 minutes to pay as the machines were out of battery...
Super fun early evening with older teens (and Mum). Really enjoyed the food and cocktails. Would return.
The food and drinks were tasty, the waitress was a bit slow to take our orders, but she’s was very polite and nice.
The atmosphere is great.
Fantastic food and nice atmosphere. Very good service. Would go again.
Amazing sushi for such a great price. Would definitely return.
Nice place but although there was enough space between the tables the people from the restaurant kept knocking my chair nearly every time they passed by. There was also a very disturbing noice coming from the ticket machine in the kitchen when the order was place or when the order was made; the noice was relatively high and should be avoided. The good was good.
Food service cocktails location all amazing will be back
Amazing drinks and food. It’s a good place to be with friends.
Gabriela, the waitress is a star!
We would come back a 100 times
Lovely little restaurant, right in the heart of soho.
Food is amazing! Love the cocktails too. Definitely a must try!
Food amazing!! Relaxed and cozy atmosphere. Very attentive and dedicated staff - especially Gabriela (Brazilian) who was super nice, friendly and helpful.
The restaurant was too full, too noisy and the food and drinks were too expensive.
The food was pretty good but sadly the service truly let down the restaurant.
Multiple things from the service really disappointed our evening.
Enjoyable Japanese food with a Brazilian twist
Everything was super special, I’ll definitely come back!
Lovely food and al fresco dinning but price was high for what it was
Really nice place and amazing food! Very nice and kind staff
Great food and cocktails. Not sushi as you know it but really interesting flavours.
Service slow and a little awkward, food ok but nothing special
Food not good as usual. Rolls were much smaller and not tasty as before
Food was ok, but the service was unprofessional as the person attending us continuously blanked the other people at the table, making them and me feel uncomfortable, directing the questions to me even if they weren’t about my order.
Menu has been greatly reduced which is a shame, but understandable if it’s just due to the current situation. Would have liked there to be a bigger variety of Temaki options. Also only one dessert was listed on the menu which was a bit of a disappointment.
Won’t be looking to return after the bad service received.
amazing food. really unique recipes. lovely staff. made to feel very welcome and attended to. cocktails were also delicious - I recommend the airplane old fashioned.
Nice sushi option in London, casual, great service.
One of the best rolls I've ever had, mice atmosphere but especially food food food
It was a great experience as usual but i note they have increased the prices slightly? Other than that it’s great to have temakinho back!
The food was great and the service excellent. Thanks
We waited an hour and half for getting 3 rolls and at least, in the mean time, the manager came to our table and offered us two drinks to apologize. However, we had also ordered two more dishes which, after other more than 30 minutes waiting, they never arrived. The waitress completely forgot about us and never checked if everything was OK or whether we wanted something more to eat. At that point, I asked for the bill although we were supposed to get more food and surprise, the waitress said she wrote down only the first 3 rolls we got, so she missed part of the order and the kitchen was already closed.............. I paid the bill and left still hungry.
We spent a very nice evening. Food is not too pricey. Nice service.
Food is always yummy but afraid the service on this occasion was pretty horrendous, for example waiting around an hour between dishes was not fun
Crowded and overpriced! Tables very close to each other, very small dishes.
This was one of my favourite sushi spots in London but sadly upon returning, came to fin
